Few academics have ventured as deeply into the unexplained as Dr. Jeffrey Kripal. From his own life-altering mystical experience in India to decades spent investigating UFO encounters, near-death experiences, and the hidden dimensions of human consciousness, Kripal challenges the boundaries between science, religion, and reality itself. In this conversation, he and Jesse explore levitating saints, alien abductions, precognitive dreams, time travel, and the possibility that the beings we call "aliens" may be connected to a deeper part of ourselves. Kripal also shares how his Archives of the Impossible at Rice University grew out of conversations with legendary UFO researcher Jacques Vallée, preserving decades of extraordinary research for future generations.
