Welcome. This is a sleep hypnosis for wealth, abundance and inner confidence. Please listen only when you are lying down and ready to rest, never while driving or doing anything that needs your attention. There's nothing you need to do tonight except listen and let the words drift into the deeper part of your mind as you fall asleep. You may fall asleep before the end. That is perfectly fine.

In fact, it is the best way to listen. The part of you that never sleeps will keep hearing everything, quietly, all night long. So let us begin. Settle into your bed. Let your body find the most comfortable position it can. If you need to move a little, move now. Adjust the pillow. Pull the blanket up. Let everything be just right.

And now, let yourself become still. Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose. Fill your lungs gently. all the way down to your belly. Hold it for a moment. And now let it go slowly through your mouth. Let it out like a long, soft sigh. Again, breathe in slowly. Feel your chest rise. Feel your belly rise. Hold it and release. Let the breath carry away some of the tension of the day. One more time. Breathe in deeply.

And as you do, imagine that you are breathing in calm. Soft, golden calm. Hold it for a moment. And breathe out slowly. And imagine that you are breathing out worry. Stress. All the noise of the day. Leaving your body with the breath. Now let your breathing return to its own natural rhythm. Slow and easy. You do not need to control it anymore.

Your body knows how to breathe. It has always known. And with every breath you take now, you can feel yourself relaxing a little more, sinking a little deeper, becoming a little calmer. Now bring your attention to the top of your head. Imagine a soft, warm, golden light resting there. like the light of the sun at the end of a summer day. Warm, gentle, and safe. Let that golden light begin to flow slowly downward. It flows over your forehead, and your forehead relaxes. Every small line smooths out. Every small frown melts away. It flows over your eyes and your eyelids become heavy. So heavy and comfortable. The tiny muscles around your eyes let go completely. It flows over your cheeks and your jaw. Your jaw softens. Your teeth

part a little. Your tongue rests loosely in your mouth. The golden light flows down your neck now. All the muscles of your neck release, one by one, as the warmth moves through them. It spreads across your shoulders, and your shoulders drop lower and lower, letting go of everything they have been carrying, all the responsibilities, all the pressure, all the weight of the day. You can put it all down now, just for tonight. The light flows down your arms, through your upper arms, through your elbows, through your forearms and your wrists, into your hands and into every finger. Your arms are heavy now, warm and heavy and completely relaxed. Now the golden light fills your chest.

Your heart beats slowly and steadily. Your breathing is calm. With every breath, the light glows a little brighter and you feel a little more peaceful. It flows down into your stomach. Your stomach softens. Any knots of tension there begin to untie themselves gently. all by themselves. It flows into your lower back and you feel your back sinking into the bed, fully supported, fully held. The light moves down into your hips and your hips become heavy. It flows into your thighs, warm and heavy, down through your knees, down through your calves, into your ankles, and finally into your feet, the soles of your feet, each one of your toes. Now your whole body is filled with warm, golden light, from the top of your head all the

way down to the tips of your toes. You are completely relaxed, calm, Safe, heavy, warm. And it feels good. It feels so good to let go. Now, in your mind, imagine that you are standing at the top of a beautiful staircase. It is a wide staircase, made of smooth, warm stone. The color of honey. Soft golden light glows along its edges. There are ten steps, leading gently downward.

And at the bottom of the staircase, there is a place of deep peace. A place where your mind becomes very quiet and very open. In a moment, I am going to count down from ten to one. And with each number, you will take one step down the staircase and with each step you will feel yourself going twice as deep into relaxation. Ten. Take the first step down.

Feel the warm stone under your feet, relaxing deeper. Nine. Another step down. Your body is heavy and comfortable. Going deeper. Eight. Deeper still. Your thoughts are slowing down, like leaves floating on a slow river. Seven. Every step takes you further away from the noise of the day and closer to your own quiet center. Six. Twice as deep. Twice as calm. 5.

