I love security, financial security, physical security, material items, security. But what would you no longer tolerate if you had all the money you needed? If you had just somebody pay sent you a PayPal of 7.4 million dollars in your bank account, look at all those zeros. Ooh. Let's make it 174 million dollars.
Just arrived in your bank account. Who would you still kick it with? Would you still stay in the same relationship that you're in? What would how what form would that take? Would you still live in the same place you're at? Where would you go live? What would it look like? Would you still keep the same job?
Would you stay at what the job you're doing? If not, what would you do every day instead for eight hours? You gotta do something. Can't just, you know, sit at home and scroll on your phone and eat bonbons, right? If you got 700 million dollars, you win the lottery. What would you do every day and what in your life would change?
I think that is such a strong opening question for this big full moon in Taurus. Hi, everybody. Welcome to another episode of the Astrology Lounge. Me and the Pugs here in the Literal Astrology Lounge on Twin Moon Ranch outside of Austin, Texas, coming at you live as I watch the beautiful moon in what is it in Aquarius right now?
I should know this. Oh, I was close. It just moved into Pisces. There. So watching that beautiful Pisces moon come up, gearing up for the big full moon in Taurus, my dreams have been crazy. It's kind of fun. But man, have they been symbolic and intense and wild. I can only imagine what you guys might be feeling.
Before we get going into what this Taurus full moon means, be sure to visit the website astrology-lounge.com. And I mean it because we were talking about this today, and I think what I might do is open up weekends. Yes, if you have wanted to book a reading with me, but we all work Monday through Friday and it just hasn't worked out, you want to go join the wait list because you just might wake up to a text message from me saying, Hey, you want to meet on Saturday?
What are you doing on Sunday morning? You want to church? You're kicking in with me in the church of the stars. Let's do a weekend reading. I think I'm going to do this because this is always a time where things get busy leading into January as well, because people want to know what is going on with 2027 on my personal chart.
So visit the website, join the wait list. You can pick on and you could click on any reading and scroll to the bottom. Look at the calendar. There's a little button that says want to join the wait list. Click that and your name, your number. Let's go. I'll see you there. So let's talk about this beautiful Taurus full moon.
Remember, think back to May 16th of this year. This is when we had the new moon in Taurus. What was going on? What were you doing? What were you eating? Who were you with? What did you value? How did your bank look? Remember what we do around here? We always write a note to our future selves. And so my uh my Taurus new moon note is gonna pop up this weekend.
I can't wait to read it and see where my head was at and correlate it with this upcoming Taurus full moon. But think back to that mid-May day. What was going on? Now write yourself. I always want to say this now because I always forget towards the end, but write yourself a note for May 6th, 2027, when we'll revisit a moon in Taurus lunar.
And then we'll have the big new moon in Taurus. So May 6th, 2027, put a message in a bottle to pump up as a reminder to show yourself what you were growing through. And you especially want to do this because with the Venus retrograde, the Mercury retrograde, this Taurus full moon just spells out healing.
You'll want, you'll definitely want to know what you were growing through and reassessing. You'll definitely want to look at the data you've been collecting around this time to see what blooms or what you're harvesting around the new moon in Taurus on May 6th, 2027. You know, this Taurus full moon occurs on October 25th, 2026 at 2 degrees Taurus.
And I'm gonna share the central standard time because that's where we are here in Texas. 1111 p.m. Wow, make a wish. Remember, we looked up the Sabian symbol for 2 degrees Taurus. If you listen to Monday's episode, I told you I'd look it up again. So sorry if this is a repeat, but we gotta do it. Two degrees, so you'll round up to three degrees Taurus, Sabian symbol, have it saved.
Steps up to a lawn blooming with clover. It was a field of clovers, four-leaf clovers. That's why I said in Tuesday's episode. This full moon in Taurus is giving lucky charms. I love it. It's beautiful, it's it's optimism that embraces just the harvest of luck, what luck can bring. Um yeah, I'm reading all the symbolic images.
