From Hollywood to you. Thank you for listening to us.

Ryan Seacrest.

Seacrest!

On air, on air, on air with Ryan Seacrest. Good morning, everybody. Let me hear the energy. I want some spirit sticks. We're here. I got spirit. I got spirit. How about you?

We've got spirit. We've got spirit. Throw it back at you.

That's it. That's what I was trying to chant. Great to be here. I got excited about the alarm. I beat the alarm this morning. Don't know why, but I beat the alarm. Had some cereal. I don't have cereal before the show ever.

Oh, wow.

Got excited.

Had some cereal.

Sweetened the milk with cinnamon, not sugar. Nice.

Mmm.

And here we are.

Now, I feel it in my stomach right now. Like, you know, talking like this, I feel it in my stomach a little bit. So it's an unusual feeling to start the show. Question, Sisney and Tanya. I'm seeing more of this out when I run to the store in the evening to pick something up or in the morning on the weekend. And I'm beginning to change my position.

Is it okay to wear pajamas to run a quick errand?

Yeah.

Some pajamas are borderline leisure wear.

Right.

Like a nice little sweatsuit set.

Yeah.

It's not sweatsuit. It's pajama. Like you could sleep in it, but it's loose and maybe it's a buttony shirt, but I'm seeing this pajama look with sneakers or sandals, not, not slippers, but with sandals. And I'm thinking, you know what? It could, There's a blurred line there. That could be PJs and it could be grab an errand in wear.

Yeah.

Are you talking about almost like the satin looking pajamas? Or is it like a loose pant? Not the sexy.

Satin pajamas that I see in the movies.

Flannel pants.

Yeah, that kind of vibe. Flannel pants and some slip-ons or sandals with a t-shirt. It's pajamas.

Yeah.

It's becoming more and more acceptable. I think it's okay. Baggy and loose. What's the point? Especially a weekend morning.

Yeah, let your hair down.

Ruby, is that a hard no from you?

It's a hard no.

But also my mom, shout out to Aurora, she'd always be like, do not go out in your pijama.

That's how you say it in Spanish. So in your PJs. She was like, don't embarrass me.

But she would just say, do not do that. Because then you go back home, if they are your PJs, and you lay down. in clothes that's been out in the streets.

That's true. Laid down in the street or the aisle.

No, but they're just hanging on the floor.

There's elements.

No, they're like outside air.

Yeah.

I'm starting to think lazy is in vogue. It's okay on a weekend. Especially on a weekend.

Or late.

You got to run something and get late. It's okay. Stop being so harsh. You guys are so rigid sometimes.

Do you know what I forgot to tell you about yesterday?

Tell me.

I had lunch with an ex-girlfriend of yours.

Well, let's do that coming up. I didn't know about that. She didn't tell me. Stand by for that in a few minutes. I can't wait to hear how that went and why. And why didn't you give me a heads up? That's not right. Well, I'll explain.

Hold on.

Hold on.

Long Beach next. We're paying a bill. So I'm just thinking like when something's on your schedule, there are a few things that might. trigger or indicate that you give somebody a heads up. For example, if I'm going to have lunch or dinner or go in a wave pool with Michael or Robbie, your significance, I'd probably say, Hey, by the way, I'm so psyched. Uh, Robbie and Mike, we're going to surf club training this. What's that surfing place out in the way out that surf city. No, there's a surf, uh, surf lodge.

Surf school. We're going to surf school this week.

I would give you a heads up. We're going to surf school this weekend.

A surf school?

I'm just making up an activity.

Yeah, it was very random.

Well, Tanya, it's random that you went to lunch with an ex-girlfriend of mine and you didn't tell me. Okay.

So first of all, it's not like I just had lunch with an ex-girlfriend of yours. Like we took each other. Like we went out, the two of us to lunch.

Well, you certainly made it sound like that for the last 10 minutes.

I know, but that was like me teasing you. We were both invited to a lunch in by a mutual friend, Brad Goreski. So he was having a lunch in. He invited me. He invited her. We were there together.

But it was small.

There was like 10 of us. It wasn't like a big lunch or anything like that. And I love her so much.

I did too.

Julianne Hough.

Oh yeah, of course we love her. She's great.

We love her.

We always have love for Julianne.

