Shownotes
Matt & Corisande sit down with Kelly McCloskey, an accredited feng shui functional master and former real estate agent, to unpack why feng shui isn't waving cats and gold coins but a 2,000-year-old mathematical science. Kelly spent 15 years selling Melbourne's most expensive real estate before noticing the same houses kept producing divorce, illness and financial ruin for whoever lived in them — a pattern that eventually led her to quit real estate at 31 and train full-time as a feng shui master.
They get into the real science behind feng shui (compass degrees, not trinkets), why Kelly's own house has a door nailed permanently shut, the client who made over $100,000 after opening one window, and the actual feng shui reading Kelly did on Matt & Corisande's own home.
Matt & Corisande, with Kelly, discuss:
• Why feng shui is a mathematical formula based on your home's exact compass direction, not "new age" trinkets or hanging gold coins
• The houses Kelly sold that kept producing the same divorces, illness and financial ruin for every owner, and what finally made her connect the dots
• Why she quit real estate at 31, studied feng shui full-time for two years, and what her dad said when she told him
• The four wealth, power, luck and health sectors every home has, and the simple (and sometimes extreme) ways clients activate or avoid them
• Why the same house can support one person and work against another, based on their own birth chart
• Rapid-fire answers to real questions from the Beyond Community on doors, decluttering, redecorating and common feng shui myths

I sold real estate for 15 or 16 years. I'd sell for a couple who had separated, and then the new couple would buy it, and two years later I'd get a phone call. Kelly, can you help us sell the house we've split up? So I thought there must be something to this, but it was used to repeating itself in certain houses.
I always think of a flower. If a flower doesn't bloom, you don't change the flower, you change its environment. I love that.
Powerful. The reassuring thing here is it can be modified.
100%. We look at the three luck. So the first one is your man luck that represents 33.3% of your luck, and that is who you are day to day. What you come are like. Are you a good person or are you a lazy son of a gun and can't get off the couch? The other 33% is your earth luck, which is your full trade.
The other 33% of your luck.
Wow. You're blowing my mind, but it makes sense. It does make sense. You've got good luck and bad luck.
Yep.
And you're now placing that over the house. Yes.
And then we look and see what are we activating in that challenging luck sectors. Yeah. It's looking at where the window water enters and exits the house.
Now understand why you're saying just popping something here isn't going to change. You know, you not understand the home, the people in it, the orientation, and everything that flows through it. That's correct, yeah.
Wow. Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow. So all we want to make sure we're doing in those sectors is activating window water.
That's correct. I activated the power sector in my house, which was literally opening a window, and my social media went from like 10,000 followers to over 100,000 nearly overnight.
Really?
Wow, interesting.
Okay, so we wanted to play a game.
Kelly, welcome to Beyond. Thank you for having me. We're so excited. And I was just saying to Matt, it's really interesting because we have a we're really privileged to have this global audience and people listening from all over. But we always like to start with like, if someone's tuning in and finding you for the first time, how is it that you would describe what it is that you do?
Feng shui is a really interesting one because people get quite quite confused about what it is. They think it's, you know, waving cats and gold coins and trinkets. And I have to say, oh, I've got two kissing ducks and I still haven't found the man of my dreams. I think, oh god, for kissing ducks. Um, so feng shui isn't trinkets.
Feng shui means wind and water. And it goes back to the Tang dynasty. It's it's a it's a mathematical formula, it's it's a science. Um, I'm a very practical person, and I think that's why I enjoy Matt's teaching so much because he's also very practical. So feng shui for me is quite similar. It's a science.
So that's we spoke off camera. You blew me away with what you've shared about our home. And I was just thinking to myself, just like the the brain I have, all I'm gonna remember is just wind, water, wind, water, wind, water. So on that, first question there is it feng shui, feng shui, or is there a right or wrong?
Like it doesn't really matter.
I think it depends on who your master was, it whether it was a Chinese master or a Korean or someone from Singapore or Hong Kong, feng feng, you you know, can't get it wrong.
Okay. And what I love about your story is, and I'd love you to tell us how you got into it because I feel like you and I had a similar background, didn't we, in terms of selling property. Yes. So take us back then before you became a Feng Chi master. How did that even come about?
I sold real estate for 15 or 16 years. I sold my first house when I was 19, and I loved it. I was very successful at it without blank smoke at my own backside. But I worked really hard and I was selling some of Melbourne's most expensive real estate towards the end of my career. Beautiful homes, just fantastic clients.
But throughout my career, I saw history repeat itself. So I'd sell for a couple who had separated, and then the new couple would buy it, and two years later I'd get a phone call. Kelly, can you help us sell the house? We've split up. That was countless times that happened. Same thing with oh, Kelly, can you sell help us sell the house before the bank takes over?
Money issues and number of houses people got ill. So I thought there must be something to this. Like history, and I you know saying history repeats itself, but it was history repeating itself in certain houses. Even myself, I was married at 26 and divorced at 30. And I remember when we bought the house, I said to the agent, where are the owners going?
And he said, Oh, Bill and Mary, he's a police officer, they're they're moving, you know, uh into the country. And then we moved in, we met the neighbours and they said, Oh, it's a shame about Bill and Mary. You know, they've split up, and I thought, hmm. And this is when I was 26. So I hadn't really put the two and two together.
Now, not saying the house had caused my divorce, but I don't think it helped.
Really? Wow, interesting. So, what what period of time were you in real estate?
So it was uh from 19 to and then I left at 31 and went and studied Feng Shui for two years for full time, and then once I'd finished my study, I went back and sold real estate for another two years while I got my business up and running, and then I um left real estate.
Interestingly, doing that job, did you ever get that feeling of walking into a house and getting any form of sensation? Like say you were going to sell a house, you're going to do something, did you ever walk in and and prior to knowing this work think, oh, I can feel something here?
I think your house is a representation of who you are. So if the people if the house was a bit quirky, you can guarantee the people were a bit quirky, or if the house felt off, you knew the the clients were probably going to be tru problematic, troublesome.
Yeah.
So sometimes, you know, Matt, you'd say, Look, I don't think I'm the right person for you. And then once you say that to them, they they really want to work with you, you know. But you sort of know, oh, I don't know whether you're my kind of person, which didn't happen very often, but you could you can, you know, you can feel it.
You know when you meet someone, you're like, Oh, I don't think I I don't know why I I don't like you, but I don't think you're my kind of vibe. But yes.
Does that correlate? You know what Corusan said there. And the funny thing is both of us were also in real estate too, me for a little bit longer than Coruscant. And you're absolutely spot on. You're so it's so true. Put in two and two together now, it would always be normally divorce, yeah, uh, health issues, relocation, they couldn't settle for whatever reason.
Uh, and and it would be those houses.
And in fact, there was an area you used used to work on this whole I only remembered it this morning, coming knowing that we were coming to have this conversation. And honestly, I remember it would be like where wherever the plot was built, every time I would go, it would be because of something or some event that had happened in people's life.
It was always something not not very nice, always within that plot, which is crazy.
It's energy, energy, isn't it?
It is energy.
And that before we dive into feng shui and exactly what it is. So, you know, when you walk into a home and you can feel like a dark presence, like a, you know, like, you know, obviously before you do this work, you say the house is haunted. Is is is that could that be overlapping with feng shui in any way or like different is it is different.
I feel like it's different, yeah. Is it? Okay.
Yeah. I think people will be attracted to some people just have make bad choices. You know, we've all got that friend who dates just the guy that you're like, this is bad news. He's bad news, and they break up with this one and they date the next one. Same thing, people pick the unlucky house or the one that hasn't got that's got the wealth sector in the wrong spot.
You know, like they'll they'll continually pick that rubbish house.
Yeah, yeah. That makes sense. Yeah, yeah. Interesting. So it's not necessarily so I mean, can you feel houses when you go into them?
Or you're I I'm more of a practical person, I'll just look at the chart.
Interesting. But do you get some people that are interested in this work that go, I can feel it, I can feel this energy there.
Yeah, definitely. Like I think that's some people think I'm gonna shop and say, Oh, corusand mat, put a pot plant over in that corner. It's not that at all. Yeah, it's looking at where the wind and water enters and exits the house.
Interesting. So when you were noticing this um this coincidence, so to speak, no such thing as a coincidence with certain houses repeating, at what point did you find Feng Shui then? Was there a was it what was that? Well, it's funny.
I was at a um I was selling real estate in Albert Park in Melbourne, and I was at the local um sandwich shop getting a sandwich made, and this is before COVID, you know, I don't know whether they have it here in the UK, but the pack of um magazines that you read while you're waiting for your sandwich to get made.
And there was this magazine on the front, and it was called Feng Shui today or Feng Shui something, and I picked it up and had a read of it, and I thought, oh my god, is this what I've been looking for? Well about energy and houses. And so I toddled back to the office and looked up Feng Shui courses, and there was one in Australia.
Lucky enough it was in Melbourne, but it was every uh Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for two years, which was a disaster because as a real estate agent, yeah, yeah, yeah. Exactly. Oh my god, what am I gonna do? And um I don't know, I think back now, I think what was I thinking? Because I was on a um there was a TV show that's quite big in Australia called The Block, and I'd listed one of those.
So I was I was filming on TV.
Were you?
Yes, but like from the outside, I was at the pinnacle of my career. Like it was and I I quit. And I remember sitting down with my mum and dad, and my I said, I've I've I've quit real estate. And my dad looked at my mum and said, Is has Kelly joined a cult? Like what who's gonna pay your mortgage and who's gonna what are you gonna do?
You're single, you know. What do you and I'm like, Oh, it'll be all right. You haven't got another job. What are you gonna do? I said, It'll be all right. And well, I had a job, the perfect job, you know, less than five days later.
