Scrubbing in with Becca Tilly and Tanya Radd, an iHeartRadio and two-time People's Choice Award-winning podcast.

Hello, everybody.

You think I wasn't there? We are scrubbing in. Was that like a little tease?

Yeah, I was just trying to be a little giggly, a little silly.

A little tease for the people?

Yeah, a little silly puss today.

A little silly puss.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Don't bleep that out, Mark.

Bleep what?

Filly puss.

Why?

I don't know.

I can just see him bleeping it out. Mark gets really willy-nilly with the bleeps over there.

In this context, it should be bleeping.

Let it slide.

Yeah, let it slide. FCC, see ya.

FCC, yeah. Oh, no.

Yeah, it's going to be one of those days.

Did you have an early morning?

Um, I wouldn't say like particularly early, but I did have, so I tried to film another like get ready with me this morning.

Oh, like my five to nine.

Yeah, one of those.

And, um, it made me late. So I didn't enjoy that because then I was very frazzled, like getting in and all for the love of the sport, you know?

Yeah, yeah. For... Some views and clicks and likes.

I didn't get to finish my morning pages this morning. I only did one page and a half.

Were you able to do your dates last week?

Yes.

What'd you do?

So I did what it told me to. I went to the store and I bought myself some stickers to like say good job during the week.

Oh, but did you do your date, like your solo date?

That was my solo date.

I thought you were doing two.

No, I only did one.

I haven't done anything. Go back to Tilly! It's bad, you guys. It's too hard.

We have 12 weeks. We're going to be changed women come December 14th. I need you on board.

Well, you only have 11 weeks. I have 12, because I need to start over.

I'm starting week three now.

Oh, then you have.

What's 12 minus three?

Nine.

Yeah. Yeah, something like that. Anyways, I did listen to, oh, you know what I did do this weekend?

No, I just need everybody to get on board that Becca needs to get back on The Artist's Way. This is to help us elevate the podcast. This is us to help elevate our lives. It's to make 2027 not as 2026. We have to push through. If it doesn't make you uncomfortable, if it's not going to challenge you, it's not going to change you.

Wow.

And that's true. And that's true. Tanya used to chant that when we would do the sauna sessions together and it'd be the last two minutes. And she would imagine you're sweating, fighting for your life, just trying to survive. And all you can hear in your ear is what doesn't challenge you doesn't change you. If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you for like two minutes straight. I was right. Yeah, I guess it's true. But can I tell you what I did do this weekend? Oh, I was going to also tell you, so I, in my journey, in my attempt to do The Artist's Way, they have a 365-day version, right? So you do a day, you read something every day and you do whatever that task is.

And I thought maybe this will be more.

Yeah, I can't do 12 weeks, but 365 days, let me sign up for it.

But instead of like doing a chapter per week, you just do one page like per day. So it's like split up more. I'm just telling you. I thought maybe I could try that version. See if it helps just my ADHD brain. I haven't been diagnosed.

I think you can do this.

No, I can. I can do anything I put my mind to.

So why don't you put your mind to this?

I don't know.

You're not just letting yourself down. You're letting me down now.

I know, and I hate that. I hate letting you down more than myself, which has actually been a problem my whole life, is that I care more about letting people down than myself.

But let that be a bridge to get you to where you need to be.

Yeah.

Well, it's interesting because I'm battling... My whole journey of trying to grow is not being a people pleaser. So it conflicts with these two things conflict. So anyways, what would you like for me to do? Just start over?

No, I'd like you to start where you stopped, pick back up.

Okay, so week one.

Finish week one and do week two and week three in one week.

Okay, that's not going to happen.

Why?

Because I didn't even do one chapter in one week.

Chapters are so if you sat down on a Saturday and didn't get out of bed till noon, you could do three chapters. They're not that hard.

It just feels like squeezing something that's supposed to be spaced out into one day.

You know, we do what we got to do.

Okay.

It might not be the artist's way, but it's Becca Tilly's way.

It sounds like more like Tanya's way. What this is sounding like is Tanya's way.

Whatever is going to get it done.

Okay.

That's the way I choose.

I see. I see. Well, this weekend I did do something that was very Tanya like, which was I, on Saturday, I guess there was a new moon. And so I wrote, I did like, we did manifestations on dissolvable paper. So we wrote them out and then we dissolved them. We, we like reread them and then we put them in the water. What water? What do you mean?

What water did you put them in?

Just like a bowl of water.

Oh, in your house. Okay. You didn't go to like the L.A. River?

No. Okay.

The L.A.

River.

Actually, we got some rain. I could have left it just outside and let it, the rain dissolve it. And then I put it on the plants, which I don't know if the ink from the pen was good for the plants, but it felt like I was resoiling.

Yeah, feel ceremonial.

Yeah, yeah. So I did do that. And I put some things in there that I want to do through the artist's way. So maybe those will inspire the artist's way to continue.

I got to crack the code with you on how to get you to do this.

I genuinely need to see a psychologist or something. Maybe your dad can help me.

I'm sure he could.

He's got time on his hands.