And I told her how much we all love her.

That's great. I love that.

I'm sure you do.

I'm sure she loved that. Did she act like she had to go back to the buffet line at any point? Did she say, excuse me for one minute, I need some more iced tea?

No, she was like so sweet and she was sharing how.

But tell us what you said.

I may have said, is there maybe any way you guys can make him- Oh.

My gosh, Tanya.

Inappropriate very i said look i don't know what your situation is i don't know what his situation is but i just love you guys together and i was trying to be very like pc about.

It what's pc about that that's nail on the head awkward and.

Literally and your eyeballs probably weren't blinking no social skills at all I love.

Her so much.

What did she say?

She, like, laughed and she was like, I have so much love for him. Like, she was, like, very, like, sweet and, like, she obviously... You guys obviously have a very good friendship.

We have very tight friendship.

Yeah.

I mean, she's a professional at deflecting, Cicely, and that's what she did.

100%.

That's what I would do, too. I'm a pro at deflection.

When I was asking her dancing with the stars stuff, I, like, pivoted.

But I.

Yikes.

But I.

I love her so much. She has the best energy. She's so kind. She's so lovely.

I know her.

I get it.

We know. We understand.

I just haven't seen her in a while. And so it just brought up a lot of old feelings for me.

Yeah.

Well, whatever you need to recover from your friendship with her, we are here for you to support you.

Yeah.

And can you make a note in your phone? Do not ask ex-girlfriends if you have lunch with them if we can get back together.

Yeah.

There's a reason and they've moved on.

I know.

I'm just saying.

No, we know. You just said. That's the problem. You just saying is the issue. How do I deal with this? I can't even. That's wild.

And I was actually going to tell you over the weekend, but I was like, you know what? I'm just going to.

Let me save it for 6.30. I'm going to refrain.

I'm going to give them their weekend's peace from without me.

This one I kind of wish you would have told me earlier.

Oh, dang.

All right.

Well, Sisney, I know I can trust you not to go out with anybody and have that conversation. Sure. Tickets to our Kiss FM Jingle Ball sold out next. Seacrest here. Coming up at 7 o'clock, we got your headlines. Then after that, paying your bills. Then a second date update. Jingle Ball tickets. Lots to move through this morning. Appreciate you hanging out with us, listening on the radio or streaming us. Yesterday we were talking about just exploring our own backyard. It's nice to go to a different neighborhood here in Southern California and check it out. I did that Catalina with a bike ride. I mean, it's right there.

You know, you can express out there, take your bike, and then you can ride around, have a little lunch, go fishing. Look back at the mainland. I feel like you're far away. You can look at that coastline. You don't know where you are in the world. I love Catalina.

Beautiful.

And Ruby, you kind of did the same thing. You explored a neighborhood here in Southern California outside your own, right? Silver Lake?

Yeah, I wanted to be a tourist basically in L.A.

Because I feel like I don't know about you guys, but I get stuck in my bubble sometimes.

Oh, yeah.

I'm in northeast L.A., so it's always Highland Park, Eagle Rock area. And so I just decided to go to Silver Lake, kind of dabble around there.

Then I went to K-Town.

And got some really good Korean food at this like Korean food court at this mall there.

And it was just like a reminder to get out and do more.

Right.

Just like get out of your comfort zone because I like this idea. I'm always just in my bubble.

Me too.

I find myself. I get up. I go to work. I take the same path. I finish and I go back home and I finish. I wash, rinse, repeat. You know, it's like. For example, Sony, where we tape some of the Wheel of Fortunes, that's a beautiful, cool, fun neighborhood. I don't think I've ever eaten there because they're stopped there because I'm always rushing in, rushing out.

Right.

Or you always go like home to where the restaurants that you know are.

Or just home.

Yeah.

Well, you stopped by Mr. Bone's Pumpkin Patch the other day. I did go to the Pumpkin Patch to see everybody. Since now we're out there. Trying to avoid of us.

I actually, I was there and I walked up as you were leaving. They literally were like, you missed it by 20 seconds.

I was like, no way. Well, you were tardy to the party.

I was.

I had like a lot of children in my car. When I have children in my car, I drive very slow.