Halfway down now, the golden light grows warmer around you. You feel safe here, completely safe. 4. Drifting down, letting go. There is nothing to do, nothing to fix, nothing to worry about. 3. Deeper and deeper. Your mind is calm and open like a still lake at dawn. Two. Almost there. So relaxed. So peaceful. And one. You have reached the bottom of the staircase. You are now in a deep, calm, peaceful state of mind. In this deep, calm state, your mind is open to ideas that are good for you, ideas that help you, ideas that you choose to accept because they feel right and true and kind. Your deeper mind is like rich, dark, fertile soil. And every positive word you hear tonight is like a seed falling into

that soil. You do not need to do anything to make the seeds grow. You do not need to try. They will grow by themselves, quietly, while you sleep. And in the days and weeks ahead, you will begin to notice small green shoots, new thoughts, new feelings, New ways of acting, growing naturally, day after day. At the bottom of the staircase, there is a door. It is a tall, beautiful door, made of old dark wood, with a handle of polished gold. Warm light glows around its edges. Reach out now and take hold of the golden handle. Feel how smooth it is, how warm, and slowly open the door.

On the other side of the door, there is a garden. It is the most beautiful garden you have ever seen. It is evening here, and the sky is glowing with soft shades of gold. And rose. And deep violet. The air is warm and still. And it smells of flowers. And of summer grass. And of something sweet. Like ripe fruit.

Step into the garden now. Feel the soft grass under your bare feet. Cool and fresh. In front of you. path leads gently forward, made of pale stones that glow faintly in the evening light. On either side of the path there are flowers, thousands of them, golden flowers and white flowers, and flowers of deep red and purple. They sway gently in a light breeze, as if they are welcoming you. Walk slowly along the path, There is no hurry here. There is never any hurry here. As you walk, you notice that everything in this garden is growing. The trees are heavy with fruit, golden apples and dark figs, and bunches of purple grapes hanging from the vines. The bushes are covered in berries. The flowers keep opening one

after another as you pass by. There is so much here. So much more than enough. More fruit than anyone could ever eat. More flowers than anyone could ever count. This is what abundance feels like. Not grabbing, not rushing, not fear of running out. Just a calm, deep knowing that there is plenty, that life is generous, that good things keep growing, season after season, year after year. Take a moment to breathe in the air of this garden. Breathe in that feeling of plenty. Let it fill your chest.

Let it settle in your heart. There is enough. There is more than enough. And there is enough for you. Further along the path, you come to a small stream. The water is clear and bright, and it sparkles in the evening light like liquid gold. It flows gently over smooth stones, making a soft musical sound. Kneel down beside the stream for a moment. Put your hand into the water.

It is warm and it flows around your fingers and through them and away. Notice how the stream never stops. The water keeps flowing endlessly from some deep spring up in the hills. It does not hold back. It does not stop because it is afraid of running dry. It simply flows. And because it flows, the whole garden lives.

Money is a little like this water. It is meant to flow. It flows to you, to your work, and your ideas, and your care, and your effort. And it flows from you, to the people you love, to the things that matter, to the places where it can do good. And when it flows with wisdom and with calm, it nourishes everything it touches, including you. Stand up now and keep walking. The path curves gently around a group of tall trees. And on the other side, you see a small wooden bench beneath an old olive tree Sitting on the bench, there is a very old man. He has a white beard and a simple robe and the kindest eyes you have ever seen. He has been the gardener here for a very long time. He planted most of these trees himself many years ago when they were only seeds.

He smiles and moves over a little so that you can sit beside him. And you sit down. For a while, neither of you says anything. You just watch the garden together. The light is turning a deeper gold now. A few early stars are appearing in the violet sky above the trees. Then the old gardener speaks. His voice is slow and warm.

Do you know the secret of this garden? He asks. You shake your head. Patience, he says, and care. Every day, a little. I never tried to grow everything at once. I planted one seed and watered it, and then another, and another. Some seeds did not grow, and that was all right. I planted more. I learned which soil each plant liked. I pulled out the weeds when they were small, before they could choke the roots, and I never, ever stopped planting. People come here and think that I am lucky, he says, laughing softly, that this garden simply appeared, but it was built one small, patient day at a time.

and it will keep growing long after I am gone. He reaches into the pocket of his robe and takes out something small. He opens your hand and places it in your palm. It is a seed, a single golden seed, warm and smooth, about the size of an almond This is for you, the old gardener says. Take it back with you. Plant it in your life. Water it every day with small actions, with good choices, with belief in yourself.