I'm sure he'd love the project. I don't know what it is. There's something about not liking being told how to do something or what to do. I also, you have to remember that my life, like my job and stuff, there's no routine, which I think isn't good.

I know, but this could help bring routine into your daily life.

Right.

You wake up, you do your pages, and immediately after you finish your pages, you do two or three pages of reading of the chapter.

So do you not eat before?

My pages?

Yeah.

No, I do them first thing in the morning.

Gosh, that's crazy. By the time I'm ready to get up, I'm hungry. Yeah.

Maybe get up a little bit before you usually do. Yeah, so whatever time you normally wake up, like 9 o'clock?

Yeah. No, I wake up earlier than that.

8.30?

Yeah, I would say like 8 to 8.30.

Let's set our alarm for 7.

Yes. No shot.

Let's create a little bit of routine in your life.

That's crazy.

I think it's good for you.

It is good for me. I just have to do it.

You did something else this weekend, too.

I did. What did I do?

You got bangs.

Oh, my God. Why would you bring it up? Friday. Okay, I... The first part of this story is really funny because I got these clip-on bangs from Amazon, and I posted a video. Well, I posted a story of this, but it's also on my TikTok, so it lives forever. And basically someone, because I was talking about getting bangs, and someone was like, actually, Tori, who used to work on the podcast, she goes, you should order the clip-on bangs and see if you like them. And I'm like, no, I've seen this before. Those are not the type of bangs I'm looking to get, so I don't think it'd be a fair... Assessment. Assessment. So I was like, maybe I'll get them. These looked more like the style I was wanting to get. And so I ordered them and

then they came and I clipped on and they were so bad. So bad.

I loved them.

There's no way.

Allison and I both loved those bangs.

That's crazy because they looked, she looked like Shirley from Shirley's World. Who's Shirley's World?

I don't know. No, it was bad.

I love Shirley's World, and that's why I loved Becca's bangs. I'm sincere. I'm not trying to be a troll. I really loved them.

There were some people that were like, wait, I actually like them. Am I okay?

It made me realize how beautiful Dakota Johnson is when I saw how Becca looked.

Tanya literally said, this made me realize how beautiful Dakota Johnson was. And I was like, you're such a little... Word that I can't say on this podcast. All my friends, like, I would say I have a few friends that are genuinely just, like, so sweet and, like, complimentary. But I've noticed my friend group as a whole are not, like, super, like, we'll troll each other.

Because Dakota Johnson to me is beautiful and if she could be that beautiful with those did you see her.

Blow up though yes the blow up because.

Of the bangs well other things as well but yeah but.

The bangs were like yeah but.

I mean there was there was other things but yes but like imagine if she didn't have those bangs it I don't even think I could look she'd be like looking at the sun like I wouldn't be able to like look at her you've seen her without the bangs though I have when like Four years ago. She didn't have bangs four years ago?

Look at her in 2012. Look at her in 2012. 2012 was not four years ago.

She was like a child in 2012.

This is.

Like Ella Langley with no bangs.

Wait, what year was that?

This is from, let's see. Sorry, this is like a.

This is on.

Yeah. As long as I've known Dakota Johnson in her adult life, she's had bangs.

Okay. She didn't have bangs in Fifty Shades of Grey, which is 2018. That's a long time ago. Yeah.

Eight years. Almost ten.

A decade. Right.

Oh, wow. The bangs look better on her.

Yeah.

That's what I'm saying. I think some people's face, the bangs, like, enhance and compliment. They don't do that for me. So I go to get my hair cut, and i oh the problem was i had tried to like trim my own and it had gone awry and then i thought i'm just gonna do it and so i got them but you can't really see because i haven't slept to the side but it's not good could.

You sweep them more to like bangy well they're super long.

Like, so they'd be here. So I don't want to cut, like, I need them to grow out as fast as possible. But anyways, so I get home and I'm in the car already spiral. You know, I'm like, what did I do?

Gosh.

And obviously this is such a, like, first world problem. There's bigger issues. But when it's your hair, and everyone told me, don't do it. You're going to spiral. I didn't listen. I did what I wanted. And I get home and Haley comes in and I'm like, don't come in here. I got bangs. She comes in and she goes, and then I got mad. I was like, get out.

And she was, no, you look beautiful. And I was like, get out. I don't want to talk to you. Got like genuinely upset. And so then my sister was staying with us and she and Marla came over and they had picked up food. And I hear Haley going, don't say anything about her face. It's like a TV show. I come in the room, and I hear her whispering to them at the door, like, don't say anything about her.

She cut her bangs. Don't say anything about her bangs. And so I'm like, don't say anything about my bangs. It was bad. Scary. Oh, my gosh.

Yeah.

I've since calmed down. Yeah. But, like, not fully. I think they look great. They're fine. I mean, right now, it's just they look like they're fine. Semi-normal.

But you know what? Now you know. At least now you know you don't like them. Hair grows. They'll grow out. And at least you scratch that itch. You don't have to scratch it anymore.

Exactly.

You know?

And that's also what I told myself. Yeah. In my manifestation. Yes.

