Google saving crypto. That's the question today. We're going to break it down.

Do you believe it or not? There's a lot happening. Let's just jump right into it. I want to start off actually here with our sponsor. And that, of course, is Tangim. And one thing that you notice there in the ad.

Is how to set it up. But guess what?

They've got some other features right here that are actually available inside the app right now. Those are yields currently available on certain stablecoins. So you can kind of see PayPal USD right there, USDC on Avalanche, GHO, USDC on Monad.

Some of these are paying extensive yields in yield mode.

So when you are over there, that's an opportunity you guys can take advantage of as well.

So check it out. Use our link down in the description.

All right, let's get over to what we're going to be hitting on today, because there's a couple of points I want to jump on that.

Is relevant, and that is Google.

Google is now building a crypto security for banks. And the timing is kind of unique here, and I'll explain in a second. But what they've unveiled is it's a new system that lets banks securely store and send Bitcoin and tokenized assets. This is all fully launched in 2027. So here you have the biggest company out there, or one of, that is preparing to handle tokenized assets. And at the same time, you've got companies out there pushing back on tokenized assets. Is the timing starting to play into this? So we'll show you in just a second.

Another big beneficiary of this will be Solana. They, of course, put this out. Alphabet is securing its own digital assets on Solana. They've been pretty much the dominant party out there, especially in the RWAs, but they unveiled their multi-party compute today. All of this is around institutional custody, and it's in private preview for certain financial institutions, eventually commercial launch, as I just said, in 2027.

Big deal.

Virtuals also came in, introducing the Virtuals app now on Google Android. So now you've got all of these companies starting to circle around Google at a time in which everybody's kind of been concerned about quantum, self-custody, all these issues, and Google comes in with these kinds of proponents, especially when you look at the institutional layer around what they're doing here.

So here's the thing that concerns me. Because remember, when.

Google pushed this Q Day warning, this essentially caused havoc in the crypto industry. We saw impact on Ethereum, essentially kind of ramped up the Ethereum foundation on being able to deal with this.

People looking at.

Alternative wallet structures, looking at diversification, kind of doomsday type of issues. And all of that was done during a time in which this quantum threat was ramped up by Google. And then right After that, here we go into Google's next phase, which is building a new business, apparently, because they now have crypto custody and security business that's going to be in play. As I said, this is going to be for Bitcoin and RWA. It's basically stock. So why are they doing that? So all of that is happening.

And then you have.

This right here. It's another exploit. This is on Avalanche. Another data breach tied to Coinbase. buckle up guys. This is something that we've started to hear.

And remember we're getting worldwide warnings around rations and 30 days, one week, three days of, uh, you know, materials. These are the kinds of things that start to concern me as something else afoot. And you kind of consider where this is all heading with Coinbase, one of the biggest holders out there of crypto, them getting trolled right here by Kraken. And, uh, It really boils down to a supply chain issue. And again, this was a supply chain issue for Amplitude, which was an analytics vendor for Coinbase.

And it was not.

Necessarily a hack, it was a data breach.

So your information.

That's another concern I have because those become honeypots down the road as an AI and also potentially quantum starts to play into this for future accelerated hacks or social engineering.

That's another problem. Back to the whole issue with Google, though.

And that is when you look at the number of stocks right now, companies, that are pushing back on tokenization, we have seven more companies now objecting to have their shares tokenized on tokenized assets. So one question you have to ask is when you look at those companies and you go look at the full 33 U.S. organizations that are against this, well, most of them, all right, maybe they're just not ready, but Google's over here building an entire asset custody business now, and yet they're on the list with Alphabet.

So why?

That just raises red flags for me. It looks as though this is either a waiting or a timing period in which Google would be prepared for it to maybe custody their own asset in terms of their stock.

So maybe they want control. Maybe that's the question.

And maybe that's what a lot of these companies are potentially going to be seeking is really more control. around what their stocks are going to be doing. You have 24-7 liquidity now available over on Robinhood Chain.

These are the Ondo stocks that are now live. You've got Meta, Apple, Tesla.

Mostly these companies are very forward-thinking and understand this technology. And I think that's a question everybody's asking right now around stocks is, are you going to have stocks and the CEOs that run those companies being able to understand what's going on with tokenized assets and they're the ones benefiting from it, and the companies that don't necessarily understand it are not betting from it? Or is it all timing of who controls these assets? That is the bigger question.

And remember this, is that with this in play, I mean, if you think about Google, maybe it's a position where they could actually launch a chain, very similar to what Robinhood has done, and be able to reap the benefits of trading their own stock within that chain. So you could have X stocks, Ondo, et cetera, that would play into this. So Very interesting timing for sure. And I think it is more about control than anything. Another thing that is control about, he had this tweet, and I think it kind of hits on it, is that right now the markets have been booming. So I think most companies are out there. They don't really care about expanding their access. So don't mess with it right now. Everything

is working.