And watch what grows. You close your hand around the golden seed. You can feel it warm against your palm, full of life. full of possibility. And you know that something has begun, something good, something that will grow. After a while, the gardener stands up and brushes the soil from his robe. Come, he says. There is something else I want to show you. He leads you along a winding path between rows of walls. until you come to a building made almost entirely of glass, a greenhouse. Its panes glow softly in the evening light, golden and warm, and through them you can see green leaves pressed against the glass. and flowers of every color. He opens the door, and you step inside. It is warm in here, and

the air is soft and damp, and smells of earth and leaves. There are long wooden tables, and on the tables there are hundreds of clay pots, and in every pot something is growing, Some of the plants are tall and strong, with thick green stems and wide leaves. Some are small, just a few tiny shoots pushing up through the soil. And some of the pots seem empty, as if nothing has started growing there yet. These, says the gardener, are yours. You look at him, surprised. Every plant in this greenhouse, he says, is one of your gifts, your talents, your skills, the things you are good at and the things you could become good at. Some of them you know about already and some of them you have never noticed.

He walks slowly along the tables and touches the leaves gently as he passes by. the way you might touch the head of a sleeping child. This one, he says, stopping beside a tall, healthy plant, is something you already do well. Perhaps it is your work. Perhaps it is the way you listen to people. Perhaps it is the way you solve problems, or the way you make things, or the way you help others feel calmed. You have watered this one for years. Look how strong it is.

Let your deeper mind show you what this plant might be. You do not need to name it. Just notice it. Notice how strong and green and alive it is. He moves further along the table. to a smaller plant with a few bright new leaves. And this one, he says, is something you have only just begun, a new skill you are learning, an idea you have been thinking about, a small dream you have been carrying quietly. It is young and it needs care. But look, it is growing.

Every time you give it a little attention, It grows a little more. And then he stops beside one of the pots that seems empty. Just dark soil, smooth and still. And this, he says softly, is the most interesting of all. You lean closer, and now you can see it. Just under the surface of the soil, something is moving. A tiny pale green shoot, just beginning to push its way up toward the light. This is a gift you do not even know you have yet, says the gardener. Something that will surprise you. Something that will appear when the time is right. Perhaps in a year. Perhaps in five.

Perhaps next week. A door you do not yet know exists. He smiles. Most people think their value is fixed, he says, that they are only what they are today. But look around you. This whole greenhouse is full of things that are growing. You are not finished. You are never finished. There is always more growing inside you. Now he hands you a small watering can. It is made of copper, and it is warm and smooth in your hands, and it is full of clear, fresh water. Go on, he says, water them. And so you walk slowly along the tables, and you water your plants, the tall, strong ones, the small, new ones. and the one that is only just beginning, hidden under the soil. And as the water touches each one, it seems to glow a little. The leaves lift. The

colors brighten. The stems grow a little taller. Every time you practice a skill, the gardener says, You are watering a plant. Every time you learn something new. Every time you take a small risk and try something you have never tried. Every time you finish what you started. Every time you show up. Even on the days you do not feel like it. Your value is not a number, he says. It is a garden. And it grows every single day that you take care of it. You put down the watering can. And look around the greenhouse. At all the green living things. All the possibilities. All the growth.

And you feel something warm and steady rising in your chest. You feel capable. You feel valuable. You feel, perhaps for the first time in a long time, that you truly have something to offer the world. Because you do. The old gardener stands up and invites you to walk with him. He leads you along a narrow path, down toward the bottom of the garden, where a wide, slow river flows quietly past in the evening light. At the edge of the river there is a small wooden dock, and tied to the dock there are little boats, dozens of them, small, simple boats made of folded paper bobbing gently on the water. These, says the gardener, are for the old stories. What old stories, you ask? The stories we carry about money, he says,

about ourselves, about what we deserve. Most of them were given to us when we were very young, before we were old enough to decide whether they were true. We heard them from our families, from our teachers, from the world around us, and we have carried them ever since without even noticing how heavy they are. Tonight, he says, you can let some of them go. He hands you the first little paper boat and as you hold it, you notice that there are words written on its side.

An old story. Perhaps it is one you have heard many times. Money is hard to get. Read the words quietly in your mind. Notice how long you have carried them. And now, bend down and place the little boat on the water. and let it go. Watch it drift away from the dock, slowly, gently. The current carries it out into the middle of the river, and downstream, further and further away, until it is only a small, pale shape in the evening light, and then it is gone. The gardener hands you another boat, On its side, another old story.