You just scratch the itch and now you can move forward.

But let's move on past the bangs because that was a low. And let's get to the high of what we're doing this week.

Oh my gosh. And there's a plethora of things to talk about when it comes to that subject, AKA the first bullet on this piece of paper. Thank you. Yeah. Is it plethora?

Yeah.

Yeah. Also we said endocrine. Is it endocrine?

What is it?

Endocrine, right?

It's endocrine. I said endocrine disruptor on the podcast. And everybody was like, I was cringing and Becca and Mark didn't, um, didn't correct her. I'm like, yeah, cause They're both idiots too.

One thing about us in this room, we all got four singular brain cells working too hard. Bunch of idiots.

So what is it?

It's endocrine?

Endocrine.

I have to say, can I be honest? I've only seen it typed. I don't think I've heard anyone say it. And I thought it was endocrine.

Many people say endocrine. So a lot of people online are saying it wrong as well.

You know what? One thing I'm trying to lean into is learning. Like not like just being like, oh, okay. Like not like being hard on myself for not knowing it's endocrine, but just being like, oh, now I know. Now I know moving forward. Now I know too.

Yeah.

Learning words. Every time I do Wordle, I'm like, I feel dumb that I don't know a word. And I'm like, but I learned it.

Here's the thing about me.

You don't read.

I don't feel dumb. I just know what I know. And I go as I go. It's really a nice way to live.

You don't watch people speak sometimes and go, sometimes I watch people speak and I'm like, wow, that level of, that's such a skill to speak like. Have you ever watched Eileen Gu speak? I can't say that I have. She is such an inspiring person in terms of wanting things. To learn how to, there's no filler words. She just, she's so intelligent. It's inspiring. And it could never be me, really.

Could be you. Yeah, it could be. Could be. Maybe my journey after The Artist's Way is becoming a prolific speaker. But then I feel like I'd have to take classes. I don't like speaking in front of people. I don't like talking in front of people.

You just learn the tricks and then you practice them in real life. Okay.

Maybe get a tutor. Okay. Thanks for the advice. Oh, okay. So what the exciting thing that we're doing, maybe we should take a break. Oh my gosh. Yeah, we should actually. Great teaser. All right. We'll be right back.

We're back. We're back.

Oh, I forgot to tell you the other day someone said that they were listening to the podcast and they said your laugh sounds like an owl.

What does an owl sound like?

Like the sound that an owl makes. Someone said that's what it sounds like. Someone I was talking to said that.

Who?

Owl.

Oh my gosh.

You're so....

Okay, so the big news is that we are... Going. Drumroll, please.

Oh, I can handle that. Coming right up.

Get tired.

Is it going?

It's going.

Oh, oh.

We're going to Dancing with the Stars tomorrow.

A live viewing.

I reached out to Whitney Carson and I was like, listen. I got a group and we want to come see you. I got a crew. I got a crew. We're trying to come see you dance with Guillermo and slay the house down.

Slay it down, Whitney Carson.

And she was like, let me see if I can get tickets. And then she texted me yesterday. She said, I got four. And I said, we'll be there.

Put us in, coach.

Put us in. So we're going to, we'll try to document that journey and have more to talk about next week. But- I'm very excited.

I'm so excited.

And I think the theme is Super Bowl, which.

Yes, it is NFL Super Bowl halftime show.

Oh, like iconic.

Yeah, like iconic Super Bowl performers from the past.

I see, I see. There's a lot of people.

I was hoping it would be like a Super Bowl shuffle and like ramen and stuff like that.

No, but Mark did pull the songs that they're going to be dancing to this week, if we may. Where are they? Aha, here they are. Okay, so like Mi Gente, J Balvin, Hipstone Lies, Shakira, Hot and Her, Nelly, Tite Mi Pregunto, Bad Bunny. I mean, the list goes on and on.

Oh, that's Whitney and Guillermo's song.

Tite Mi Pregunto? Oh, that's going to be a good one.

No, it's a really good, it's a fun way of getting these random but iconic hits. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. Because how else would you have all these together?

It's an interesting... Theme?

Theme.

Yeah. But we'll be there.

Yeah. Well, Mark, can you do a little investigation for me?

Here I go.

Remember something that Michaela said during our meeting that they're going to announce a Dancing with the Stars tomorrow?

Can you see if that's... And there's got to be.

Right. Rumor?

With that theme, that's got to be.

It, right?

Is it a rumor or is it like said to be.

Let me find out.

Thank you.

What?

There's a rumor going around that they're going to announce who's performing at this year's Super Bowl during... Dancing with the Stars Super Bowl.

Who do we think it is? Miley Cyrus. Oh, Miley's the.

I think she's the front runner.

Oh. Right? I feel like I've seen.

I saw that ad with the big teeth.

Yeah.

I was thinking that too.

And like the hair.

Yeah. That's really fun. Yeah. Party in the USA.

And like she could bring out Beyonce.

Wow.

I love that actually.

Yeah.

How do you feel about it?

