When does my Continuing Disability Review begin

Our first question has to deal with I got approved for disability benefits on March twenty ten. The judge indicated in that decision that I was disabled starting in two thousand and nine. For purposes of my review, when does the three year start? For those of you who may not be familiar with this question is asking? Is this asking questions about the continuing disability review.

0:43 When you're found to be disabled by the Social Security Administration, typically three to five years from the date it will determine you are disabled, social Security will do a disability review to see if you're still disabled. The date you need to be concerned with, if not necessarily the on fit date of disability.

So the clock doesn't start with two thousand and nine, it starts in twenty ten because twenty and ten was the date at which Social Security determined that the person was disabled.