People like me are not meant to have money. Hold it for a moment. Notice how untrue it is. Notice how it has kept you small. And now, place it on the water and let it go. Watch it float away. further and further, smaller and smaller, gone. Another boat, another old story. Wanting more is selfish. You can let this one go too, because wanting a good life, a secure life, a generous life, is not selfish A person with more can help more, can give more, can build more. Place the boat on the water. Let it drift away. Another.

I am bad with money. Perhaps you made mistakes in the past. Everyone has. But the past is not the future. You are learning. You are growing. Every day you can make a new choice. Let this little boat go. Watch the river carry it away.

Another.

There is never enough. Look around you. At the garden. At the fruit on the trees. At the endless flowing water. Let this one go. And now, the gardener gives you one more boat. And this one is blank. There is nothing written on it. This one is for whatever old story you still carry, he says. The one that only you know. You do not need to say it out loud.

You do not even need to know exactly what it is. Just let it come to you, quietly. Feel its weight in your hands. And now, place it on the water and let it go. Watch it drift out into the current, further and further away, out Into the middle of the river. Around the bend. Into the soft golden distance. Gone. Take a deep breath now and notice how much lighter you feel.

As if you had been carrying a heavy bag for years and you have finally set it down. There is space inside you now, clear, open space, like a field that has been cleared of stones, ready for planting. And in that space, new stories can grow, true stories, kind stories, stories that help you. The gardener smiles and points to the golden seed still closed in your hand. Now, he says, there is room for it to grow. The gardener walks with you a little further along the riverbank, and then he stops beside a small stone bridge that arches gracefully over the water. On the other side of this bridge, he says, is your future. Not a dream, not a fantasy, a future that is truly possible for you, the person

you are becoming a few years from now, if you keep planting and keep watering and keep believing. Go and see. I will wait for you here You step onto the bridge. The stone is warm under your feet. As you walk across, the light around you grows brighter and clearer and warmer, like the light of early morning. And when you reach the other side, you find yourself standing in front of a home. It is your home. a few years from now.

Take a moment to look at it. It does not have to be a palace. It is simply a home that feels exactly right for you. Perhaps it is by the sea, or in the countryside, or in a city you love. Perhaps it has a garden, or a view of the mountains, or big windows full of light. Let your deeper mind show you whatever feels right Notice how it makes you feel. Calm, settled, secure. The door is open.

Walk inside. It is quiet and peaceful in here. The rooms are clean and full of soft light. Everything is in its place. There's a feeling of ease in this home. A feeling that nothing is urgent. Nothing is missing... And then... You see someone... Standing by the window... Looking out... With a cup of something warm in their hands... It is you...

Your future self... Your future self turns around... And smiles at you... And the first thing you notice... is how relaxed they look. Their shoulders are low and loose. Their face is calm. Their eyes are clear and bright. This is a person who is no longer afraid about money. Not because they have endless amounts of it, but because they understand it. Because they have built something steady, step by step. Because they know that they can handle whatever comes.

Your future self invites you to sit down. And you sit together, by the window, in the warm light. And they begin to tell you how they got here. It was not one big moment, they say. It was a thousand small ones. It started when I decided that I was worth more. That my time had value. That my work had value. That I deserved to be paid fairly.

And that it was all right to ask. I started paying attention. I looked at where my money was going. Without fear. Without shame. Just with curiosity. The way you look at a map before a journey. I started saving a little. Even when it was a very small amount. Especially when it was a very small amount. Because it was not about the amount. It was about becoming the kind of person who keeps something for the future. I started learning, reading, asking questions, trying new ideas. Some of them did not work. That was all right. I learned something every time and some of them worked beautifully. I stopped comparing myself to other people. Their path was not my path. I focused on my own garden. And I

started noticing opportunities. They had always been there, but I had been too worried and too tired to see them. Once my mind became calmer, I began to see them everywhere. A conversation, an idea, a skill I could offer. A door I had walked past a hundred times without noticing. Your future self leans forward and looks into your eyes.

And the most important thing, they say softly, is that I started to believe that I could, that I was capable, that I was allowed to build a good life, that I did not have to stay where I started. That belief, they say, was the golden seed Everything else grew from it. Now notice how your future self feels. Really feel it.

The calm in their chest. The steadiness in their hands. The quiet confidence in their voice. And now imagine that you are slowly moving toward them. Closer. and closer, until you are sitting in the same chair, looking out of the same eyes, breathing the same calm breath. You are your future self now. Feel what it is like to wake up in the morning without that knot of worry in your stomach, to open your bank account and feel calm, to pay a bill and feel steady, to know that there is a cushion, that there is room to breathe.