I'm unsure how I feel about it. I'd have to give it a little bit of time to sink in, but I do think she's an amazing performer.

Right.

With a big Rolodex.

Right.

Which is always helpful.

Right. That's exciting. I wonder if she'll be there.

According to Google Gemini, there is not going to be an announcement as far as the Super Bowl halftime show goes during Dancing with the Stars.

That's just a rumor that I heard on the streets.

I thought it'd be an interesting rollout for Dancing with the Stars to be the one to announce.

It, but.

It's produced by Apple, right?

Apple and Roc Nation. Yeah.

And Dancing with the Stars.

Dancing with the Stars, ABC, baby.

This is how rumors get started. I hear it. I pass it on here.

Then our listeners are going to pass it on.

Yeah, literally. But speaking of Dancing with the Stars, we didn't talk about this last week.

Wait, before we move on really fast, what are we supposed to wear?

You saw it said we're a beautiful audience. I know.

But what does that mean? Like, can you wear like jeans and a cute top or do you need to be in like a dress? Like fancy?

Sometimes I see people and I notice how casual they are and we don't want to be noticed for how casual we are. So I think we don't do jeans. Like I think we do, but you don't have to be like in a ball gown, a ball gown, a ball gown.

Okay.

Like I might do a Like pants and a blazer. Or I might do a dress. Depends on if I start my period or not.

Yeah.

It's tough out there on these streets this week. Let me tell you.

So I'll just be. It'll depend on my mood tomorrow basically. All right. But I would say no jeans. We can't be like the girls in jeans in the ballroom. Let me tell you.

A jean can be elevated with a classy heel and a chic top.

A jean can be a jean.

You do what you want. I don't want to be the girl in jeans.

Well, I don't want to, I'm your guest, so I can't be the girl in jeans if I'm your guest, but I do want to be Maura Higgins so that's like on top of my list if I.

Was not a nice friend and I told you like we have to be in gowns but I am a nice friend unlike you who said it made me realize how beautiful Dakota Johnson must be and don't forget I won't forget Don't worry.

Come on.

That was so funny. And I won't forget. Okay. Speaking of Dancing with the Stars, I wanted to talk about this last week, but I forgot. But the Brian Austin Green of it all with his videos about Sharna working and being gone and then deleted the videos. And part of me thought because someone said, what if this is a tactic to.

Get people to vote for her? It doesn't feel that way. It doesn't feel like a tactic. It doesn't feel like Sharna's in on it.

But so basically, if you're not following any of this or, you know, just living your life, not chronically online, basically, Sharna is a professional in Dancing with the Stars and she's dancing with Tyler Cameron this season from The Bachelor, who is very beloved, very handsome, very tall, buff.

Oh, I thought you were talking about Sharna, because she's also very beloved. She was gone for many seasons, and this is kind of like her first season back.

Yeah, and she's so happy to be back. You can tell she's just thriving. So Brian Austin Green is her husband. He's from the original 90210 cast, and he goes online, and he basically just says he's at the movies by himself, and he's... alone and came to the mall by himself.

It's hard for him because his wife is working and.

She's gone and he's lonely. And I also... And he kind of... He alludes to the fact that she's spending all her time with this very handsome man. But... Tyler's also engaged and very in love with his fiance, Tate. And he does mention that, too. Yeah, he says he's so in love with her.

He's a nice guy, yeah.

And listen, I understand. I mean, when Hailey goes on tour and whatnot, it is lonely, and you're kind of like, oh, you know, they're spending all their... They're out doing their thing that they love, and I'm... You get in your head sometimes, but going online and posting it and almost like... I thought... She probably, if she watched it and saw it, it may, it probably made her feel horrible, you know, bad about going to work.

It was just like so many layers of bad because I'm just like, people were applauding him. They're like, good for you for sharing your truth and speaking out. And I'm like, should he have done that? Or should he have just told his therapist? Because like women, but like women have to, like a lot of women that are housewives stay home and watch their husbands work all day.

And they're not online saying how sad and lonely they are while their husbands are working all day. Women have been doing this for centuries.

And I also think, I also think her going back to something she loves and then there being this negative energy around it from the person who's supposed to be the most supportive. And doing it publicly.

Again, then then I see all these posts about like Matthew Koma, who is Hillary Duff's husband and how much he's like he like pumps up her tires and he's like, go, go, go, honey, go. Meanwhile, she's touring the world. They have three children or four children. And he's like taking care of business and like cheering her on. And like everybody's like, you can marry a Matthew Koma or you can marry a Brian Austin Green.

But I don't think I mean, the thing is, is I don't like that mentality because it's like, OK, it's a vulnerable moment. He should have stayed offline and he ended up deleting it. So either someone said, hey, buddy, this is not it. Or Sharna said, hey, buddy, take it down now. Yeah. But now she announced that she's going on tour. The Dancing with the Stars tour.

No, she's not.

Yeah. She was part of the cast that announced that they're going. So I hope they. I have some long chats before, but I made me, I will say it made me like want to root for her because I'm like, I want her to go further and like enjoy her time. And I feel like I love watching Tyler. I feel like he's really trying and working so hard.