Wow.
By just meeting a girlfriend who had a new boyfriend and he said, Oh, you should meet this guy that I know. And anyway, it all just fell into place.
So is that an inner knowing for you?
Something where the is there like a little pull that you thought I just had to know? And I think if I would I would have the guts to do it now? I don't know. But at the time it was just not up for conversation. I'll it was done. Was that what what year was that that you did? I was 31. What am I, 46 now?
So 50, 15 years ago, yeah. 15 years ago. Yeah.
So did you quit real estate? I quit, yeah. And were you studying on the site?
No, so I then ended up getting a job with an automotive group in Melbourne who had um Ferrari, Lamborghini, Audi, um, some really great brands. And I met with the the owner of the business. So my girlfriend who I met on the Friday night, yeah, who had the new boyfriend, he said, What are you gonna do?
I said, I don't know. And he said, You've got to meet this guy, Bobby Zagami. And so he has all these um dealerships. So I met with him on the Tuesday and he said, Kelly, I haven't got a role for you, but I really like you, so let's just make one up. So then I worked with Bobby for two years while I studied um feng shui.
Okay. And my uh old arch nemesis in real estate used to call me once a month and say, Kelly, come back. I know you miss it, come back. So I they were very lucky that we managed to. I could come, I would go back to real estate, but I was could do the feng shui, my feng shui business as well. So very supportive.
So in a couple of years later, my business was up and running and I could give away the weekends.
Okay, I love that. And what did it involve? Like you said doing training on the side, like what was the what was that like?
Studying feng shui, yeah. So it was different courses, so it was the only accredited course in Australia at the time, which was which was good. Um, so it was different things like feng shui, it was um Geomancy, there's all different bits and pieces. Yeah. Okay.
Bit of building biology. Fascinating. Let's dive into what this even is. So, so in a nutshell, I'm very practical and that's I love the grid and everything else. Exactly, like help someone who might be discovering this for the first time. Like, how do you describe exactly what it is? Sure.
So if you were to call me and say, Kelly, look at my feng shui, I would look at your compass direction. So people often think, oh, my house faces north, which means the, you know, my career, my wealth sector is in the back left-hand corner, for example. That's not feng shui. That's called new age feng shui or blackout feng shui.
It's very, you know, say one shoe fits all. That's not the case. Whereas I look at your house and say, oh, your house faces northwest, 312 degrees northwest. So it's to the degree. So one degree can make the difference between a good house and a challenging house. So it's really detailed.
So it starts always with the the facing direction of the house. Right. Yeah. Because I really sorry if I'm dumbing this down. I really want to dumb this down so I get it as well. So just so people can listen, when you kindly offer to do hours, the first thing you asked for obviously was the exact coordinate on the map, so you could pinpoint it.
And then the floor plan. And then what you're doing is you're putting uh a compass, so to speak, over the top so you can work out which way the house faces. And that's where we start. And that's because north, east, southwest, they all have different degrees within that, yes. Degrees, and the degrees mean different things.
That's correct. Okay. So talk us through then. So what do what do they all mean? Like north, east, southwest. Do they have different things?
No, well, it's a bit new that's a bit um it's it's more about your floor plan over the facing direction of your house. So if your front door, if your front door was what we call in luck, if it was two metres to the left, we'd have problems. Your front door would be a problem.
Right. So it's not just like saying, Oh, it's it's a south-facing door. No, that's very much the yeah, I like it.
I get messages all the time. Hi, Kelly, I've got a south-facing door. What colour should it be? I don't know. Because, you know, it's more importantly, is it in the right location, which we don't know unless I jump onto Google Earth, get your compass direction, adjust it for magnetic north, all of these things.
So it's not an easy you can't do it. You just, you know, a layman can't look at their feng shui. You can't chat GPT and find out what your feng shui is, unfortunately. It's very, it's a very detailed thing. Like even when I go and study with my masters, I can study with my master for a week and he'll give me a 10-page document.
It'll be incorrect. And if you don't listen to what he says, you've missed the 10, you've missed the week of learning. So this dates back, is it 2,000 years? Back to the Tang Dynasty, yeah. You think when China was really kicking some goals? The feng shui was very much for the for the royalty, the elite, the the the average punter couldn't afford it.
That's where this new age feng shui comes in, the gold coins. Something so the my belief is the gold coin. Someone holds hangs a gold coin on their front door and they think money's coming to me. If they think that when they look at it, it might have some energy to it. But if you go and hang a, you know, some gold coins in your front door and hope the feng shui is going to work, it's not.
Because it's a very much a new age thing. Do you know what I mean?
Like the red ribbons around your taps. Where you differ then is you you this you're a master, aren't you? So you've studied with the dynasty, like the sort of legacy in terms of like what was studied 2,000 years ago. That's correct. We're not it's not um placebo, is it? We're not hanging sort of golden because I I thought you know function age is like people sort of move objects around a room and there's like putting it.
A little bit. So there's form school. So there's the form school is very um it's very important. So it's like you don't want to sit with your back to the door, it doesn't feel comfortable.
Okay.
You know, you go to a restaurant and they give you that seat and your back's to the door or back to the toilet door, you don't feel naturally comfortable. So there is something to that. So in Feng Shui, we um the back of the house is called the Black Tortoise. So we always want something taller than our house at the back of the house.
Yes. So you want to stand at the front door and see something taller over the back. It can be trees, it can be neighbouring property. So that means the occupants feel supported and safe in the house and their mental health will be supported also.
Okay.
Whereas I often see clients in Australia where they back onto um water, you know, back onto a beach or what and nobody's happy. Okay. Starting to make sense.
Yeah. And so what did you find? So training and learning all of this, what did you find that opened for you? Because you must have thought, oh, this now makes complete sense.
Yeah, I know. And I would actually go back and look at the floor plans from previous clients when I learned and saw what was actually playing out.
Really? Yeah. And did you see a correlation between 100%?
Yes. You can't get it wrong. You cannot make it up. It is always correct. People look at me and say, How did you know that? And you can also forward plan. You can say, Well, look, you know, 2028 is the year of the monkey. Be very careful if you've got a monk, the monkey sector. So the house has 20. Imagine we put a pie chart over your house, there's 24 sectors.
Every 15 degrees, there's an energy of that sector, and it relates to an element or an animal.
Right. Okay.
So this year it's a bing woo yeah, which means yang fire horse, which is why we've seen so many fires this year, floods, because we look at the clash to the fire, which is water. So that's why there was so many explosive events happening this year. Wow. You know, 60 years ago, the Vietnam War started.
So if you're a betting person, you could have guessed that a some sort of war, a divisive war was going to start this year.
Okay. Okay.
So this is why we're seeing all this flooding in the pool. You know, all around the world there's been some serious issues. But so if you've got a ding, um everyone will have a um a bing woo in their house. If it's out of um luck and you're activating it, the health issues with those sectors are likely to appear.
And then we lay lay that with money, power, that sort of thing.
Can we go through those? Just again, just just so we're fully clear. So once you once you do that, the orientation of the of the floor plan, where do you then w walk me through like you walked us through earlier for anyone listening? What are you what are you exactly looking at? Just just I'm looking to see.
So if you imagine in the 24 pie chart, every third sector is out of luck, which we don't want to activate it with any wind or water, full shui. Any third, okay. Yeah, the third sector. And um so everyone's got eight in the house. And if you activate that, the health issues related to that sector are likely to appear.
But if you have that particular sector, like you're a monkey, Matt, I'm a monkey as well. If you've got a monkey that's out of luck and you activate that energy, it relates to issues with coughing, um breathing problems. But if you don't activate it, like your house isn't activated, it's not a problem.
But my house, I have a door there and it gets off used often. So my kids will come home with a cough, they'll get over it in two days, and I'm still coughing up a lung three weeks later.
So what do you what can you do about that? Just not use the door. You just try not to use the door. Do you get them to climb through the window? Ideally. Because in all seriousness, so you know a door, which is wind. Again, I'm just trying to think. So you're always looking at, aren't you, doors or windows or water?
So your washing machine, showers, your sinks.
In newer, you know, modern times, we look at the washing machine, the dryer, the um dishwasher, the sink. Um, anywhere that there's there's water moving, fridge is a big one, it's a big activator. The motor's going all the time.
Okay.
You know, even like we look in people's garages where where have they put the electric car power, you know, plot now. Uh the hot water service, um, the so if you've got solar, the solar inverter, any inverters, where do they go? So if they're attached to the house, it'll activate that energy as well.
And then what does people what do people do? What can people do? Remove it. Either remove it if they can't remove it, like we Well the hot water service is a big one because it's ticking away all the time.
The smart meter, do you guys have smart meters here? Like the power meter?
Yes.
That's a big one because it's ticking away all the time. So you want to make sure they're in the right sector.
And you know, we spoke earlier about people that can't move things.
You just try and try not to use it as a little say, for example, your shower is in the wrong spot, quick showers. It's all about how much water goes down the gurglar. So if it's a bathroom basin sink, it's not that big of a deal versus a shower.
Okay. I'm trying to I know, am I confusing everyone? No, no, no. I'm just I no, I think it's really interesting, and I'm just trying to sort of dumb this down so I get it in my head. So we start with the floor plan. Yes. We lay it over the top. Can you walk us through you were you were showing us luck, you were showing us money.
What are these just different things? What are they called?
Are they Well, they're either in they're in luck or out of luck. So, say for example, you have or out of luck. You know, you have you think back to previous stuff.
You talked about the three the three what was the three lux? Oh, the three lux, yeah.
So in Funk Shui, we we we believe there's there's three lux, right? We we believe everything is fundamentally qi energy vibrating at different frequencies.
