Episode 138 - From Pregnancy to Birth: Sian’s Experience with Hypnobirthing

In this episode of The Hypnobirthing Podcast, I’m joined by Sian, who shares her journey through pregnancy, hypnobirthing, and birth as a mum of two.
Sian reflects on how discovering hypnobirthing influenced her confidence during pregnancy, the expectations she had going into labour, and how her real-life birth experiences compared to what she had imagined. We talk honestly about decision-making, conversations with healthcare professionals, and the emotions that can come up when birth doesn’t go exactly to plan.
This episode is a gentle reminder that birth preparation isn’t about controlling outcomes; it’s about understanding your options, feeling informed, and trusting yourself to navigate whatever comes your way.
