Episode 148 - Hypnobirthing as a First-Time Mum in Your Late 30s

In this episode, I’m joined by Christine, a first-time mum in her late 30s, joining us from Canada.
Christine shares her journey of discovering hypnobirthing at a time when it wasn’t widely known in her circle, and what it was like navigating scepticism from those around her while choosing a different path for her birth.
We talk about the importance of trusting your instincts, finding confidence in your choices, and preparing for birth in a way that feels right for you—even when it goes against the norm.
This is a really honest and reassuring conversation for anyone who’s ever questioned their decisions or felt unsure about going against the grain.