Qi energy, yeah.
But we look at the three lux. So the first one is your man luck that represents 33.3% of your luck, and that is who you are day to day. What's your karma like? Are you a good person or are you a lazy son of a gun and can't get off the couch and complaining you don't have a job? Do you donate blood? Do you donate money?
You know, are you a good all-round human being?
Okay.
The other 33% is your earth luck, which is your feng shui. Oh, yes. The other 33% of your luck is your heaven luck, it's your astrology. So when sometimes people become go through really bad luck cycles, getting sick, you know, really when the shit hits the fan, their feng shui isn't supporting them, and they're in an unlucky cycle with their heaven luck.
They've hit a, you know, we all go through good luck cycles, bad luck cycles. I'm in a shocking luck cycle. I do not like fire, but this year's been a great year for me because we can pick the energy of the day. So I don't pick it's a fire year this year. That's why I'm saying it's I'm not a great year for me, but I've had a great year because I've picked, you said to me, Kelly, what time can you come?
So I looked and I'm like, today is not a fire day. And the elements, that's why I said after 12 because the the two hours after 12 clock suit my my chart.
Okay.
So you can manipulate the energy with the astrology as well.
Oh, so that helps improve. You know, you were saying what do you do? Yeah. It's like looking at your chart and saying, right, where can I work with who I am?
As a feng shui master, so I'm gonna credit a feng shui master with the International Feng Shui Association. It's really hard to do. I received my accreditation last year. There was, I don't know, a handful of us that went for it. I was the only person that got it. This is worldwide last year. It's really hard to get.
And you've got to look at someone's astrology chart as well as their feng shui because we look at it as a holistic thing.
Yeah, I mean your knowledge is off the chart.
So excuse me if I'm like you see, and I'm like I'm hearing feng shui for the first time. It's incredible. Thanks.
I'm hearing feng shui for the first time in a completely new way.
So excuse me if I'm I didn't bring the waving cat. But with the waving cat, I understand where they get it from. So you go to the Chinese or the Thai restaurant and you there's a tip jar, right, with the waving cat. Yeah. The reason why they're doing that is it's moving the energy. So it's a s it's a small activator, it's bringing wind.
So you see the wind move, and then you look at the tip jar and think, oh, I've better put a tip in.
So there's always a reason. And why is why is it so connected? Like I've noticed you've used animals a lot. So that the monkey, I'm not sure.
We look at your birth chart. So everyone would look at the time you were born. So there's an element and an animal to the time, the day, the month, and the year. Yeah.
Okay. So first, before we dive there, great question. You said there's three looks. Yes. Just so I'm clear. Man, earth, and heaven. Yes. Man being manifestation of material things, like money.
What are you who are you day to day? Like, are you a good person? Do you wave when you walk someone stops the car and you know you walk across the road, you say thanks for stopping.
And why is it called man?
We'd say man luck. It's just who you are. You're man and woman, though. Yeah, same thing, yeah.
Oh, okay. So it's just who you are as a person.
Do you listen to your m you know, Matt's podcast and try and improve yourself day to day? Or are you sitting watching Netflix and just numbing your brain, you know, day by day? You know, it's that. It's uh Okay.
So it's like your like um your personality in it's your state of being. Okay. Yeah. So we have we have one look there, then we have earth, just so I'm clear on earth, what's it?
Fun swei? Your house. Function your environment. Because remember, we spend more time at home than anywhere else. Okay. So if your environment doesn't support you, it's like the fl I always think of a flower. If a flower doesn't bloom, you don't change the flower, you change its environment.
Wow.
Yeah? Yeah.
Yeah, makes sense. Okay. So you've got good luck and bad luck.
Yeah.
And you're now placing that over the house. Yes. Okay. And then where do we go from there?
And then we look and see what are we activating in the challenging luck sectors. So the wind, the water, the washing machine.
So almost like you've got the skeleton. That's right. We've got the blueprint.
And then we've got to try and manipulate the blueprint.
What's activating those sectors?
That's right. The perfect house doesn't exist, right? Like the perfect person.
So everyone can resonate with bad luck. That's right.
But you can just you've got to manipulate it, you know?
So you're initially looking at obviously, obviously everyone wants the luck, the in-luck, but you're looking at the luck? What do you call it? Challenging. Challenging. So you're looking at that. You're looking at challenging luck. And then but then you were going through different things. You look at your birth chart.
Birth chart for everyone living in the home. Yes. Okay. So we've got And then we've got the energy of the year as well. So we've got challenge, then we've got birth charts for everyone in the home. Yes. And then we've got the what the year is as well. Which this year is the fire horse.
Horse, that's correct. And what does that energy of the year mean? So like like say like this year we've got a fire. Like what it was at the beginning, really.
Everyone kept thinking, oh, I can't wait to get rid of the snake. The horse will be better. I'm thinking, oh, because with each of the animals, there's an element within it. So the horse is also a fire element. So we've got so much fire this year.
Right.
So it's a good time to sort of express yourself, be bright, be sort of. That's correct.
It's like things will rise to the top. I would have thought the truth would have come out a little bit more in the world, but the year's not over yet. Okay. But it's all about truth.
Expression and communication, voice. Yeah. Okay.
A little bit like Leo in the sun. Like I'm trying to imagine the sun and what that represents. Okay, so so okay, perfect. Now it's making sense. So we're we're we're layering with the year fire hall, so we know what that is. We're then looking at everyone who lives in the home and the birth charts, when they were born, the astrology, because you're placing that on the top.
Yes. Then you're looking at the challenges from those sort of grid lines. Can you explain those? Because it was red and green. The red is the challenging.
Red is the challenging. So we don't want to. I always think the red is like the bear. Don't poke the bear. Right, okay. Got it.
Okay, okay. So you see my brain ticking.
It's a lot, you know. People think, uh, you know, I sit at a di I sit at um, my sons go to a school in Melbourne and uh in the basketball team, everyone's a specialist doctor apart from myself, fung shui master, and my husband's a builder. You know, and they look and think, I don't know what Gail he talks about.
But you know, they think I'm talking about waving cats and trinkets. It's nothing to do with that. It's it's very much a a mathematical science. And it takes a lot, it's one of those things that you'll never stop. Like what you probably do, you'll never stop learning.
I think the problem is though, Kelly, if if I'm if I'm honest and I have it myself with with the way I talk about stuff, is I think sometimes if people don't get it, they often can think, oh, I'm I'm too stupid to ask another question to get it. Oh, because I get that. And I think with me, if I don't get something, I'll just keep drilling you until I don't get it, I don't get it, I don't get this, I don't get it, I don't get it.
Because I'm thinking from the aspect of, I suppose, like if someone's now sitting at home and they're like, okay, well, I meditate in that corner of the room. Doesn't matter. But it's an activation of maybe like one of the energies that they shouldn't be activating. Does it be a little bit more? You're more worried about what's coming in.
I'm more than what's like what is it?
Yeah. Okay. So we've got we've got the challenging parts of the house, which is the red. Okay. We're now looking at so for for people listening, you did that to our home. And we saw we saw the red sort of what are they what are they called coming in? Sectors. They're just sectors. We saw red sectors coming in.
But then you would what you did, you gave us different sheets. So you said this is financial, didn't you? So what what are they called? Because you gave you gave me financial, then you gave us power. What what are those different things?
So just different formulas. So we look at where can we get the money? So you every house has four wealth sectors. And unfortunately, the new age Feng Shui stuff always says the back left-hand corner relates to money. That's not true, because my house can't be the same as your house. We live on different sides of the world, we have completely different floor plans.
It just doesn't make sense. So every house has four wealth sectors. In your case, like my house, three of them are out of luck and one is in luck. So if you've got, for example, your fridge in an out-of-luck sector, in one of the red ones, and nothing, you've got a solid wall in the in the good wealth sector, you are going backwards financially.
You just can't make it work. But that's not the case with your house.
But interestingly, just so people know, like when Kelly was doing it to us, like we've we lived in a house two years. And as you were saying, don't use this door, don't use this window, and I was saying to you, well, we don't use that window because it's Humphrey's room and we're we're afraid he'd kind of jump out the window.
Yeah. And you were like, Don't use this door. And we were because you were looking at the original floor plan, and we were like, that's weird, because that's now my in-laws who've got our annex. They've moved their door and they literally moved it out of the red zone.
Out of the shitty monkey for you. Yeah. Yes. Which was effectively. Which was losing and also losing money.
Now, when you're saying monkey, I was born in the year of the monkey, is that right? Humphrey was born in the year of the dragon. Dragon. Corusum was born in the year of the rooster. He's a rooster. So just so I'm clear on that, the the that there, that carries you through your whole life, does it? That's the animal.
And again, this is Chinese astrology, isn't it? The monkey. So what does the monkey what what does what does that represent?
Just means that you're a monkey. So it's uh you like to kick at things and that for a good time. Um so it's it's just we look at the where from a full spray point of view, we look at where the monkey sits in your house and whether it's in luck or out of luck. So for example, you say Okay, okay, okay.
Say you had you've you had a door in the monkey which you've closed over, but say your in-laws have their fridge there in the monkey.
Yeah.
For example, in 2028, it's the year of the monkey. So if you're activating that monkey sector, you being a monkey, and then the year of the monkey comes around, that's when people get sick. The monkey the cop cops it.
Right, okay.
Yeah. Right, okay. So it's about almost not not bringing in. Don't activate the monkey. Yeah, don't poke the monkey.
If it's out of luck, whereas don't poke it. Whereas your wealth sector is the rooster and Coruscant is a rooster, right? So the little moneymaker over here is um, you know, and that's where your the your parents' bathroom is, right? So every time they have a shower, I'll be saying get in that shower.