A neat, natural, cultivated lawn filled with wild flowering clover. I love clover. For all my herbalists listening, what does clover represent? Clover symbolism. Luck, faith, protection. The traditional three-leaf clover, the shamrock, represents the Christian holy trinity of balance or earth, sea, and sky.
The rare four-leaf clover adds luck to faith, hope, and love. Oh my gosh, I miss celebrating St. Patrick's Day up north. They really don't do it down here in Texas, they have a lot of Mexican traditions, but up north where I grew up, it's all Irish, and boy, do they have fun. Have you guys ever found a five or a six-leaf clover?
I have. It's pretty wild. But faith, hope, love, luck. Medieval Europeans believed it helped spot fairies or ward off evil spirits. Okay. Okay. Victorian language of the clover flower symbolized think of me or quiet affection. I want a bouquet of clovers. Wow. So the the Celtic tradition associates it with the balance of nature: earth, sea, and sky.
Sorry, air signs, you kind of left out of this. You're the fourth one. You're our lucky ones. But well, I guess earth could be sky, so maybe it's fire signs that are left out. Never mind. Sorry, fire signs. We we gotta step out of this one. But that's the Sabian symbol for this full moon and Taurus. Okay.
I like that. And it's at 1111 p.m. Make a wish. Now, what's interesting about this Taurus full moon is it's happening right after the Venus Casimi, or Venus and the Sun passing each other. I don't think I mentioned this enough because there's just there's so many things to remember with OnlyAstrology this week.
I don't like to dilute the message with information overload, but it's really cool that a 100-year Venus cycle is ending under this full moon. And what I mean by that, I have to you should see my notebook. I really should make a YouTube video so you guys can watch me do this crazy shit and look at my notes.
Sometimes when I have readings with you guys, you'll say, Hey, instead of typing me the key takeaways, can you just send me a picture of your notes on my chart? I'm like, no, because you might diagnose me with something. You won't be able to read it anyway. It is just me, just truly a private detective over here.
But um, it's ending a 100-year Venus cycle. If you guys don't already have the book, Venus Star Rising by Ariel Gutman, highly recommend it. But I really wanted to break this down and pretend like I was teaching it to second graders. So here's what I got. Here's what I got. If you are sitting somewhere and you're able to grab a pen and a napkin or a piece of paper, I suggest you do it.
Draw a circle. All right, we're gonna draw a circle together. And now draw the sun in the middle of that circle. Okay, there's the sun. Now, Earth, write the letter E. Anywhere in the circle between the circle and the sun, write the letter E. Okay, I'll do it with you. Now write the letter V somewhere else that you didn't put it.
Like look north, west, east, south, write Earth in one of those, write V for Venus in the other. They're both traveling around the Sun. Okay? Now, Venus typically moves faster than the Earth. So every once in a while, because Earth doesn't go retrograde, or do we? It's a different discussion. Every once in a while, Venus will go retrograde every 18 months, and so she'll appear to slow down, and Earth will be in front of her.
And so if you draw a line connecting the dots here between Venus and Earth, connect a dot, to do do, but then you're gonna connect the dot backwards because she's gonna go retrograde, to do, do, and then she's gonna go a little forward and a little back and a little forward. We wait for it to happen again, put down another dot and another.
After approximately eight years or eight retrogrades, we've placed five dots. Now here's the magical part. When we connect those five dots, they make a five-pointed star. So I guess you could have drawn that circle and then drawn a star with the sun in the middle, and then put Earth and Venus at one of those points, and that is her back and forth retrograde, beautiful star cycle.
Now, how does this create a 100-year cycle? So when Venus goes retrograde or crosses between Earth and the Sun, she hits a certain point. And since 1926, that was the first year that Venus and the Earth crossed each other at a Scorpio constellation degree. And then in 1934, 1942, keep adding eight years, do do do do do, um the way to right now, 2026.