I was with children at the pumpkin patch. I was high-fiving, taking pictures, squeezing babies. That pumpkin patch, it's like a festival. It's got a DJ. It's got all kinds of things happening. That was our DJ, by the way. Oh, what? I thought they had a DJ. Who was that? That was our guy? But what do they have there usually?

Because it was like all set up for something.

They have like performances and bands and things like that.

Who was the DJ? It wasn't XXXL. No, it was Santana. Santana!

Yeah, wasn't he good?

Yeah.

Yeah, it was amazing. I'm like, this place is hot. Yeah. So, yeah. Got to get out and explore Silver Lake. It's a good place to go like stroll, you know? There's a Cuban cafe there. Tropical Cafe. It's been there since 1970 something. And they've got famous coffee and guava pastries. I don't know if you've had a guava pastry. That is a combo on a Sunday morning. So go explore. We got to stop rushing so much. Cafe Tropical.

That's it.

All right.

Coming up next.

Remove these words from your vocabulary. They are irritating everybody in your life. And a quote of the day. Do you say these irritating phrases and words? Like, Mark, you have one. You responded to me this morning. Okie dokie.

No, no.

Okie doke.

Oh, okie doke even works. Who says okie doke?

That's so much better than okay.

I don't.

I think okay or okie. It's fine. But okie doke?

What?

Okie doke.

You never say that to us, Mark.

He texted me back, okey-doke.

Yeah, Mark always says fine. And I'm like, why is he mad at me?

Yeah, fine is like I'm irritated.

Sure.

Yes.

So here are the expressions that irritate humans the most. At the end of the day is one. At this moment in time is two. And with all due respect, which means you're about to disrespect.

With all due respect is.

It's condescending. Yes, it really is. With all due respect, you don't know what you're talking about.

You say that a lot.

I do say that a lot. I don't say it nearly as much as that one next to you. No, I don't say with all due respect. No, Tanya, not you. I don't say with all.

I say respectfully.

Which is equally as condescending. Yeah, you're too lazy to even say the whole sentence. Today's quote. And the quote every day. I do see the world clearly through quotes.

Yes.

Mixed signals are just no wrapped in hope.

It's true.

Dang. Stop with the mixed signals. Guilty, guilty, guilty.

Mixed signals.

Mixed signal, dude.

Uh-oh.

Well, things are looking up. Almost another hour later on a Tuesday morning, it's Kiss FM. All right, friends, about to pay a bill after 7 o'clock. Then if you date in this town, ha, 720. These guys met on Hinge. She almost ran him over in a parking lot. So she almost killed him, and then they had a great first date. We'll get into that. 720 for Sisney, your headlines.

Kiss FM headlines with Sisney.

Well, a TSA program that allowed non-ticketed guests through security has been withdrawn from several airports but.

Remains in place at LAX.

The LA City Controller is demanding financial records from LA28 to find out whether taxpayers could end up paying if the 2028 Olympics go over budget. More than a million pounds of hot dogs, bacon and other meat products from KM Foods are being recalled because they may have been stored at unsafe temperatures.

And L.A.

Metro will offer free rides on all buses and trains during the general election to help voters get to the polls.

Ryan Seacrest here. Well, one of the Dancing with the Stars dancers suspended. Tanya went out with an ex of mine without telling me.

I didn't know she was going to be there, with all due respect.

One of the hosts of Dancing with the Stars, and it's not Alphanto. Then she comes in and tells us, oh, I saw your ex and said you guys should get back together. Cringe, Tanya. What in the world gives you the... idea to say things like that without a little bit of asking.

I made myself a totally Switzerland party in this because I said, I don't know what's going on with him. I don't know what's going on with you.

How's that Switzerland?

Because it's just me as like a fan of love.

Oh my gosh.

It was sweet. I think she enjoyed it.

That's what you think. Maybe she felt uncomfortable with the people around her listening.

No, it was just the two of us.

Oh, even worse.

Yeah.

So now I bring all this Dancing with the Stars up because there is a an Easter egg on Dancing with the Stars. They have fans thing and that Taylor's going back on tour. I don't know. It may be too soon. What's going on?

OK, so Jan Ravnik from the heiress tour was one of Taylor's backup dancers.

OK, and yes, currently a pro on Dancing with the Stars.