Just run the shower, just live in it.
I'm sure Coruscant's parents won't mind this, to be tensed. But hilariously, we have this running joke in our house that Coruscant's dad, we we say he takes so long to get ready, he has a spa routine. I've never met anyone spend as long as he does in the bathroom. And you're saying that unlocks the finance of the room.
So we're activating the wind and the water, the water's gonna be in the steam all you like.
Steam in there.
Yeah, you you want another hour? That's right. Have another two shells a day. You know, or not.
No, you you take another two hours.
That's right.
Yeah. Okay, so Korusan's the rooster, but why is that money, did you say? Sorry?
Because that's just the way the formula works out in your house with your facing direction. So if your house faced ten degrees to the left or the right, it was tilted a different way, then the whole formula would be different.
Okay. Okay. So again, bringing this back to people listening. So they're going to get their floor plan, they're going to obviously engage with the Feng Shui Master. Credited one.
On the International Feng Shui Association.
And how can they do that? Do they just go online?
Go on to, yeah, jump online, International Feng Shui Association, and you know, there's different chapters around the world.
I mean, the great thing is you're from Melbourne, aren't you? And you've done ours. So you don't have to find a local.
You can you can Earth, we're very lucky. And your house is a tricky one because you don't have a proper address. No, when you send it to me, I'm like, God damn it, where am I going to do it? Where are the AS?
What about, you know, because I was just thinking then putting my um hat on if someone may be looking at buying a house. Good idea before you buy it, definitely. So maybe if there's two houses that you're toss up to buy one for sure. Yeah. 100%.
But if someone's buying uh and they want to do work. Doesn't matter. But but Hank but actually, but they could do the work to move things around so they go into luck, can't they? 100%. So it's a really good time to to do this prior to doing any renovation, isn't it? Definitely.
Because it's always much easier to change a a line on a piece of paper versus oh that washing machine should have gone a metre to the left versus where it is, you know?
What can people do, Kelly, right now without booking in with a with a master class? First wear master, yeah. What's the first things they can do online themselves?
Have a really good declutter, you know, uh clean the house, you know, look at the wardrobe, give away things that you don't use anymore, that you don't wear. Just have a really good clean out. Why is that important? Well, I think you just get stuffy in the mind. You come home, it's gotta be the place where you rest, relax, recuperate.
If you come home into a bit of a junk heap, you just don't feel it doesn't feel good.
Okay.
No one wants to walk into a house that's messy.
Yeah. Energetically. No, it feels terrible. So that's the first thing they can do. Now, if we didn't have a floor plan, you wouldn't have been able to do this for us. I cannot, no. So would you recommend people who perhaps because I used to sell houses and not everyone had a floor plan.
No, but you can ring, I always say, call your local real estate agent and get their floor plan and ask to come out and draw it for you. So get or all draw it yourself, I people it's that's a very good skill. But I I couldn't do it. It's it's got to be down you you can see how detailed it is, the floor plan.
If it's if the floor plan is off a little bit, the whole thing is off. But if they have a floor plan, if they have a floor plan, which a lot of people do now because when they've bought the house, it's on the real estate listing. Most of the time I can find it myself.
So you're looking for immediate the exact coordinate, you're looking for the floor plan, and then you want to know um people living in it, state of births, to understand the birth chart.
Yes. Discovering whether when the water is. That's right. And that's why some people can buy. Like I could move into your house and still have a really good life there. However, it it's better for Corusant because it naturally aligns to her and to Humphrey. Interesting. Whereas you and I are unlucky monkeys, so it doesn't support us as well.
So then this kind of changes things of people feeling a kind of um you know, that kind of that haunted energy or that something. Like it it it it does more than align to you as an individual, which is quite a nice feeling in a way. Yes. Because it takes away from this fear that I think a lot of people have when they buy a house that it was it's only the condition of like, I don't know, if there's say there's a ghost presence or an older house, which a lot of people's gonna get.
There's always something, you know, even a house that was built in 1890. Someone's definitely fallen off the perch in that house at some point. But I love it. We have a you know, the energy feels great in our house, even though it's not perfect. We've got, you know, we're about to start a renovation, but it's not perfect.
It will be once we've renovated it.
So what's what's the goal with this? Like what what is the perfect? There's no perfect house, I know, because you've just said that, because you you haven't got one with your door. But with everything you know, what what are we trying to achieve with our house?
We're trying to achieve good health, good relationships, good some financial stability and growth, you know, you can't have everything. So if if the perfect life existed, you wouldn't appreciate it because you haven't gone through the hardship. Right. So there's got to be that bit of yin and yang, there's got to be that balance with everything.
But if you know when if you know your health is the house is supporting your your health, I think that's really key. Whereas I've got clients where I've said to someone, like, I was at a lady's house a couple of months back, and this lady was really sick. She was so lovely and she was really sick. And she'd had a fung shui person out who would charge her two and a half thousand dollars, told her to put a wind chime out the front, nine lemons on a bowl, and red ribbons around her taps, right?
Really? Yep. And this woman's really sick. Like she's off the ambulance takes her once a week off to the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne for treatment. Like she's really crooked. And her bathroom basin was in Zinn. Now, this woman was born in Zinn. Zinn means metal, and it relates to issues with the lungs.
And I said to her, Margie, tell me about your lungs. She said, Oh, they're not great. I said, What happened in 2011 with your lungs? And she said, I had a double lung transplant in 2011 because it was Zinn here. The bathroom basin was in Zinn. So she had the three things out of luck. She had the time, the time hit her, it was in her birth chart, and she was activating it.
So you can pick, you can see this from saying your house in 2028. If that door was still there, we would have had problems with your health. There would have been some sort of lung issues in 2028 with you.
The door for my in-laws.
Yes, but you've moved it, so it's not a problem. So if you don't activate it, if you don't open the door, you don't open the window, or the fridge isn't there, it's not a problem.
Okay, you've just you've either got to try and move it or not use it. Not use it.
Okay, our toilet is in the wrong spot. So I've lucky enough, I've got a husband and two sons, and our toilet's in the wrong spot. So if it's yellow, we let it mallow because it'll about how much water goes down the gurglar.
So that that that client that you spoke about there, what did she do?
She stopped using a base and she brushes her teeth in the shower now. She's got a hand sanitizer, so we just stop the water going down there. Some clients put a little bowl in like a breakfast bowl and catch the water and then tip it down the loo in the right spot. It's all about how much water goes down it.
It seems extreme. It does sound extreme. But if But I get it. Of course, with the work they do. Or you just move it. Or you just move it. But a lot of times most of my clients don't they people don't ring me when they, you know, life is going really well. I only ever get the shit calls. Kelly, I'm sick.
Kelly, this is what's happened. This is, you know. Very rarely do people ring me. Oh or if they're about to do a build or a renovation, they call me. But they call me when they're in crisis.
And are health improved?
Uh 100%. Did it?
Yeah, just by just by just because of that one area being gotta look. No, that's amazing. Yeah, definitely. Um, I want to go back here to under I want to pick your brains in terms of like I understand how reality works, right? But what do you think's going on? Like the energy of of feng shui? What what is it?
Feng shui is the unseen energy.
Okay. And and uh energy carrying.
Gee, think of it like steam. You know, where does the steam disperse throughout the house? That's the sectors, that's what that's the the energy of the house. It's the it's the feng shui.
It's and why do you think 2,000 years ago they said in this direction it's health?
In this direction it's but they use their compass, their metal compass, and they sat there and they looked. So in feng shui, we look at there's four animals that are really important. The one we we talked about, the black tortoise, which is the back of the house. We want the big back of the turtle supporting us.
The front of the house is called the red bird or the red phoenix. So we think we want this beautiful bird that looks good. So we want our house looking better than our neighbour's house. Because you think qi is like us. We take the dog for a walk on a Saturday morning and you always walk past that one house and think, geez, that's a nice house.
I'd love to see what's in that house. Chi will want to go to that house versus the unkept house next door. Yeah. So the red bird. So the red bird relates to the opportunities coming towards your house. Now, if you live in an apartment, your red bird is the windows where you get the most amount of energy, the sunlight, qi through.
So it could be the balcony window, not necessarily the window of the of the door of the apartment building.
Okay.
Yeah?
Yeah.
And then if we look at the front door, so if we stand and looking at the front door from the street, on the left is what we call the white tiger. That represents the feminine energy. So we want the house beside our house to the right to be a bit smaller than our house. That relates to relates to being able to rest and relax.
Then the energy on the left is called the green dragon, and we want that to be taller than our house. That relates to the masculine energy and it relates to being um money, having get up and go, you know, professional energy. So if you like you guys don't live in a normal streetscape, but it's about the trees.
It's about because to the right of our house, we built a mini version of our house in the garden. Is it short?
Is it smaller than yours? Yeah, a lot of things. Yeah, great. There you go. So there you go.
It's our office. And funny enough, I'm always attracted to to that area. I mean, you know, yeah. To the right of the home. Kelly, the way I understand this, just with the work I do, is as I was saying to your sister off camera first as well, is there's this infinite field of energy called the unified field consciousness that is invisible to our senses over 99.9% of energy we can't see.
And it's an illusion to believe that there's uh a gap between you and I. It's full. If we took off the goggle, so to speak, we'd see this infinite wave of uh energy that's swimming between us. This energy that's like steam that's coming into our home. The way I'm understanding this from my head is that essentially this energy we can't see is flowing into our home.
Yes.
And 2,000 years ago, they found a way to measure this energy and where it flows and the meaning of that energy, some being health, some being money. Am I right? And the way it flows like steam into a home, then they were then able to then place this compass over the top and go, that's bad look, that's good look, and this is what you need to do if you've got either um water or wind in the in where this energy flows, just move it out.