I love Sharna. Like I love her so much.

Remember she was on our podcast. We did a dance with her.

I know. I know.

Do you know what's so funny? Whenever we're like watching these things, I'll like turn to Robbie. I'm like, she was on our podcast. Oh, she was on our podcast.

Special forces.

She was on our podcast.

Yeah.

So she, yeah, the OGs over here. Um, but, uh, no, I love Sharna and it just like, I don't know. It makes me feel bad. It just makes me feel really bad for her.

Yeah. But I think he ultimately maybe had some reflection on, hopefully had some reflection on it. Seeing people's reactions of being like, Hey, I get it can be lonely and sad, especially if, you know, you'll spend so much time together and then she's gone. But I will.

Say to give Brian Austin Green some credit, I could never do that. I don't think like I don't think I could marry somebody that was that close and like touchy. And I get it. They're dancers and this is like their job. But like when I watch like Riley Arnold and Connor, when they like and like basically almost kissing.

I'm like, if that were Robbie, I would literally be having like, I don't even know. Like I would have smoke coming out of my ears, even though I trust him implicitly. I have zero like trust, like false trust in him. I think it would just be really, really hard. So it's like, I get where he's coming from, but also like you don't marry somebody who knowing that that's how you feel about it do you know what I mean well.

I think it's a very human feeling I don't think what he's feeling is.

Abnormal but I think many people can like you are somebody that can handle that like I am not.

But even I had a hard time but I think it's not bringing everything to the internet my life my takeaway was not bringing everything to the internet get a journal get a therapist and talk to your partner and let them like Give her a chance to, like, be reassuring and make him feel safe. Like, he's okay. She's just going to work. So, yeah, I'm very excited about Dancing with the Stars.

Me, too.

Have you ever been to a live show?

Never.

Wow. I'm so excited to get to experience that with you. Me. Is Robbie excited?

He's so excited. This is the first time he's ever watched. Wow. Yeah. He texted Ezra and was like, hey. We're coming to the ballroom.

Whoa.

So we might be able to meet Ezra. I think. I don't know.

But I guess I do press after.

It's pretty crazy.

I don't know.

We want to linger maybe. But I don't know if we.

Want to be the lingerers.

The security's like, y'all got to go. Yeah. Are you decorating or do anything for Halloween?

Oh, funny that you ask.

Why?

Well, maybe we get into it after the break.

Is it good?

Did I do it wrong?

We're back we're back.

All right so what why what are your halloween plans so.

Every year like we love halloween we love to like do like a cute little theme and we've been deciding like what we want to be and then i realized the other day we have no plans we have nowhere to go and then i thought where do we usually go ah becca and hayley's halloween party Well.

We did it last year, but the few years before we didn't do it.

You didn't? No.

No, we took a break.

What did I do those years?

I think we took a break for two years.

What did I do for those years? I've never not had plans on Halloween.

I'm sure a party will come up.

Hard to say.

Do y'all have an outfit picked out if things do come up?

If we don't have a party to go to, we still have outfits that we're going to take pictures in.

Okay, good, good, good. So you have something?

Partially that I could just finish off easily.

Okay. Yeah.

What about you?

I don't know. Well, we're going to be out of town for Halloween because it's my birthday weekend.

So you guys aren't even going to dress up for Halloween?

We might. It's so crazy because I remember in July thinking about October, just like my brain going to October, and I was like, that is so far away. And now we're basically halfway through October. And I have nothing. I've No decorations out. I might do that this week. I just need to get in the spirit. It's been too hot. And finally we had some fall weather and.

I'm like, I'm going to decorate.

I know, but it's going to be 90 again before you know it.

This week.

Yeah.

That's okay. Maybe I'll decorate today.

Yeah.

To be in the spirit. But anyways, we might put together an outfit. We always, you know, Haley loves to be green. That's been a theme for years now. She loves to be a green thing. And it's getting harder. We're like... You know, her green things are very extravagant.

There's only so much green, yeah.

Like, at one point, we talked about Shrek and Fiona, but that's a big to-do.

Especially if you're on vacation.

No, we would probably do pictures or something before and just, yeah. I'm not bringing a Shrek costume on vacation. Yeah.

But what if, like, she was grass and you were a flower?

Well, it's beautiful. That could be easy. It could be easy. Well, I'll present it to her. Okay. See what she says.

Okay. Are you excited about your birthday this year?

Yeah.

I always, I'm always like very neutral, but positive about my birthday.

Yeah.

How are you feeling? What's the vibe? What's inside?

I feel very neutral, but excited about my birthday. For me, I don't really, like the idea of getting older by the number or whatever doesn't, it doesn't affect me.

You're gonna be turning 38 yeah youth I remember when I was 38 so much promise ahead oh.

My gosh I did no I.

Thought I had the Run way ahead of me.

So I'll be celebrating being on Earth for 38 years. And then I'll be starting my 39th birthday. What did you send me? What's it called again? Did you send me that video where it was? There's like it's a that that way of thinking is a.

Oh, it wasn't me.