But fans notice that his name is missing from the Dancing with the Stars live tour, which is going to be kicking off in January and go until April. And so when he was asked, like, you know, what's up? Like, why are you not doing this? He says, it's not in my stars. And then he says, I'm busy with stuff, which is a weird response. And that was enough to send the Swifties spiraling. And now they're all thinking that it's because he's keeping his calendar open so that he could go on tour with Taylor Swift.

It could be anything. It could be anything. You know, the Swifties.

And to be fair, not all the pros do the tour. Like, it's not like all of them always go on the tour.

But he specifically is busy.

He specifically was one of Taylor's backup dancers and Taylor likes to reuse all the same ones.

If she can.

Yeah.

She's kept the same band. She's kept most of the same backup dancers. She's like, loves the consistency of that. So if there was a tour, I would imagine that he is trying.

To keep his schedule open to go on. One of my favorite nights on idol last season or recently was when the Taylor Swift heiress tour dancers came on the show and sat and watched the show.

Yes.

Wait, I went to that one. Was he there? Was Jan there? I don't know if he was there. But the backup dancers were awesome. Exactly. Yes. That was a really, really fun night. How do you top? I mean, she can do it, of course, but how do you top what she did? Right, the heiress tour. She will.

She will.

I know. All right, let's pay a bill next to the 909. Then it's a second date update. It's Kiss.

It's Kiss.

All right, let's go. See Chris, Disney, Tanya. Ronnie, good morning.

Good morning.

Ronnie, are you dating these days?

Well, you know, I'm going on a little bit of dates here and there, but I just have found it's so expensive, so I'm doing it sparingly.

It's expensive, and it's usually annoying. It's hard to find that connect, isn't it? It's hard to find that compatibility, especially with a stranger. Well, listen, that's why I bring this up, Ronnie. Emma in Mid-City. She met this dude on Hinge. She nearly ran over him in the Vons parking lot. It was dark and she didn't see him at all. That's what she said. What's the order of events here? Let me grab Emma. Good morning, Emma Seacrest.

How are you?

Hi, how are you doing today?

I'm so curious. That's all I'm doing today. How did you almost run over this guy in the Vons parking lot?

Oh my God. So I slammed on the brakes when I saw him and he actually like braced himself, you know, with his hands on the hood of my car. It was that close.

Why?

Okay. Wait, did you meet him on hinge then run over him or how did it happen?

No, no, no, no, no, no.

We, we met first and then we went on a date and that's when I almost, you know, killed him.

Well, what caused that?

Well, here's the thing. It was really dark and I just didn't see him like at all.

Okay.

So he's fine. Is he okay?

Oh, yeah, he's fine.

Like, you know, we continued on the date. Like, we got drinks and everything.

So it was all good.

And, you know, we kissed a little bit.

You should not have drinks if you almost ran him over in a Vons parking lot and you're behind the wheel. That's just me giving you a tip. Now, listen, after all of that, you had a great date. Did you stay? Anybody kiss at the end of the night? Did anybody stay anywhere? What was the end like?

Well, we definitely did some kissing, but he never asked me out again. So I actually just suggested that we hang out, and he agreed to that. But then the day we were meeting up, he canceled. So I tried scheduling again, and then it was like the same thing. The third time he canceled, and it just kept happening.

All right.

Well, let's get to the bottom of that.

I think he's agreed.

His name is Mike. He's agreed to come on the air with us next here at Kiss FM. I mean, she almost ran over the guy. I might bail on that, too.

Hang on.

Happy that you are here. Ryan Seacrest with you for hours every weekday morning with Sisney and Tanya and Ronnie and Ruby and Michaela. Here we are. All right, Emma, I got to get to the bottom of this. I know about dating in LA. It's not always so easy to make that connection. When you do make that connection, you don't want it to go away for no reason.

So you're hanging on here trying to find out why Mike flaked on you after this date, right?

Yeah, I thought we had a nice time.

So be very quiet. I am going to have some dialogue with Mike.

Are you ready?

I'm ready.

Hey, Mike, it's Ryan Seacrest. You're on the air with us on Kiss FM right now in real time with Sisney and Tanya. How are you doing, Mike?

I'm pretty good.

How are you guys?

We're great, brother. So can we just dive into Emma? You went out with Emma, right?