And am I right in things correctly?
And you think back in the day, even now if you go to Bali, they don't have their kitchens, they don't have their bathrooms in the house. They don't have near anywhere near the health issues the Western world does.
Right. Yeah. You know? And also do you think do you think that do you think it's like an overlooked like in a way if you think about if you think about I suppose how we live, it's like if we're busy, do most people really give their home and the energy in the home to time that it deserves, really?
No, they don't until they've really but I think there's something that's changing because people are understanding that everything is energy now. This is it's not a new thing, but it seems to be a new thing for the general populace, you know. It's so my clients are everyone from you know, single mums to BNAs.
They're I help everyone. I don't, you know, they're they're and people are really I've got some got a doctor at the moment, he's Chinese, and the wife, we've done the feng shui, and then it was three thousand dollars to move their solar panels from somewhere that was out of luck, causing health issues for their daughter, to somewhere that would give them power, which was really good into a power sector.
And she said, My husband, I just can't get him on board, I can't get him on board. And I said, Oh, these are my clients, but XYZ, next thing, the pa he's quite happy to jump on board. I think it's you know, pe people often think my clients are purple haired, you know, pendulum swinging, strange, you know, out of left field sort of people.
They're not.
Well, it reminds me of the saying that um years ago I remember hearing millionaires don't use astrology, billionaires do. That's right. It's this and it's very well like the deeper I've gone into this rabbit hole myself, the more you realise that's right. The elites really do understand this world.
I saw something on Goop Pop App saying that um that the latest thing is not a Birken handbag, it's having a psychic on call. Yeah, I saw that. But in Hong Kong, it's quite big to have a feng shui, your feng shui master on a retainer. So you they'll ring and say, you know, CEOs, you know, what have you, I've got to fire someone, I've got to have a big meeting, I've got to have a board meeting, pick the right day, pick the right time.
Wow. Yeah. Go into that for me. Well, you think we look at your charts, so we look at you know, what elements do you like? Like, I don't like fire, so I didn't want to have our podcast in a fire time slot, you know. Oh, and so there's different elements of the day. Yes, they change every two hours. Oh, I didn't know that.
Yeah, so we can you you you manipulate, you know, the energy of the day to suit you best, especially when you're in an out-of-luck cycle, like I am this this year.
And what did what did you want this to be in the store in a fire?
If it had it been between nine and eleven, it was a snake, which is fire, no good.
What would that what would that be?
Well, just would have could have gone to would might not have gone as well as I'd hoped it to go. Like your questions could have been problematic, Matt, Corusand, you know.
Yeah, because my I mean I think my questions, I'm you know, my dad used to tell me off as a kid, he used to say, Matt, you asked far too many questions. But for me, my bra have to understand. Yeah, understand is good though. I have to do an across.
Yeah, but I even I've just learned so much now on like understanding it now, obviously, nowhere near anything of any level, but now understanding maybe the some of the things that I have always felt. So, like, I'll give you an example. So when we before we bought the house that we've we've bought now, we went and viewed there were three properties that we were kind of loving.
There was one property in particular that every time I walked into it, there were certain areas of that house. I could not explain to you what it was, but it it felt like I would almost dysregulate the moment I hit certain spots in that house. I remember there was one part where I would walk up the stairs now and now hearing what you're you were saying, I think it was like the doorway.
There was n there was no light coming in really. It was very, very dark. And I would stand in the corner and I just have this, just this off energy, this this feeling. So now I'm understanding what you're saying. Is that me feeling like maybe it was it was the the negative part that for me would never have suited me, repelled really the all the good parts that I have.
That's right. It just didn't feel naturally whereas so the house probably had some challenging feng tray to it. Yeah. Oh, 100%. Whereas, you know, that friend who keeps dating the dead shit boyfriends would probably walk into the house and go, Oh, this feels great. Where do I sign up? Yes, well, because the people are living there, aren't they?
Yeah. With health conditions, interestingly.
Yeah.
But interestingly, uh a little bit like me, you and I would look at more of the technical aspects of it, wouldn't we? You know, studying the formula and the whereas I think your Corusand's very intuitive.
So I'd imagine I mean I'm just like, there's an off energy here. There's an off energy. Thanks very much, but no things. No thank you. Yeah. So state agents really try to sell it, you know?
unknown Yeah.
When someone like me and Corusand are fortunate enough to have our house done by a feng shui master like you, and we now have this overwhelming sort of information that I'm now sort of understanding. We've essentially, or anyone listening, once they have theirs, they've just got to go through it and try and either make the adjustments or not use windows and doors.
And the goal is just to be conscious of where your out of luck parts are in the house, essentially.
Yes, but you can also manipulate so your wealth sector is in the rooster, which is you you in Chinese, which is the month of September. So you know in September, so if you're gonna go and do a great tour of Australia, for example, and you September would be a great month to do it because there's gonna be money coming in.
Just so I'm clear, why is why is uh money the rooster? Your you're according to your facing direction, your formula, the rooster is your wealth sector.
Okay. So everyone who this comes from the birth chart, is that right?
That's correct. This comes from the natal chart of the house and then your birth charts. So this changes if we move house. If you move house. Or if you extend the house, then the centre point of the house moves. So if you extend the house, the chart after the feng shui we've worked on doesn't work anymore.
It's shifted. And I had a client not long ago with their feng shui was perfect, and they had um a big outdoor area, and they put plastic around it and turn it into an indoor room. So the centre point of the house shifted and everything went very much. Oh, because you start with the heart, do you? Like the center of the start of the centre of the point of the house, yeah.
Just a quick qualm. I find it amazing how many people are totally unaware that Corusand and I have our own manifestation community called the Beyond Community. We launched it in early 2026, and it is by far one of the best apps that I personally use every single day. And I know if you've got a dream, you are going to love this community.
I'm not here to sell you the resources, but just know that if you want to be in the best place to help you get towards whatever it is that you're seeking to manifest, you're gonna absolutely love everything that's in this community, all the resources and all the people. So if you just look in the show notes below, you're gonna see a link to a seven-day free trial.
Just come on in, check us out, check out everything that we have to offer. And if for whatever reason this community isn't for you, no hard feelings, you can leave anytime within that seven days. But if you have got a dream and you'd love all the help to get you there, you're gonna absolutely love it.
And with that said, back to the episode. What's one story that stands out for you, like a transformation story that you've seen that that you where you've completely changed someone's life? Is there anything that really changed?
Lots of little wins.
Is there any like really cool stories that you can share?
I was gonna say a standout.
I love a standout story.
Well, it's funny, one of my clients, it wasn't funny, one of my clients in Melbourne, they had uh he the husband was born in the year of the pig. And I was sitting at the dining table and the back door was open and it was in the pig, which was out of luck. So issues with the pig are like your waterworks problem.
So bladder, kidney, um, testicle, scrotum. And I said to this, it was a husband and wife, and I said, You've got to be really careful here. The pig, this back door, I know you have it open all the time. Try and shut it. The reason being is you'll have these health issues. And he looked and said, Kelly, look, I've had testicular cancer, it's no longer an issue.
And I said, Oh, did that happen in 2019? He looked at his wife, she looked at me and she said, How did you know that? Because it was the year of the pig.
In 2019.
2019.
Right, okay.
So that's you can pick it, but they had a wealth, one of their wealth sector was in their home office. Um, they had a window there. I said, just put an air, we wanted to get some wind to catch the water, right? So I said, just put an air diffuser, pop it just there in front of the window. Anyway, I I spoke, I my clients they always become friends.
They call me often. And anyway, I called them a couple months later and said, How's it all going? And he said, Kelly, you won't believe it. We've had uh over $100,000 come our way. My husband calls it Kelly's Cash Corner. Um, because they were activating this wealth sector. Whereas previously it was a home office window that very rarely got opened um and there was no water in there.
So it goes always goes back to the wind and the water.
Let's talk about that. The wealth. I think everyone would love it. Everyone's got money. So so we can use them as an example tangibly. So with wealth, what you're looking at first are the in-luck corners of the house for wealth. Am I right?
Yes. So the first thing I look at someone's house is the out of luck, because we don't want to activate the out-of-luck ones because that's when problems happens, problems pick up. So we avoid the out-of-luck.
So we sort that out first by either moving wind, water, not using doors, windows, whatever. Sure. So we figure out the out of luck. Figure that out.
Because as soon as you as soon as you fix that up, everything gets better anyway. And then we layer with what we can layer. So money with the wealth. So we like that client, open the window, get an air diffuser, air purifier, something that's creating energy in the corner of that room.
So you just find your wealth corner of the house.
Sometimes you know, it's just depending on depending on the size, the shape of the house. So your house also, we look at the shapes. Your house is very rectangular, which means it supports the woman more so than the man.
Oh.
Okay. A masculine masculine house is more of a square home.
Which is funny how that house has been like the house that I had this pull to give birth in. Yeah. I felt really supported actually when I gave birth to Humphrey in that house. That's great.
Yeah. It's a feminine house. But anyway, we digress. So we look at the the the wealth. Yeah. We look at power. So activating power, people think, oh, I don't really care too much about power. But myself, I had I activated the power sector in my house, which was literally opening a window in my son's bedroom, and that was it.
And my social media went from like 10,000 followers to over 100,000 nearly overnight.
By by just activating power.
Just getting the wind in just getting the wind in the right spot. So and power comes, and most of my clients come from social media. So power also equals money, in my opinion. Yep.
What else is there other than wealth, power?
Well, even um, so I've got also a a um politician in Australia. I'd looked at his feng shui for him. He's also a monkey, but their monkey sector was power, was in luck. So we activated that for him, and then he got a huge, got a big portfolio in really yeah, in federal politics.
unknown Okay.