It's a good thing. The other reason is it's a learning curve.

That goes back to my point of showing you companies that are very advanced and understand this versus companies that do not. and need a learning curve to kind of adopt to this. And I think both could be true at the same time. It could be just an issue where we're saying, hey, we've got so much activity, don't worry about it, or we're just not prepared to be.

Able to step forward.

I think at one point in the near future, this is going to become a situation where stocks are selected if they have tokenized securities. And I think especially from the younger crowd, because they're going to want to trade this pretty much 24-7, and be able to move it around to wherever they would like. So that is a factor going forward. Let's jump over to this post by Coinbase.

Of course, big week for earnings. And notice they have Microsoft, Google, Amazon in there. And these are what they are actually earning on. So imagine this. If Google is out there now becoming a competitor to this, to where they are now custody. Remember, Coinbase is in the custody business as well. And the financial institutions... are now pushing out. Maybe we haven't seen financial institutions adopt because of a trust issue.

So that really kind of brings the point of whether or not Google, maybe they are that trust issue. They're the ones that can be trusted with these assets and could start to see those kinds of adoption scenarios happen with not only financial institution, but many of these companies that are actually ready to tokenize their stocks and be able to go onto Google itself. So I don't know, this is a very interesting time where you have crypto, the OGs and everybody that's kind of been around crypto for a long time, and then these new companies and companies that have been around in tech for a long time, they're starting to adopt certain areas of crypto that just seem obvious. And I think that is the real question

heading into the next really two to three years is who is gonna dominate crypto?

In the future.

Coinbase also chasing Solana, trying to get a little faster, even though in this particular case, 200 millisecond blocks. Truly faster, but definitely not as fast as what we've seen already with Appenglow. So just another issue where Coinbase continues to, I think, run from behind here.

As a big one.

And you can kind of see right here the monthly transfer volume. It's Solana's game right now to lose as they continue to really dominate. And again, this is because of their embracing of this technology. I think the meme coin culture helped foster the technology itself, which advanced it into institutional and made this all available to be able to kind of thrive on the Solana blockchain. So let's go over to Robinhood and some of their earnings that you guys probably saw the stock take a dump. We saw a little bit of earnings hit. And some of this is really built around one thing, and that was tokenized stocks. That was their saving grace. Without it, Robinhood's crypto revenue fell 6% from Q2, so the chain supplied

all of its growth in October of 2027. So that's one factor here. This is going to be something, and I know predictions markets, many of you probably in the comments will say, well, prediction markets were up as well.

Yes, they were.

But the point I'm getting at is this is the advancement that many of these companies and fintechs and companies like Google and others that are starting to embrace this. The key is trust. Where is that trust factor going to play? That's why these hacks and these breaches are.

So, so important.

As banks and high net worth individuals, family offices, they're going to start to deploy and they're going to deploy in areas of trust.

Think about that. Let's talk about trust. When it comes to Bitcoin, you got to look at Michael Saylor.

He's saying there's no reason to own Bitcoin because AI can hack crypto app. Like I was saying, there's no reason to speak English because AI can.

Hack a messaging app.

And they're kind of blind eyeing the whole issue around quantum. And I think this is still a concern. Obviously, Google either is working a strategy against this or is in real concern and have started to develop the custody strategy to help the industries and also make money off of it. But remember, MicroStrategy also in the custody business. So now, is it possible we could see Bitcoin getting custody over on Google, as we've seen their plan going forward. Other issues happening right now, ETH treasury companies are getting ready to report their Q3. And this is a big one because we're watching how much of the ETH starts working on chain. And remember that with BM & R, this is the largest ETH holder out there with Tom Lee,

what are they going to do with all this money? They're sitting there with a cash, first of all, the amount of money they've earned from staking ETH. What is that going to go and redeploy into if in fact they stop putting money into new acquisition of ETH, which is what they've said, and they've said they're holding to that at 5%.

What would be next?

He's going to continue to pour it into DeFi. Watch that one very closely. Last up is the DTCC is now launched. Tokenization service is available, and they promised October. Here we are on October 28th. It's available now. A couple of points I want to focus on. There's 34 available securities that you can get at launch. I guess they're going to be growing this down the road. And it is available 24-7, but only to intra-chain peer-to-peer transfers between DTC registered wallets. So figure out how you're going to use this, I guess, as a retail trader, even as maybe as an administrator.

I don't know, but it's something that.

We're going to watch because I still wasn't sure this was going to get done, and it's got done. So kudos to the DTCC team and, of course, Canton, who is all part of this. We're going to be watching very closely. If you like this video, hit like and subscribe, drop a comment down below, and also join our free private member group.