Yeah, I sure did.

How'd you meet?

Well, she almost ran me over with her car and one thing led to another and then we went out.

The way it always happens.

So romantic.

Were you scared when she almost.

Ran you over?

I mean, I feel like I've got some things left to live for. So I was hoping that wouldn't be how I died. So I was a little shook by it.

You know, I don't disagree with you. There are certain things I don't do because I'm not going to die that way. I intentionally don't do things because I'm not dying like that. It's going to get me. It's not going to get me by bungee jumping.

No.

It's not.

Or jumping out of a plane.

It's not.

I'm going to mitigate risk. Now, back to you. Mike, do you like her? I mean, is she somebody you want to date? I mean.

Look, she's really pretty.

She's super nice.

I'd say if you asked me like one word to describe her, I would say it's driven. And, you know, she's a woman who knows what she wants and she's determined to do it.

Mark, who works at the railroad Amtrak. Non-stop. Non-stop.

I mean, I would say I'd hit by a car and I would train apparently.

Yeah, exactly. Yeah, it seems like being out in the open earth is not working out for you.

It's dangerous.

Mike, we have Emma on the line and she likes you and wants to go out with you, but you're flaking on her. Why?

She's here.

Tell her.

I mean, look, I think I know what's going on here. If I'm being honest, I think she wants to hang out with me because I work in a casting office there.

I said it.

A work in a what?

A casting office.

Casting office. Oh, Emma, are you an actor?

Yeah, but I mean, that's not what this is all about. Like, are you serious?

Why does your head go there? Yeah, why do you go there?

I mean, look, she sent me her headshots, her reel, the whole thing. And if you look at her, you look at me, I'm just saying you probably have some questions.

Well, I can't see either of you. So give me some detail, bro. She's out of my league.

OK, like I don't want to say this on the radio, but yeah, she's what you're gorgeous. I'm me. I don't know how to say it.

You know, you're a.

Non-threat, but that's good news in a relationship. So, Emma, do you want to go out with him because of him or is there some other agenda here? Just be frank.

Listen, I'm first of all, I'm actually really offended that you would actually say that about me. Yeah, I thought we had a really great time. And yes, I am an actor. But just because you're a casting agent does not mean I'm going out with you to like slip you my headshot under the table. Like, that's honestly really gross of you to say that.

Well, this is not going to work out. I'm going to step in now. I want to thank you both for your time. Mike, you need to think higher of yourself, more self-confidence. And Emma, thank you for your honesty. I appreciate you reaching out. And now we have total clarity. That is the mission, right? There's no gray area. We have clarity. Good luck to both of you.

All right. Good luck in your career, I guess.

Don't say I guess.

That's so disingenuous.

Just say good luck in your career. I don't believe her.

I don't believe him.

I don't believe her.

Why was she sending him his headshot, her reel, all.

Of this stuff? I think it's good that she's out of this league. That's security in a relationship. We all look for that.

On air with Ryan Seacrest.

Ryan Seacrest with you. We're talking to Ryan Tedder, who's going to be with OneRepublic at our Jingle Ball coming up. producing the adela music and that one is hot it's got real heat actually we were just thinking about this story with adela something sort of cool happened she was turned down for a gig that ended up being probably the greatest thing that ever happened to her tiny did a deep dive what's the real story behind her So it.

Was a Netflix show called Popstar Academy Cat's Eye. And it followed a bunch of girls competing for a spot in this new global girl group, which ended up becoming Cat's Eye. Grammy nominated. But one of the girls on the show was a singer and dancer from Slovakia named Adela. She didn't make the cut.

Okay.

Now, usually these reality shows, if you don't make it, you never hear from them again. But not Adela. So she just put out her first album. It's called Prima.

Yeah.

It debuted at number one on two Billboard charts. One of the songs that we just played, Ain't in LA.

And Nicole Kidman. What's that about, Nicole Kidman, that she's in everything I love?

No, the song is called Nicole Kidman, and it is honestly so iconic.

It's everywhere.

She has a dance to it. Everybody's posting it. They played it at the Victoria's Secret fashion show over the weekend, and Nicole Kidman was sitting in the audience. It was just iconic. It's about having confidence like Nicole Kidman.

Yes, and she's in everything great that I watch.