Yeah. She's fascinating. And then uh what else? And then we look at power, we look at luck.
unknown Okay.
So luck can be, people think, oh luck, whatever. But when I was in China early in the year, it was funny, we went to all these old properties built in the 15th century. Ex-Singaporean prime ministers, the guy that started Tiger Bomb, um, some people that would be BNAs in the current, you know, clime climate, they were all about the luck, more so than the money and the power.
Interesting.
So when you're looking at wealth, power, luck, and health, I'd imagine is another, you're looking at the remind me of the word they sector. Sector. I'm gonna write that down. Sector. When you look at those sectors, so anyone can do this when they find theirs. All we want to make sure we're doing in those sectors is activating window water.
That's correct. That's that's all we're doing. That's it. So, for example, if a corner of our home that you've identified is wealth in this sector and there's a window, just keep it open.
And if you want to, you know, stick an air diffuser in front of it, air purify, something, get some water sprouting, a little indoor water feature. But with water features, they're tricky because if you put them in the wrong spot, they're big activators. So if anyone listening, if you've got a water feature or going around your garden and you're not having the best luck of your life, turn it off.
Just give me four weeks, turn it off and just see if life changes. And with water features, the water should always be sprouting back towards the house because water equals wealth in Feng Shui and we want the money coming to us. We don't want one of those big water features, 360 degrees, and we're giving all that money away.
We want it coming back to us.
How do you feel if we layer start layering manifestation? So, you know, you mentioned to me you with your power, you had this surge. Let's imagine someone identifies a sector of power, yes, and their intention is to manifest more following or growth or views for their podcast. Would you would you stick out, uh write out the intention and and stick it within the sector for that for that energy?
Would that carry the intent as well?
I don't I don't know. I don't think so. I don't think the sector, it's the wind and the water that gets it more so than like it can't read. I think if I walked, say for example, my power sector was at my front door, every time I walked through that front door, I said to myself, I'm getting more and more powerful every day, or something like that.
Then yes, it would it could have something. But I don't think putting a piece of paper.
Give it a run. Yeah, I think we can give it a run at your front door. I'll use it because just with knowing how intention modifies probability and manifestation and consciousness, I think if we combine, I think there's a really nice co-creation here, Kelly. I feel like if you find that wealth, power, or health or luck sector, and you activate the wind and the water and you infuse it with intent which carries that that frequency, so to speak.
Otherwise, I think what would happen is you are left to the randomness of whatever you're intending yourself. So, but I think you could supercharge it by putting writing out or putting a vision board in the sector.
We'll give it a run. Definitely.
I think it would I think it makes sense to but you've got to start by you've got to start by identifying those sectors, haven't you?
Oh, that's the key. And it's really hard. Like uh I had a girl, I've got a one of my best girlfriends, she had she was renovating this beautiful house in South in um South Yary in Melbourne, and she'd moved out and she was sorry, they were moving out and she had to find a rental. And she sent me through three or four of them, and they were all terrible.
So she started, she felt terrible for wasting my time. So she started chat GPTing it to try and find the right house for her. Poor old Jatcha, to try and find the center point of someone's house is a a weak course in feng shui. Even trying to locate that, it's very difficult, let alone finding the compass direction because you have to change it to magnetic north.
Your Apple phone won't find your compass direction. It'll be wrong. So unfortunately, I wish I could give everyone a tip and say, go to www.you know XYZ and you'll be able to do your feng shui. It's not that easy.
Sure. But I suppose now you've given us ours, or if someone has theirs, they could then feed what a master's given them into ChatGPT. So so ChatGBT is just like looking at what a master's already created.
I don't think they'd be able to read it.
You're not. Okay. My God, I feel like my head's just exploding. No, no, no, no, no. In a good way. In a really, really good way, because it's I think unconsciously we all feel this. So, for example, Coruscant and I, we we actually weirdly said to each other yesterday, and I'll be honest, one of the things we do with these podcasts, obviously we do our research, but I like to be dumb.
I like to come into it really sort of not being a know-itable than wanting to find out for the first time. And hand on heart, honestly, this year we've been so busy, we've we've only painted our house, and normally we do a lot of work in a year, and we want to one of our intentions is to renovate the house before we move.
But for some weird reason, obviously, we we just had this resistance to to doing any moving around, and now I know why.
Because we've had this Yeah, because also Kelly, like when you said um the what we what we always talked about doing was changing the orientation of that front door. And I noticed for you that was like and strangely the kitchen would never have been there. It's just so happened that we couldn't do what we wanted to do.
So you saying that has really changed, like also changed my view on how things come into the house and how and how you know, really what you're saying is is is all about going really right back, like right back to tradition here of what will happen years and years ago. Like, yeah, okay, they didn't have you know, there weren't fridges and there weren't the washing machines and dishwashers and all of that, but it really is just about going back to the root of you and like your you and the earth and the house and how it's all curious.
Yeah, wind and water.
Well, interesting enough, Feng Shui started um about burial sites. Feng Shui masters is a lot of them, they just do yin feng shui, which means they just find the right burial site. So the Chinese believe where you were buried um has a direct representation of the life your unburnt born offspring will have.
Right. So um, yes. If you're buried in a in a challenging location, your great-grandkids that you haven't met will have a really, really horrible hard time. So it's not uncommon for in Asian culture to bury up uh to dig up someone's burial site and move them.
Really? Yeah.
unknown Yeah.
I think the really positive thing here is because initially when you see the chart, it can be quite daunting, if I'm honest. Oh yeah, I when I do someone's chart, I hold my breath when I first push go to see what comes up in someone's chart because it's it is it can be quite, you know, because you're saying, oh, you could have health issues here with your throat and stuff.
And I think the great, the reassuring thing here is it can be modified. 100%. Which is so empowering for everyone. And I think with everything I know, you know, with the work that I do, we can hold our intent, but there are forces around us to environment I always say I've been saying this this year.
There's environmental conditions with your manifestation that you cannot control, you know. And what really empowering here is actually you can control this. There's this flow of energy, whether you know it or not, coming through your home. That's right. You may as well, if you're in touch work, get it right to absolutely improve your conditions for everything.
I do have an online masterclass about your form school. So if you don't have a floor plan or you you haven't got the budget to do a reading, you can look at that and the form, which is where feng shui started. The you know, the masters would go out and walk for three years looking for the perfect form, you know, which relates to the turtle, you know, the red bird, all of those things.
Right. Okay, which you see. So like Hong Kong is is completely built on Feng Shui formulas.
Really?
Yeah. So we look at the micro and the macro of cities as well.
Okay.
Are there any mistakes that people make with thinking that a trinket's going to change your life is a big is a big mistake, I think.
So why do I see others moving things around rooms and putting magnets under what is that? Where does it be?
It's a very new age is that a new is that it's popular feng shui because not everyone could afford a feng shui master. So but I see I see pop up on my social media, people putting metal under beds and I'm like, what is this? Like honestly, there is nothing in any classical feng shui texts about putting metal under anything.
Where do you think that's come from?
I don't know. Just new age.
New age, I don't know.
Okay. So you're not doing any of that in your home.
You're not Absolutely not. I do not have any trinkets. If my husband opens the wrong window, he's in he know he knows he's in for it. But um But no, it's the wind to water. We go back to very but the problem we've got, I don't know whether you have it here in in the UK, but people are building houses, five bedrooms, five bathrooms.
You know, the more water you add into the house, the more problematic it can be.
Yeah. I'm gonna ask you a question. We have friends from all around the world that own restaurants, hotels. They're very blessed to know a lot of people in in that in that sector.
Restaurants are a big one because you think OSA, people look at them and think, what's the fung shui? I say, think about the main shopping strip in your town. There's always that one shop, no matter what goes in there. It can be a chicken shop, it can be solicitors, it can be a hairdresser's, that doesn't last.
So you're saying the if someone owns a restaurant or a hotel, they can do exactly the same like they would on any property. It doesn't matter because the energy is a good thing. Industrial, commercial, all of them. And you're saying with that, we can they can modify doors, water to increase their luck in every area.
I had a client in Melbourne who had spent a million dollars on a fit out of a restaurant and they had their cool room in the Rob Wealth in the wrong section. So losing money, right? The cool room's a big fridge. Uh the front door moved from the centre of the shop off to the left, which was also then out of luck.
So if you look at renting a shop or buying a house, if you know the front door is in the middle of the house, you're in with a good show. Like look at it versus a house that's not it's off-center, it still could be all right. But rule of thumb is if the front door is in the middle of the shop, the house tick.
Um, and this business didn't even last a year at this restaurant, and they had to close it down because and and he said to me, What do I do? And I said, It's all it's all wrong. Like this is this is no fix here. And he couldn't even sell it, fit it out just because of the orientation of those. I just couldn't, well, even though the call room was a big activator.
And with someone that owns a business that might have multiple people involved, investors or whatever else, are you looking at the birth chart of invest everyone that's always a good question because even when you work you know in someone's office space, it's like, do you want the CEO to have the best luck, or do you want his managing director who's on the ground doing more of the work to be in better luck?
Oh wow Yeah.
Oh my goodness.
So it's super interesting.
Yeah, who who takes the hierarchy? It's the individual aspect, is it, with the birth chart. That's right.
Yeah. And I do the same thing with people, you know, like say for example, you're going to employ a new EA or you're going to employ a nanny, we look at their birth chart and say, are they in good luck? Are they going to support your birth chart? Right, okay. Yeah.