Send me that. Maybe Haley, because she hates when I talk about it, too. But basically, it's a different like culture thing. Mark, the way that you talk about celebrating the number of a birthday, it's a specific cultural thing. Oh, is it?

Yeah.

Someone sent me a video about that.

Oh, I didn't realize.

No disrespect to the culture, but it is whack. Whack.

I was simply saying that you'll be starting your 39th year in a couple of weeks.

That's it.

Yeah. I don't know which culture.

Which I'm very excited about.

Yeah, absolutely. And you are in your 40th year, Tanya.

Oh, wow.

What a look.

I can handle that. But Tanya is actually, she's in another culture where she's actually celebrating her 38th year again.

Yeah, I have the ovaries of a 32-year-old. I feel like.

We should just be our age based on our ovary health.

Really, it's not your ovaries that you want to be healthy. It's your eggs. And unfortunately, those are in their 40th year.

Yeah.

It's so funny because like when I mean, I obviously shouldn't listen to these people on the Internet, but like people just have such different opinions about that stuff. You know, some people like you cannot beat your biological. Your biological age is your biological age is your age. You are right.

Sure.

Yeah. You cannot beat that where like some people are like if you're if you know you're like health maxing and like all this stuff like it really like doesn't matter. I'm like, I think it does.

So you're saying it's possible to be 38 years old, but biologically I'm 31 because I'm so healthy. Yeah, correct.

Right, right, right.

And they're saying that's not possible.

Yes.

Different experts have— Can you go the other way? Can you be— you' re 38, but really you're like 44 because you never leave the couch.

Yes.

Okay.

Yes.

All right.

I see.

So it's tough, you know. I had to change my algorithm. Now my algorithm is like all like— AI food things or AI like animals doing like stuffed in a banana. And it's like cute.

Yeah. Your algorithm is freaky. Freaky.

But at least it's not fertility focused, which is really what I needed it to be.

Weird videos you send me over more information about.

I saw a Cavapoo coming out of a ice cream dispenser into a ice cream cone. And it was the cutest thing. I think I watched it 10 times and I could not stop laughing.

Why we gotta we gotta limit internet access the.

Weekends it gets really freaky over here did you see that toby mcguire officiated jennifer meyer's wedding it's so insane to me after they finalized their divorce.

Here's the thing i'm all for it if you can be happy symbiotic uh cordial co-parenting situation to officiate the next wedding just feels like a hair too far, like unnecessary, really.

Like trying too hard? Yes.

Like, why?

I just almost wonder if it's like, Well, I guess some people, if they have a relationship and a long marriage and it doesn't work out, but they still look back on it with fond memories and see it as a great relationship, it's almost like he's passing the good vibes on.

Pass them on. Be at the wedding. Be there with your children and have a smile on your face. But to be the one that pronounces you man and wife and says kiss the bride.

Me personally.

It's so crazy.

Me personally couldn't do it. Wouldn't do it. I'm like, Robert, I have a job for you.

It's just like, I need to understand the reality. I need to understand the why of it.

Do you know what I mean?

Cause it's like, no, I get it to have, they have kids together.

Right.

To have a good relationship is important. I totally get that.

But like to go that extra step to officiate just feels, I'm like, are they filming this for some movie? Like this has to be, there has to be some sort of punchline here that we're not a part of.

Which they could, could be.

Yeah.

Also the, her husband, new husband. Like he's like, they're chummy.

They're great.

But again, great.

Love that for them. Like, I honestly genuinely love that for them. There's nothing better than having that. Like whenever I see Christina Hack and Heather El Mousseau, you know, like Tarek's ex-wife and current wife or whatever wife. I'm like, that's amazing. I really genuinely think that's like the goal, you know, but to officiate, like if Tarek officiated Christina Hack's, I don't know, it's just like a level two. One level too far. Yeah.

Personally.

Yeah, yeah. To each their own.

But happy wedding.

What if this guy's like a huge Spider-Man fan?

And he's just like the.

Have we seen photos of the wedding as Tobey in costume?

He's like, my dream is to have someone who played Spider-Man officiate our wedding. And she's like, I can make this happen for you.

I can make your dream come true.

Yeah.

Did you know, have you heard of hey hanging?

Where you leave people hanging?

Well, apparently it's saying hey, like on a Slack or Google chat in the workplace.

Or a text, I would say.

Or a text with no follow up or a heavy pause.

This is, you do this.

I don't ever say hey.

Maybe not hey, but you do say like hi and nothing else. You'll send it just a hi by itself. Yeah.

I want to make sure you're near your phone.

Mark.

Yes, Mark.

Not great.

No, the name's bad.

I just got hit with this when I stepped out. Someone said Easton. I had to walk out of the room.

What's wrong with the name? This is what I'm doing. Mark, are you there is what I'm saying. If you're there, you'll say yes.

Why don't you just text what you want to say?

Because I don't want you to have time to think about it. Do you get what I'm saying?

No. Wait, what? On a text? Yeah. You have time to think about it.

No, because here's the thing. If I say, Mark, can you leave me like some holes for whatever? I don't even know what I'm saying.