Yeah.

But basically, the story about Adela is she took rejection and turned it into her own thing. She didn't need the group. She basically took the rejection and turned it into redirection. And so I was wondering if there's any point in your life that you didn't get a job or you didn't get the relationship or you didn't get a spot on the team that ended up being better for you.

Yes, for sure.

It happened to me. I'll tell you in a second. But I'm also just thinking back to. American Idol, those contestants that don't win still go on to do good things. Think about Jennifer Hudson who finished seventh on American Idol. Chris Daughtry finished fourth.

Adam Lambert.

Adam Lambert didn't win. And Cat McPhee, they go on. I remember for me, I was a teenager and I was lucky enough to host a show for like a kid's game show on ESPN on 19 or something. And they wanted to do this deal that was so unfair for the next season. And I said no to it. And the person on the other end said, you'll never work again in TV if you don't take this deal.

Oh my gosh. And I got fire in my belly from that. Really upset me. I was crying as a kid, you know?

Yeah, of course.

And I thought, how can people be that mean?

Terrifying.

And then it just aggravated, irritated me enough to drive me, I think. So it happens.

But good honor.

And I love the music.

Yeah.

Coming up next, we're paying a bill. Seacrest here. All right, so it is Halloween-y season. Are you going to some of these haunted houses? The escape room experience is cool. I went to one a long time ago called Sleep No More, and it was fun. Not terrifying, but interesting, right? I mean, theatrical in a way. Rodney, which one did you go to that terrified you?

So this one is called Zoe Reborn in Fullerton.

And you guys, when I tell you, this is the scariest thing I've ever done in my life. Like I was terrified and this escape room is a hundred minutes long, just to prep.

That's too long. Nothing should be a hundred minutes. Totally nuts. At what point did you want to escape the escape?

Well, I had to tap out like this.

Can you tap out?

Yeah.

So you could tap out. And basically if you have to tap out, there's cameras all around. It's pitch black, so you really can't see them, but you have to hold up an X, and then they will come and get you.

Oh my gosh, it's that terrifying? They touch you. They've got a signal? They dragged him across the room. Dragged him. No, thank you. They tased him.

Why did you want to do this?

Right, like why?

Tased you?

Yes.

I like to experience, like, I love being scared, but I think it's a thrill to me. But obviously you know what the escape room is. you have to solve things. So this, you could not move to the next room unless you got the thing. But then the actors are coming in, dragging you, tasing you, doing all this stuff.

So I'm like, I can't even focus.

I don't understand how you can pay for a ticket and then get tased at a thing, public thing. So the escape rooms, I was reading that the hex room in Anaheim is good. The courtyard, the basement, Sylmar. The thing about being terrified for me, Personally, it's not when someone jumps out at me because I know that's coming for me. It's when they put you in a claustrophobic setting when it's really claustrophobia freaks me out a little bit.

Like that's terrifying. That's dreadful to me. And so at this escape room, they put my friend in a dog cage.

Ronnie, we need to send in the authorities.

I mean.

A taser and a dog cage. This tells me a lot about you.

No, honestly.

And looking back, I want to do it again, but I need more people to come. So I want all of you guys to come and do it with me.

No chance. After that testimonial?

No.

No.

It was fun. It is really scary.

You didn't even make it through the whole thing.

Yeah. No, I know I couldn't make it through the whole thing because it was, you guys weren't there. I needed more protection from other people. I'll go with you, Ronnie.

Thanks.

There you go.

One of the demons recorded a message, Ronnie?

Yeah, for you.

Well, who's the demon?

Well, the demon's name is Zoe, actually.

So it's her house that you basically, she is possessed and you're trying to escape the house.

And this is, okay. Zoe at her house, the demon.

We're waiting, Ryan.

See you soon. That is the taser. No. That is not getting me to come see your place.

No.

To be physically tased and electrocuted.

No.

You have to sign a waiver. I'm not signing a waiver. I'm officially not going. I'll take you to the pumpkin patch, Ronnie, like I did the other night.

Get your face painted.

And you know also the best thing is it's all year round, so we can go for Christmas.

If you want. I think you and our intern can do this.

Uh-huh.