So you're looking at you're looking at the the property itself and the and the the look and the bad luck of the, but then you're layering on top the people that live it or own it for their own individual look. And then So with someone who might come to you who owns a restaurant or a you know a hotel, they are they can choose whether they want to look at their own birth charts or their investors' birth charts.
That's right. Yeah. So it's like a layer. It's all like all the layers. So I can now understand why you're saying just popping something here isn't gonna change. You know, you need to understand a the home, the people in it, the orientation, and everything that flows through it. That's correct. Yeah.
Wow.
Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow. Okay, so we wanted to play a game for the first time that we've done this. We because you're also part of the Beyond community too.
I am.
And we'll it's a great community.
And I actually jumped on the other day and I had to get a new PO box, and I'm like, I'm gonna ask about what number PO box I should be getting. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Exactly. Exactly. Yes. Um, and we, you know, this is such a hot, hot topic, so to speak. Uh we ask the community if they have some questions. So we want to sort of do some rapid fire questions. So we have the questions here, which we'll ask in a moment. But one area of manifestation uh that that I, you know, talk about a lot is taking a line-inspired action.
And I think what people don't realise is we're not always actively reaching out. I mean, interestingly, this was a topic that Coruscan and I were really interested in. And we knew at some point we'd get someone on. Do you want to share the story of how you're here? Because you're from you're from Australia as well, right?
So Well, I'm heading to Romania later on this week uh for the International Functionary Association uh convention. Happens once a year around the world, and I'm like, oh, I'm coming to London. I'm gonna message Matt and tell him I'm coming and I'd love to be on his podcast. So I shot you off on Instagram saying, hi, I'm an ex-real estate agent, you know, I'd love to be on the on the show.
And um and you you you messaged me back that that afternoon saying, Oh, Kelly, we're just talking about it. We'd love you to be on the show. So that was really great. So I think that's two ways the manifestation and also tick activating the power sector in the house too.
And talking about power, honestly, how many Korasang feng shui experts have we had reach out since Kelly?
I'm probably on the seventh now.
And I'm talking almost you were there, and within a couple of days, it's been, I would say, every probably every three or four days, we have a feng shui baster or expert reach out and say, Wanna come on?
Oh, thanks for having me, guys.
And we're so going on, you know.
So okay, so question from lovely Rachel, and she has said, Is there one simple rule that we can follow to always ensure the flow of good energy in our lives?
The front door is a big one because it's we call it the mouth of the home, the qi. So if the mouth of the home is out of luck, you can guarantee the opportunities coming in are not great. So that center point of the front door is great, is really, really key.
unknown Okay.
Right, so lots of flow of energy coming through that.
I think you've probably already answered this one, but hi Matt. This is from Margaret. I would ask, how is my home reflecting the life I'm currently living and what changes would best support the abundant, purposeful life I am manifesting?
It's a case by case scenario, but we can look at the form. So I always think the front door's important. Look at your, you know, your dining table, have a fresh bunch of flowers there, same as the coffee table, because we look at those as the red bird of the inside of the house. So opportunities coming forward, make sure you've got some nice fresh fruit.
You know, keep the house clean. Don't leave the dishes there overnight, you know, do them before you go to bed.
Just little things like that. That's actually a really interesting point we've just touched on. So you're saying in addition to these sectors, still The form's still still a form of the home.
Yes.
unknown Yeah.
So we've gone very high level in what we've talked about. I feel like we have. Go back and say, you know, the form is about the animals, those four animals we talked about, but you know, making sure, you know, um the supported with a solid wall behind you. So your sofa backs onto a solid wall. If it doesn't put a console table behind it.
Um, I remember when I before I had kids, I went and saw a friend who'd invited us to a dinner party at their house. I don't know what she was thinking, she had like a four-week old baby, but God love her. And um, she had baby James and I said, Oh, how's baby James going? She's like, Oh, he's beautiful, but he's a terrible sleeper.
And she's like, Do you want to come and look at him in his nursery? I said, sure. She opened the door and poor baby James is there in a round cot in the middle of the bedroom. You know, cots, we think about it, they should be against a wall because we wouldn't sleep in a bed without the bedhead being against a wall.
We couldn't sleep with our bed floating in the middle of a room. Yeah.
Are there any other rules like that? That's really interesting. Yeah, so it should be just solid.
So just supported, like that tortoise again behind us.
So anywhere you sit, remember solid behind you.
And even in a home office with the desk, look out. Look at the window, look at the door so you know what's coming your way. Not looking at a wall blocked, energy is blocked. You know, we want to look out. I always think of like the White House desk is looking out.
Okay. So remember that. And then did you say anything about fresh fruit and fibrows and it's like a few years?
So it's pretty opportunities, you know, it's just a good So think about Chi. Like Chi will come into the house, and everyone always thinks, oh, my front door lines up with my back door, this is bad from Shui. Not necessarily. Because if the front door's in luck in the centre of the house and the back door is also in the centre of the back of the house, we're laughing.
Okay.
But qi is like us, you know, if you came to my house and opened the door and you'd go, Oh, Kelly, that's interesting artwork, and oh, look at the hallway runner and you know, interesting things in the house. So that's a nice pendant light. It'll the the energy will stay in the house if the House is interesting.
Okay.
Fresh, you know, it's nice pot plants and sort of looking after the home, like make it abundant, make it love it, make it smell nice, fresh, clean. That's correct. Solid walls behind the home.
Is something that I always think your artwork should be something that you want to aspire to or manifest.
Interesting. Is there on that? Sorry, community, if we're coming back to the is there, and sorry, Corusand, I asked too many questions. Without pointing fingers here, one of us seems to be a little bit tidier than the other. Um is there a re I'm not saying you. I'm just gonna say this. It's not obviously humping.
It's obviously hump for us.
He's actually so tidy.
Some of us in the home like to put things away. Is there a reason for that energetic? Or is that probably very busy? Uh it's Humphrey.
Do you know what? Thank you. Thank you. But no, is it is there a reason for dumping it?
Put it away. You know, is there a reason why people dump stuff in certain areas of the room? It's nothing to do with feng shrew.
No, it's just it's busy, you know. I don't know where I heard that, but I I thought I heard the feng shui. Honestly, most of the stuff you see online is rubbish. Okay. So excellent.
Well, this leads into a good question then. What's the common mistake people make in their homes? Oh, that's a good question, actually. Is there a common like m theme that you see people make?
The heart of your home should be always open. So to find the heart of your home, get your floor plan out and square it off. Do a cross and find the heart of the home. The heart of the home should always be open. Okay. If you've got water in the heart of the home, that's a problem, which means the whole house is then out of luck.
So we want the heart of the home to be open. Not a cupboard. Definitely not water, something open. It's like your heart's then open.
So the heart is from the front door in.
Find the centre point. So get your floor plan and find the two corner, you know, the four corner points of the house, and then square it off, and then find that centre point.
And as long as there's not a sink in the middle, we're okay.
I've got a client who's got a sink in the middle at the moment, um, ex Olympian actually, and uh their kids are really sick. Looks like the son possibly has leukemia and another child is not well.
I think the main Lavaz is just an island.
No, you've got yours is open.
Then we would put a kitchen in there.
No, it's still further down. I think we're right. You're still right.
Okay.
But you don't want to have water in there.
We do have water in that room though now.
Yeah, but if it was if you would know it because you would someone would be sick, really sick.
Okay. Yeah. Okay. Um so I think I don't know how you're gonna answer this, but uh that question was from Liz. Um Canada said, Hi Matt, I'd ask, is there an optimum pod of the home to meditate and carry out our morning or evening rituals for journaling or affirmations?
Well, look, there's obviously the East is nice because the sun rises in the East. Okay. Something like that in for morning time.
Or within the sectors of luck, I suppose. Okay. Any more, see?
Yeah. So we've got lovely Laura's asking. Um I'd ask, if a sceptic asked you why Feng Shui matters, what's the one experience in your own life you'd share to make them think twice? I mean, you've shared so many powerful things, but so many.
Um in my own life. Okay, I've got one. So my son is born, my youngest son is born in the year of the pig. And the pig can also relate to mental health issues. So it's the that water works, your testicles scroll, and all that sort of stuff, but it can be mental health. And before I knew this formula, so I've only been working with this particular formula for the last seven years.
Before I knew that, I would open up a window in our house, which is in my other son's bedroom, not knowing I was activating the pig. And um little Finn would come home, you know, come home from daycare and I'd say, Have you got any friends? You know, what who do you play with today? I've got no friends.
What do you mean you've got no friends? No one wants to play with me. So I'd go and talk to the teacher the next day. You know, has Finn got friends? Finn's the most popular kid here. What are you talking about? You know, he he he runs a show. But it's what he thinks is not reality. Do you know what I mean?
He thinks he hasn't got any friends, so it was affecting his mental health.
unknown Sure.
By having this particular window, the wind, so as soon as we shut the window, no longer opens, it's actually been nailed shut. Um, because my I don't trust my husband. Um not to open the wrong window, um, he's fine. There's been no signs of oh I'm not good enough or this doesn't happen, you know, no one's playing, it's all it's done.
On that note, talking about scepticism, the way I'd I'd like to also think about it myself is right now there is music playing through this room. But none of us can hear it. But if we tuned in to an invisible field of energy, you think all frequencies, energy vibrating at different frequencies, and we just tuned in right now, we'd hear music.
So just because we can't see it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. So for any skeptic out there, I would say that this invisible field of energy that we somehow tune into and receive music in a room that we can't hear and then we can hear is the same for what you're saying with the wind flow coming in or out.
Yes, you know, you're tuning, you're just like you're tuning in, you know, essentially.
Something really something really strange, just because when you said this musical, so we had to put our beloved cat down last week. He got really sick and me go. And um on the Thursday night, my husband goes to get into bed and this music box sound starts ringing. Right? And my husband's like, Where the hell is that coming from?