How about you want to know what time are we wrapping tomorrow?

Mark, what time are we wrapping tomorrow?

Why don't you say that?

Then if I send that all in one text, he has time to think about like, should I tell her it's later because I want her to stay for this meeting or like he can do this whole like whatever in his head. Whereas if I say Mark, he says yes. And then I hit him with the question. He has he doesn't have time to do all that thinking.

I'm confused, though. Why can't he still think on after you send the second one?

He can, but I'm catching him more off guard. I'm catching you all more off guard. Do you understand?

Does anybody understand that? I had no idea that this much thought went into this. That you're actually trying to trick me.

Yeah, it's almost a trap almost. It's a test. It is a test and you all fail most of the time.

You don't trust me to answer you honestly so you have to set me up to catch me off guard so I'm truthful with you.

Think about the anxious attachment that I have that I need to send a text to my boss like that.

Can I show you my most recent one that happened over the last week?

What?

Becca, what's the name of the song that's trending that goes like, you want to lick my bum, but clop my rat-a-ta-ta-ta? Wow. But these were all separate, right? So Becca was sent first. Sure. I didn't even respond.

Of course not. Nor should you.

But my heart rate skyrocketed. Because we were kind of talking about something a little more serious earlier. So I was like, oh. And then she sends, what's the name of that song that's trending that goes like dot, dot, dot? That's a separate one. So I thought she was going to send something maybe more, you know, according to the, you know, the conversation before. You want to lick my bum, but caught my rat-a-ta-ta-ta. And I just said, LOL. It's called Pink Blush. And then she said, got him going crazy for that poo-na-na-na-na. And then... Also, she says also, follow up, separate, a picture of one of the Dancing with the Stars feet, right? And they're like little dance heels. This.

Okay.

Little jazz shoes. Why do dancers have to wear these godforsaken shoes? This was all in a span of a minute. So, but then she could send Becca, and it could be... That or it could be something really heavy and deep.

This is the song I was referring to.

I don't think you can play that. There's no way we can get away with it. You can't play any songs on a podcast, let alone the one that talks about licking bum.

Oh, really?

You can't play any of that?

No.

I think the written word will give them.

You think people will know?

Yeah.

People will know.

You really enjoy.

Hearing you read that.

Yeah, yeah. Her typing it out was actually what I envisioned, which was really funny. Poo-na-na-na-na. She probably looked up the lyrics, yeah.

Poonana.

You want to lick that bum? Oh, my God.

Yeah.

Here's the thing, guys. You know, my brain is... I just have such a big brain that it's just firing off.

Those are big brain thoughts. Big brain thoughts, yeah.

And it's, like, it's just constantly going, you know? Like, so I need to know... I wanted to use that Poonanana song. I couldn't find it, so I'm firing that off. I'm watching Dancing with the Stars.

Like, I want to, like.

ask her that. Like, it's just, it's tough being in this big.

Yeah.

Some insight there to what it's like in your head.

Yeah. Just so y'all are aware what, what we're doing.

The hay hanging thing. Like when I text someone, I usually just go in with what I want to say. Like, I'll just like, if I text corporate of you, I'll just say like, um, what was the name of the bad guy from Tron?

I'll just ask him that.

But, um, my brother-in-law is from Canada and sometimes I'll text him and say like, some star Wars thing. And I'd be like, hi, how are you doing? And I'm like, now I feel like a jerk. Like I should have said, hi, Blaine, how are you?

Like I don't do that.

Sam always used to tell me, she's like, you always text me stuff that you could just Google.

And I'm like, I would say our whole podcast is mostly things you could Google. But in a funny way.

What?

I'm just saying, like, a lot of this is just, like, us talking about things that we could just Google, but it's, what fun is that? What do you mean?

What do we talk about that you could just Google?

You've asked me to Google half a dozen things in this episode.

Like what?

Name one. Okay, here he talks a big game.

You just had me do something.

Just that only one thing, the Dancing with the Stars Super Bowl thing.

Yeah, that. And then right with the green glass door.

Oh, which actually we should circle back on that.

We probably should.

So Mark needs some help.

I'm just curious what game we should play on Thursday because I want to spend the next two days working it out.

Yeah. So I voted for another round of Family Feud because we know the rules. It's easy.

It's fun.

We like it. We, the general we. Okay. So that's my vote. Now Mark has another pitch.

Well, there's something I've seen going around called the Tower of Music.

Where is it going around?

It shows up on my TikTok. What can I tell you? And you each have a category of bands. It could be Canadian artists. And the other person could have artists that start with the letter S. And you go back and forth guessing. Can I have Cage the Elephant?

No.

Can I have Drake? Yes, Canadian artists. Can I actually bring a carpet? Yes. But you don't know that you have to guess the category. If you get four, then you can guess the category.

I like it.

I think it'd be worth a shot.

I'm all about trying new things. I like variety. It's variety. We're a variety show.

I don't want to just beat these games into the ground and then we never want to do them again. We're a variety game show.

I love beating things into the ground.