We've got a new game for Jingle Ball Tickets next. Here we go. We're playing for Jingle Ball Tickets. It's sold out. Good morning, Lindsay in Huntington Beach.

How are you?

I'm great. Good morning, guys.

Good morning. So we're going to play Horror Movie or Taylor Swift Tickets.

Horror Movie or Taylor Swift Tickets.

Let me explain. Olivia Rodrigo, Hilary Duff, Ray, OneRepublic, Santa Spira, everybody's going. I'm going to play you a scream. Each time I'll play you a scream, you tell me if it's someone in a horror movie screaming or someone being surprised because they won Taylor Swift tickets.

Okay.

That's it.

You got to get three right before you get three wrong. And this is for sold out jingle ball tickets.

Yeah, to be clear. Here we go.

Okay.

Here's the first one.

All right.

Haunted house or a winner of Taylor Swift tickets?

I'm going to go Taylor Swift.

You are correct. Well done.

I agree.

That was easy. Yeah, okay. Okay, here's number two. Horror movie or Taylor Swift? Is that a winner of Taylor Swift tickets or something from a horror movie?

Horror movie.

Yeah, it's from X. All right. One more for the win. Taylor Swift winner or horror movie?

Taylor Swift.

Remarkably, yes. That is Taylor Swift. That's somebody who won tickets to Taylor Swift. How did you know that? I thought that was a horror movie.

I was on the fence, but, you know, I have two girls.

And that says it all. Congratulations, Lindsay. You are going to Jingle Ball. Sold out.

Okay, okay. I have a question for you guys.

Can you get a third for your two girls?

Because they're fighting right now. How am I a.

Mind reader of moms? How is it possible I can read the mind of moms? What are their names?

Uh, they're Maddie and Katie. And one is one is 12 and one is 15.

No.

So you, they can't go by themselves.

No, that's what I was thinking. I'm like, can I just send them? But I'm, I'm too scared.

No, no, I wouldn't. I wouldn't have it. I would not have it. You have to bring all of them. Both of them, the three of you need to go, but it's sold out.

Yeah.

So what do I do? I can't send them by themselves.

I can't. No, it wouldn't be right. And you can't just go with one. No, that would be unfair. Yeah, it'd be so unfair.

Maybe flip a coin?

I found a connection. Maddie teaches my yoga and Katie produces American Idol.

I know Maddie.

I know Maddie and Katie.

That's great. They're great names.

They're great people. You should go. Three tickets.

Done.

Yay!

Oh, thank you. Thank you so much. Maddie and Katie.

They're good names.

They're great names.

They're going to be good people. Congratulations.

We're going to get you three tickets. You're going.

You guys are the best. Oh, thank you so much. I hope I see you guys there.

Well, we will be there, and you can send their screams to us anytime when you tell them, okay?

Oh, thank you. So I will. I absolutely will.

All right, Lindsay.

Huntington Beach, Sisney. What's new this morning next? On Air with Ryan Seacrest. Amanda and Wes Covina, good morning. Hi, guys.

What's up?

Well, you tell us, because this is very interesting. You got set up to go out with a guy. You're not feeling it, and you want to recommend him to a friend?

Yeah, that's about it. I went on two dates with this guy. I met him on Hinge. And while he's really nice, I'm just not really feeling a romantic connection with him. But it got me thinking about my friend. And he's super into fitness, but that's not my vibe. But my friend is just as obsessed with fitness as he is. And I honestly think that they would be perfect together together. So I was thinking about telling him that I'm not interested in another date, but asking if he'd be open to meeting my friend instead. And my friend thinks it's a great idea, but another friend told me that it's kind of insulting. And she said it like, might feel like I'm basically saying like, I don't want you, but maybe my friend will.

So I don't know.

I don't want to hurt his feelings, but.

Also I feel like I'm sitting on potentially a great match here, but I don't know. Would it be mean to set him up with my friend?

Not at all.

Would not be mean. It's you don't say what you just said to us about how you're going to do it, but it would not be mean. I think to be upfront, you got to be honest that you're not feeling it now. Don't waste anybody's time. And then say, I think, and I know for a fact, because I'm such a good friend of this person, you guys will hit it off.

I think it's okay. Disney, Tanya? Have you guys made out?

No, we did a good night kiss, but there's been nothing steamy or anything.

It's fine.