And look, it just was like dil-l-l-ling, like just like that. And then he he looks under the bed and he's looking around. I said, There's no music box in here. There's there isn't. I said, There's only one in Finn's bedroom, which is on the other side of the house. That's it. And he's like, That's so weird.
Where did that sound come from? Anyway, he gets into bed. A couple of days later, I thought about it. My son's music box is a dog and a cat running around in a circle, and we had we lost our dog a year ago. We'd put him down, he got old. So I'm like, what's Amigo telling me he's crossed over to heaven with the music box did a little because it was this the the kids play it?
A dog and a cat run around in the music box?
Wow. Anyway. Wow, that's so good. But we said I can hear like a music book. No, no, no, that's we actually spoke about that on the way, didn't we? About someone you know. Fascinating. Um, this is one I think we may have. Vicki said, I'm curious, can the energy of a business actually influence the kind of customers' opportunities and financial success that it attracts?
How can feng shui be used to create an atmosphere that attracts the right customers' prosperity and success?
Yes, definitely. Your house overrides, if someone said, Okay, I've got a you know budget of this, which one should I do? Should I do the house or should I do the business? I would do the house in preference to the business. Because if you get the feng shui of your house perfect, humming away, the business will will pick up automatically.
Because we spend more time at home or we should be spending more time at home than in the business. So the the home is still like where the heart is, it's it still overrides every home first.
Home first. Regardless of how big the property is that someone might own. For sure.
But you can yeah. Or you can do both. But casinos always have a feng shui master do it because they purposely make the feng shui run. Unlucky.
unknown Yeah.
Do that. That's why you're not in a casino and you're like, where am I? You know, you get confused. It's so confusing to walk around a casino. Super. They purposely do it.
Wow. Um You're blowing my mind. But it makes sense. It does make sense. It makes so much sense. Because of course the average person who thinks this is woo-woo won't pay any attention to it all.
They're going to go to the casino and you can walk out and you think, Oh, just I feel rubbish for being in there and I'm a hundred bucks poorer for it.
Okay, well, I'm gonna I'm gonna ask this one, but I know it I know this might be something we've already covered, but Liz as heart, she said, I know this is a big arse, but here it goes. As I'm completely redecorating my entire home, what are the most important feng principles I should follow when choosing my room layouts, colours, furniture replacements, and decor to create a home that attracts positive energy, health, happiness, and financial abundance, and most importantly, harmony for my family.
I think uh the TV is a big one. I often get called into people's houses and they're like, oh no one in the family talks. No one talks anymore. Everyone just sits there and looks at the TV on their phones. But you go into the living room and the TV's your 75-inch whopper on the, you know, it takes over the whole living room, really.
So I always think, what is it you actually want to achieve in this room? If you want harmony in conversation, have your furniture so it's, you know, we're you're sitting opposite each other, you're talking to each other, not everyone looking, as my dad calls it, the idiot box, you know, that takes over the room.
Um, colour-wise, I always think neutral is good. Never, I don't like earth colours because earth relates to can be illness, especially for the next, this is another formula, but for the next um 40 years, earth is no good. So terror keep terracotta's, you know, rusty colours out of the house, browns, yellows.
We're sort of over that now. It's not the 70s or 80s anymore, but um, but neutral colours and your artwork's so important. You know, what is it you actually really want to manifest? And I think the big one for me is whatever you put behind your bed head with your art. I've manifested a husband, a couple of kids, um a beach house um by hanging the correct artwork behind my bed.
And I should never have been able to have kids. I got told never, it's not gonna happen, Kelly. And I fell pregnant naturally twice within a couple of months.
I think that's a great question, actually, for you, Kelly. If we were if we were a fly on the wall in your home, we now know what you're doing with your windows and your doors, right? What is your manifestation practice?
My manifestation practice is listening to your pod, listening to your ones, and every now and then listen to Joe Dispensa, but it he he scares me and he was like, Set up! And I'm like, oh god, I guess you know what reminds me of. You know um the Wizard of Oz when he thinks at the start when he's trying to be this big scary wizard and he's do you remember that?
Every time I hear that, I think, oh my god, that's a wizard of Oz. Um but I I do your meditations. Um, I always try and read something, so I stick with the the book club when I can. But timing, I've got two kids that are seven and nine, um, and a and a and the business is is is busy. But um, but my uh the art I have behind my bed is really, really key.
unknown Okay.
But I've got a picture at the moment of painting, it's a cat in space, and we got a new kitten, and then my cat died, like got diagnosed with cancer not long after, and I'm thinking, holy Moses, have I somehow pushed the cat off the edge? Because I've done I went and did ayahuasca. I went to ayahuasca about yeah, in Costa Rica.
My mother was diagnosed with cancer, four stage four cancer, and I wanted to go and understand death, so I took myself off to Costa Rica with a girlfriend and um did ayahuasca, and I'm thinking, oh my god, have I sent my poor cat off into the universe? So we need to change the artwork behind the bed.
But for me, that's a big one, the artwork. And a lot of people don't have artwork.
And then visualisation, visualization, visual meditations, yes. Feng shui, obviously.
And just have a go, like back yourself in. My mum used to always say, God loves a try, Kelly, just give it a go.
Okay.
And what's your mission now? I really want people, I get disappointed when people don't believe in feng shui because they've been given the wrong advice. They've seen something on TikTok or on Instagram, and I look at it and it used to really upset me. Now I'm like, I've just got to let it go because the right people will find me.
You know, a bit like you. You know, as my dad always says, you can't educate idiots, Kelly. So just let it go. You try and do the best you can for everyone, give the right advice from the heart. Uh all the advice I always give on my socials, I wouldn't if I wouldn't do it in my house, I wouldn't tell you to do it.
I agree. There's always the test from the external factors that actually ultimately, you know, they're happening to us for a reason to test our own ability to remain conscious and not fall unconscious to to the triggers externally that we see, you know. There's so many people that teach manifestation in different ways.
And ultimately it's our we the the one certainty in life is we have choice, but choice often is given to our subconscious or unconscious, so we're unconsciously making choices based on how we react. And I think the power is consciously choosing how to react in every single moment. It's not which is the hardest thing, isn't it?
So your mission then is to spread your work globally.
Yeah, and help people because it's nothing worse. Like people sick kids, you know, it's sure.
If I can help anyway, you've helped us a hell of a lot today.
We have, you have. And where can people find you? Other than you said, social media, so Instagram, where can people find you and what are the avenues that have?
Uh my website's Kelly McCloskey.com. Um, social media, I put tips on there each every couple of days as well, like a bit like your page, Matt, and just things that are practical and actionable. Um, but if look, if you've got a house and you're planning on staying there for a while, I think you're crazy not to do it.
Or if you've got to renovate, do it now because there's nothing worse when someone rings and says, Kelly, I've just renovated my house and since I have everything's gone wrong. And then you look at the house and you're like, oh.
And if they're trying to sell and have struggled to sell it, yeah. They could look at the the product. That's right.
You try and activate the wealth sector, that's correct.
In the year or move things around. Yes. Um now, so people can I'd imagine you're super busy, but people could pay for private sessions with you?
Yes, definitely. Yeah. And do you do courses as well? I've got one online masterclass, which is about form. So it's those things, the animals that we talked about. So that's the number one formula that we look at first and foremost. Like you don't ever want to have a house that backs onto a railway line, for example.
Okay. So you're looking at the form.
We look at the form. And if someone wants to train, someone's watching and going, Do you want to do that?
Offer any advice. You can study, you start off and then you go and study with different masters throughout the world. Like we've got masters here in the um one in the UK, um, my old Germany, he's just passed away. They're all around Hong Kong, Singapore. It's are there many masters like you? There's some grandmasters.
There's it's a funny thing. There's masters and then there's masters. So there's accredited masters like I am, and then there's there's masters, and you can say, well, who who pass down the mastership to you? And they're like, oh, you know, Master Lee from Shenzhen, and you know who's Master Li, I don't know.
You know, so it's uh interesting. It's a fine line. You you just so that's why I think it's really important. The International Feng Shui Association was started all these years ago for this particular reason. So you know who you're working with, they're accredited. You can't just become a member, you've got to show who you've studied, you've got to show your lineage.
So it's very much in feng shui who have you studied with, who is your lineage.
Okay.
Yeah.
Uh Corusand, our uh we always ask a final question, don't we?
We do. And it's and it's like uh it's become our little um thing to obviously we've called this podcast beyond. So what does it mean to you, Kelly, to go beyond?
To go beyond. I think it's just to continually keep learning and have new experiences. Because life gets pretty boring if you don't have new experiences. Like I love to travel. Mine's like, for God's sake, Kelly, we've got to save to renovate this house. Stop stop booking another holiday, you know, or on a holiday and I'm booking another holiday.
Um, so I think just go you're never gonna know everything. You've just got to continually keep learning and meeting new people and putting yourself a little bit, you know, out of out of your comfort zone, I think is really important. So I always try and travel once a year on my own to learn something new and not know anyone else because I find you make really good friendships when you haven't got someone there beside you to you know have dinner with on your own.
Whereas if you're going to sit on the communal table, you always meet someone interesting. I'd love that.
Powerful. Well um, I felt I felt like I've grilled you in a good way because I feel like now I'm uh I've learned a lot and I'm really excited to now look at what you've done for us. And from the bottom of my heart, uh I'm sure Corusanders, thank you, thank you, thank you. You've been brilliant, so valuable, mind-blowing, and I feel like everyone can take something from it.
Um, because at the end of the day, we all have energy running through everywhere we live or work. So thank you for reading.
Thank you. Thanks for having me.
