The Science of Trust: Calm Your Brain, Hear Your Guides

In this second episode of the Trust Series, Nicole takes you behind the scenes of that wild Puerto Vallarta “no-plan” workshop and explains why full surrender actually worked — not just spiritually, but scientifically.
We break down how your nervous system, brainwaves, and heart coherence create the conditions for spirit to get through… or block it completely. From beta brain and fight-or-flight to alpha/theta states and trust-as-a-frequency, you’ll hear how science and spirit are saying the same thing in different languages.
Then, Nicole opens her channel for a live message from her team (with Archangels Michael, Gabriel/Gabrielle, and Raphael stepping forward) about:
• Why our do–perform–prove culture keeps you locked in your head
• How trust is built like a muscle, not granted in one magical moment
• Why “accuracy = trust” for mediums and intuitives
• How collective energy (like The Unity Code community) amplifies your connection
You’ll also be guided through two real-time experiments:
• An oracle card trust exercise to feel the difference between “getting it wrong” and receiving the exact message you needed
• A Unity Code collective meditation where you ask your team for clarity on a real situation in your life and practice trusting the first thing you receive
If you’ve ever wondered why slowing down, breathing, and “coherence” matter… or doubted whether you’re really hearing your guides, this episode gives you both the framework and the felt experience.
Because your trust is the bridge between asking and receiving — and you can train that bridge, one breath and one experiment at a time.

WANT TO BE PART OF THE UNITY CODE?
We're doing things differently for the next 200 episodes.
I'm looking for curious humans, students, practitioners, skeptics, business owners, intuitives and people willing to let us explore the weird stuff. We may read you. Test you. Ask you to intuit something ridiculous. Connect with Spirit. Experiment with energy. Explore your soul. Or ask you to help us answer a question none of us knows the answer to yet.