I know.

I know. But I think giving it a break. I think. And then if we give it a break, people can let us know, like, oh, no, you should have done Family Feud and whatever.

Have you ever played the green glass door riddle?

No.

That's crazy because I've played it multiple times and I still don't remember.

None of us had heard of it for the record when she brought this up, but we Googled it like we do on this show.

It seems to have one outcome.

Yes.

You've played it multiple times.

It's a riddle.

Yes.

Yes.

Can I bring this behind the green glass door?

Okay.

I think it changes every time, actually.

It sounds like the same concept.

Yeah, but you can change the rule. You can?

I thought the rule states, according to what I've seen, it's just a riddle, and that is the rule.

The double letter?

Yeah.

Spoiler alert. But there's a rule, and you have to be like, can I bring Becca Through the green glass door? And they'd be like, yes, you can bring Becca. And then I'd be like, can I bring Tanya through the green glass door? And they'd say, no, you can't bring Tanya, but you can bring Becca.

Can I bring Poonana through the green glass door?

You can bring Poonana. So then you have to like, through all the questions, you have to like find what the rule is. And the rule is you can't, you have to have two letters back to back.

What's the spelling of Poonana, please? Can I get a spell check?

P-O-O-N-A-N-A.

Come on through.

Okay.

So it's just giving me that type of energy, that game. But if you guys want to play it, I'm down to try. I just would like it to be known on record that I don't like it.

That's great.

That's no fun.

Mark and I can take the L.

All right, fine.

We'll try it. I'll still play.

I'm a team player. I'll play with the team.

Can I tell you that something that people are doing when they're naming their children called name maxing is where they blend two names to make one. So like Maeve and Avery, Mavery.

The whole maxing trend.

Yeah, I think I'm getting over maxing.

I need the maxing to be done. Like Euromaxing, Hairmaxing, Lip, Makeupmaxing.

Chudmaxing.

What's a chud maxing?

My kids tell me they're chud maxing and that means they're not doing anything. They're just laying in bed all day scrolling.

I'm always chud maxing.

There you go.

I'm never not chud maxing. I'm about to delete social media off my phone.

I know.

It really can suck you in. It like really can suck you in.

I know.

I might just, I might use the brick and brick my phone and then give it to Haley to go hide. And then if I need it or something, then she can.

But that's what the brick is for. You brick it.

I know.

Oh, you're saying you just unbrick your phone whenever you want it.

Yeah. You just go and scan it.

Okay, hold on. We didn't really resolve that issue. This is a podcast that we resolve issues.

What issue?

Are we going to play the new game with Mark?

Yeah.

Mark, we're going to play the new game with you.

I'm ready with it.

And we also.

You have two days to think about it.

There was some feedback.

I'm going to make it good.

One of my favorite things is that someone in the Facebook group was like, It bothers me that they act like they do the podcast on separate days. I'm like, you guys, that's the whole joke. We're not trying to like. Right.

That's why it's a little inside joke.

It's just a bit, you guys.

Here's the thing. If you're new to the podcast, then you don't get the joke. But if you're old school scrubbers, you get the joke. And that's why it's fun.

I think they might be old school scrubbers.

It's a little cookie. It's a little fun, little inside thing. for the scrubbers.

So we do record everything on Mondays and we play them on Mondays and Thursdays because you can't get too much good stuff on one day.

But what I was going to say is that the argument from the don't say the same thing was not so much about your Cracker Barrel. It was about Twister. Yeah, your Twister. I guess in my.

Oh, that's not a board game?

Which no one corrected me.

Because when I said.

Twister, I was like.

Quick to jump on me, but not on Becca, huh?

But we have it in our board games. Amongst our board games is Twister.

And it's a... board that you spin. The spinner's on a board.

Who's saying it's not a board game?

I saw several.

I will fight each and every.

One of you.

The tots were coming after Becca because they were like Cracker Bell's not the issue.

It's always the tots. What do I do to them? All I'm doing is trying to be trying to give them content.

Twister is a game with a board and it's made by Milton Bradley. That's a board game.

Thank you. Case. Clothes.

Tots.

What is it if not a board game?

It's a.

It's an aerobic... A mat?

But is it a board game? Do you have to have pieces that you move around a board? Is that what makes it a board game? Because then it's not a board game.

I mean.

Hold on. I'm... I actually, when I said Twister, I gave a physical skill.

Is Twister a board game? Yes, Twister is a physical party game, often considered a board game, although it's played on a mat on the floor rather than a traditional board. So it's really a party game.

But it is considered a board game.

Facts.

But anyways, I love you tots, even though y'all come at me.

Well, I will have a new don't say the same thing challenge on Thursday.

I'm just saying, like, we got through them all, but I would like to get through with a clean no argument. No arguments.

I'm up for the challenge maxing.

Nice.

I'm so funny. I think we should end it here, honestly.

Yeah, yeah.

It's time to say goodbye, and we will be back on Thursday with a new episode, and we love you all so much.

Love you.

And have a wonderful week. Bye. Bye. Bye.

Bye. Bye.