Okay. I mean, I'm kind of okay with that.

Yeah.

I feel like if you guys have had like a moment where you were making out and it was hot.

It's fine too. No, I don't think that's fine. I think it's fine.

Yeah.

There was a kiss, no fireworks.

Like it was odd.

But Amanda, I would just go right in on this. Be very confident in the way that you deliver it. Like here's how great, yes, here's how great you are. As a matter of fact, It's just like for us, it's not a total compatibility thing, but you're amazing. And I have this amazing friend. I, you guys would, and this is a great story when they end up getting married.

What a great story to tell.

Right.

If this happened to you and you were, and you spent a lot of time taking somebody out on a date.

I didn't spend a lot of time. How many times? Twice?

Yes.

But you spent, you put thought into it. You went on a first date, you were looking forward to it and then come to the third date. The girl comes to you and says, I think you're great. Why don't you try dating my friend?

I'm okay with it.

Yeah.

Ryan would probably be stuck. I'm glad you lined somebody else up for me. By the way, to get an endorsement from a friend is even better than doing it on your own. It's kind of true. I would hate that. Well, you're not dating. Amanda, thank you and good luck. Go for it.

Thanks, guys.

Good luck. Yeah, a friend endorsement is strong. Very strong. About to go nonstop kiss here in a few minutes. First, going to run through some talkbacks we got inside the iHeartRadio app. This is where you hit that red mic. And just leave us a voice note. Tanya asked, chat GPT, who the female version of me would be. And what do we get? We got Kelly Ripa, Jennifer Hudson, and Hoda Qadbi. So Cindy... In Huntington Beach, she ran the same search with chat.

I did the chat GBT, who would be the male version of me. And it came up Ryan Seacrest, Matthew McConaughey, Gary Sinise, in that order. I'm single, the only person on that list that I know is single is Ryan Seacrest. So, I mean, you never know.

Well, I find it fascinating that I'm in the mix with those dudes. I wonder, what did you tell your chat GPT I need to know about you?

Fascinating, though.

I'm watching that Matthew McConaughey series with Woody Harrelson. Very funny brothers. Shout out to Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey. I'm pretty sure you're listening.

All right.

We had a quote the other day that left Tanya baffled. Beth in Montana does agree.

I went Tanya on that quote of the day, the curse of no routine or schedule quote.

I'm with Tanya.

I don't get it.

Here.

The quote was the curse of discipline is that every day looks the same. The curse of no discipline is that every year looks the same. I think that hit. My buddy Reagan texted me, hit.

Yeah, no change.

I don't get it still. This is not meant for you then. One more. We're talking about this trend online that associates you with a season. For example, Tanya, explain this.

You ask your significant other, what season am I? What food am I? What color am I? If I were a flower, what flower would I be? Et cetera, et cetera. So we did it with you.

All right. And what food am I? I don't remember. Oh, I was beige, right?

You said I was beige.

I said you were beige.

And you didn't really like that. Well, beige is vanilla.

I'm okay.

You know what?

I am beige.

I feel like beige is chic.

Well, you didn't like it in the moment.

Well, I think twice on it now. And I'm very happy to be mediocre.

Beige.

Not this way, not that way. Right in the middle. Here's Maria in Ohio.

Ryan was asking in one of the videos what color was he. And to me, he looks the pink fuchsia. With bright blue around it and white bright around it.

Wow.

I'm down with that.

Yes.

I mean, that seems like sort of extreme and electric. I got to go back to your beige. I think to be right up the middle, like vanilla ice cream goes with everything. I want to go with everything.

You see, that's what I was going with.

You were very like insulted that.

I said beige. You know what? I misread it. I'm very complimentary and grateful now. You just need to sleep on it. I just didn't. I need to sleep four hours on it. I'm going to wrap it up for us, guys. Tomorrow, we're back. We are paying your bills again in the morning. Now, there's also a condiment that will help you avoid getting sick during cold and flu season. I'll tell you what that is in the morning early. And every hour, tickets to our sold-out Jingle Ball presented by Capital One. Right here, 102.7 Kiss of M. Sisney takes you for another hour of hits. Thanks for listening to On Air with Ryan Seacrest.

Make sure to subscribe, and we'll talk to you again tomorrow.