Feel what it is like to say yes to the things that matter, to help someone you love, to give to a cause you believe in, to book a trip, to take a day off, to invest in yourself, in your health, in your learning. Feel what it is like to know your own value, To walk into a room and know that you have something worth offering. To speak clearly.

To ask for what you deserve. To say no when something is not right for you. This feeling is real. It is already inside you. Your deeper mind knows it now. It has seen it. It has felt it and it will remember. Your future self stands up and walks with you back to the door. Before you leave, they put a hand on your shoulder. I am waiting for you, they say. Every small step you take brings you closer.

Keep planting, keep watering, keep believing. You can do this. I know you can. Because I am you. You walk back across the stone bridge, into the soft evening light of the garden. The old gardener is waiting for you on the other side. He looks at your face and smiles. He does not need to ask what you saw. Now, as you rest here in the garden, I would like you to imagine a single day in the life of your future self. An ordinary day. Not a holiday. Not a special occasion. Just a normal day. A few years from now in the life you are building. It begins in the morning. You wake up slowly, naturally, without an alarm screaming in your ear. Soft light is coming through the curtains. You lie there for a moment, and you

notice something. There is no knot in your stomach. No heavy feeling of worry waiting for you. No list of bills circling in your head. Just a quiet, settled calm. You stretch. You breathe. You feel rested. You get up and make yourself something warm to drink. You stand by the window while you drink it, watching the morning. There is no rush. You have time. Time is one of the things you have built Later, you sit down to look at your finances and notice how this feels now.

It used to be something you avoided, something that made your heart beat faster, but now it is simple, almost pleasant, like a gardener walking through the rows in the morning, checking on the plants. You see your savings growing steadily, You see the money that comes in from your work, from your ideas, perhaps from more than one place. You see the money that goes out each payment exactly where you decided it should go. Everything is clear. Everything is in order. And you feel a quiet sense of pride, not because the numbers are huge, but because you build this step by step, choice by choice. Then you go about your work and notice how you work now, with focus, with confidence. You know what you are good at. You

know your value. When someone asks for your help, you are glad to give it and you are comfortable being paid fairly for it. When an opportunity appears, you see it clearly and you think about it calmly. And if it is right, you say yes. You are not frantic. You are not desperate. You are steady. And people can feel that steadiness. They trust you. They want to work with you. They come back. In the middle of the day, perhaps you receive a message from someone you love. Perhaps they need some help. And you notice how good it feels to be able to say, yes, of course, I can help. To be able to give without fear, without calculating every coin. Because there is enough. Because you planned for this. In the afternoon, perhaps you take a walk.

Perhaps you spend time on something you love, just for the joy of it. Reading, cooking, making music, being outside. Because your life is not only work now. There is room in it. There is space to breathe. In the evening, you sit down to eat with people you care about. The food is good. The conversation is easy. There's laughter.

And somewhere in the back of your mind, there is that quiet feeling again. The feeling that everything is alright. That you are safe. That you are building something good. And that it will keep growing. And at night, you lie down in your bed. just as you are lying now. And before you fall asleep, you think of three things you are grateful for, and there are so many to choose from. You close your eyes, and you sleep deeply and peacefully, like a child. This day is waiting for you.

It is not a fantasy. It is made of small Ordinary, possible things, a calm morning, a clear plan, good work, fair pay, steady savings, generous giving, time to rest, people to love. Every one of these things is within your reach, and every day you are walking a little closer to it. Now the gardener leads you to a soft place in the grass, beneath a great tree whose branches are hung with small golden lanterns. Lie down here. The grass is warm and soft, and the lanterns glow gently above you, like a sky full of small, golden stars. As you rest here, I am going to speak some words to your deeper mind. You do not need to repeat them.

You do not need to remember them. Just let them fall into you, like seeds into the soft, dark soil. and let them grow while you sleep. I am calm about money. I am safe. I am learning every day to handle money with wisdom. Money flows to me in many ways. I'm worthy of a good life. I deserve to be paid fairly for my work. My time has value.

