Rib recontouring…we have thoughts!

We got a DM from you asking us for our thoughts on the rise of rib recontouring surgery so this week we’re talking about it. In case it’s not come across your algorithm - rib recontouring is a surgery that fractures the lower ribs to reduce the size of the waist. We discuss what the surgery involves, what experts are saying about it, and the marketing of the procedure that makes it look more like a holiday than a surgery.
Plus - Steph has nits, Laura had a colonoscopy, and Bailey Smith has been caught out.
Update - in the listener DM we read out we say that the rib recontouring procedure removes part of the rib. The ribs are not removed in this procedure. We have updated the episode to make this clear.