My ideas have value. I have something real to offer the world. I notice opportunities easily. I act on good ideas with calm confidence. I am open to new ways of earning. I am open to new ways of growing. Every day I take one small step forward, small steps, Taken every day become a long journey. I am allowed to want more. I am allowed to have more. I am allowed to be comfortable. I am allowed to feel secure.

Abundance is natural for me. There is more than enough. There is enough for me. I release old fears about money. I release old stories that are not mine. I release the feeling of not enough. I let it go like a paper boat on the river. It drifts away. And I am free. I save a part of everything I earn.

My savings grow quietly, month after month. I spend with care. On what truly matters to me. I give generously and wisely. Money flows in and money flows out with ease and balance. I am the calm keeper of my own garden. I believe in myself. I trust myself to make good decisions. When I make a mistake, I learn and I grow.

Every challenge makes me stronger. Every lesson makes me wiser. I am becoming the person I want to be. I am confident. I speak clearly. I ask for what I deserve. I say yes to what is good for me. I say no to what is not. I respect myself. And others respect me. I am grateful for what I have now. I am grateful for the roof above me. I am grateful for the food I eat. I am grateful for the people who love me. Gratitude opens the door to more.

The more grateful I feel, the more good things I notice. Wealth is not only money, wealth is health, wealth is time, wealth is love, wealth is peace of mind. I am building all of these every day. I am already richer than I know. Let these words settle now, deep into the soil, deep into the quiet part of your mind that is always listening, always learning, always growing. And as you lie beneath the golden lanterns, listening to the gentle sound of the river, let me say them once more, slower now, softer now. Like a song you have always known.

I am calm. I am safe. I am worthy. I am open to abundance. Good things flow to me. I notice opportunities. I act with confidence. I save. I grow. I give. I believe in myself. I trust my path. There is more than enough. There is enough for me. The golden seed is planted. It is growing now. It grows while I sleep. The garden is growing darker now.

The sky above has turned a deep, velvety blue, and it is filled with stars. Thousands of them. More stars than you could ever count. Like an endless treasure scattered across the night. The lanterns in the tree are glowing softly. The river is murmuring nearby. and the grass beneath you is warm and soft and safe. You can let go completely now. There is nothing more you need to hear, nothing more you need to do. The seeds have been planted.

They will grow by themselves all night long in the warm, dark soil of your mind Let your body sink deeper into the bed, heavier and heavier, warmer and warmer. Let your breathing slow down even more, slow and deep, slow and deep. In a moment, I am going to count down once more, from 10 to 1, and with each number, you will drift deeper and deeper towards sleep. A deep, restful, healing sleep. And when you wake up in the morning, you will feel refreshed and calm and full of quiet confidence.

Ready for a new day. Ready to take one more small step.

10. Drifting Down 9. Deeper and deeper. 8. So calm, so peaceful. 7. Letting go of everything. 6. The stars are shining above you.

Five. The river is flowing. Four. The golden seed is growing. Three. Deeper still. Two. Almost asleep. One. Sleep now. Sleep deeply. You are safe. You are worthy. You are growing. There is enough. There is more than enough. Abundance flows to you, gently, naturally, like the river through the garden. Calm, confident, grateful. Every day a little more. Every day a little more. Sleep now.

Good night.

As you sleep, these words will continue softly. You do not need to listen. Your deeper mind will hear them and keep them and let them grow. I am calm. I am safe. I am worthy of abundance. Money flows to me easily. Money flows through me wisely. I value my time. I value my work. I value myself. I see opportunities clearly. I act with quiet confidence. I save a part of everything I earn. My savings grow steadily.

I give with an open heart. What I give comes back to me in many ways. I release fear. I release worry. I release the feeling of not enough. There is more than enough. There is enough for me. I am learning. I am growing every day a little more. I believe in myself. I trust my path. I'm becoming my future self. I am grateful. I am grateful for what I have. I am grateful for what is coming.

My mind is calm. My body is resting. My life is growing. The golden seed is planted. It grows while I sleep. It grows every day. I am calm. I am safe. I am worthy. I am open to wealth. I am open to health. I am open to love. Good things come to me. Good things grow through me. Abundance is natural. Abundance is mine. Every day, in every way, my life is growing richer. Every day, in every way, my life is growing richer. Sleep deeply now. Rest. Grow.

I am growing. Every day a little more. I believe in myself. I trust my path. I am becoming my future self. I am grateful. I am grateful for what I have now.

Grow.