And that's why this is so important because Venus and the Earth are gonna have their conjunction or their casimi at zero degrees Scorpio. Back in 1926, it happened around the 29th degree, and every eight years it's been like subtracting. It went from like the 29th, and then they met at the 27th, and then they met at the 25th, and all the way to right now at zero degrees.
So this is our final time that we're putting a dot in the constellation Scorpio. Now, eight years from now, 2034, we'll be revisiting this retrograde because she'll still go retrograde in Scorpio. However, she will not be reborn or have the kazimi, the Sun Venus conjunction in Scorpio. It will be in Libra.
So it's like Venus, planet of values and love, has spent an entire century coloring one zodiac sign, right? And so if you think about that collectively, it's mind-blowing. When you think of what has been going on since 1926 in terms of marriage, equality, women's rights, sex, oh my gosh, it's it's crazy.
When the scorpion, when the Venus retrograde Scorpio sequence began, the world had radically different expectations around Venusian topics marriage, divorce, women's independence, sexuality, family structures, material items, the industrial age. Gosh, here in the US, the 19th Amendment had like only been created six years earlier before that, right?
Is that right? Although many women still faced huge barriers to being able to vote. But since then, it's been a whole century, we have experienced like profound transformations surrounding, oh, my body, my choice, so reproductive freedom, financial independence for women, gender roles, who gets to define a relationship.
It blows my mind that it was not that long ago at all that women were not allowed to have their own bank accounts or a credit card.
unknown What?
That like nauseates me. I'm like, was my soul alive then? Because that didn't last long. So the potency of this, and I swear this ties to the full moon in Taurus because that final rebirth at the zero degree of Scorpio, the full moon shines right after that and just illuminates that rebirth. So think about that this weekend leading up to the full moon.
Consider the relationship beliefs, values that you have inherited from your grandparents, parents, and earlier generations. How many of us have learned that love requires sacrifice? How many of us are taught that men, you should never rely on a man? They're bad, you need your own money, but then you swing so far the other way that you're absolutely exhausted trying to be a man and a woman at the same time, right?
How many men have learned don't trust women, they'll use you for your money and then leave you? Or if you have sex with a woman, then you gotta pay child support for the rest of your life. Like it goes both ways. And I think all of us, male and female, are collectively saying, We're done being pitted against each other.
We're done with the generations before us who worked so hard, sacrificed, some of them quite literally, Scorpio died for us to have equality. Let's not mess this up. And now for the next 100 years, starting in 2034, we will be going through Venus retrograde, Kazimis, and Libra. It's just, it's wild. Uh, so 2030 to 2034, Libra takes over.
So we went from learning all the values around abandonment, betrayal, jealousy, control, sexuality. It's why all those subjects are so loud. So we're moving from confronting darkness within relationships behind closed doors and moving into how can we create relationships with more equality, balance, and mutual respect.
So it's like the question under this full moon is not simply how do I protect myself from getting hurt? How do I protect myself from someone lying to me, stealing from me, betraying me? We're moving into the new question, which is how do I create a love, a relationship where neither person has to lose themselves in it?
How can I be an individual while making money at this job? How can I maintain autonomy while being in a really close committed family unit partnership? So we're not we're not letting go of love. We are being invited to reconsider what love is supposed to look and feel like. So this is this is huge, right?
And I'm thinking about this on my own chart because I am a natal, Venus, and Scorpio. It's like a huge culmination of my entire 37 years surrounding learning lessons around all those themes I just spoke of. What did the generations before us teach us about love that we no longer want to carry forward?
I think in the next eight years, we'll probably see a huge decline in births, maybe, or a baby boom, perhaps, if we all work with this energy, or a huge decline, or huge boom in marriage. I don't really know how it's gonna go. I think it's it's up for grabs. This is where I'm like, I can predict the weather, but I think the weather has a mind of its own right now.
So that that's pretty wild. Like, what a time to be alive, right? We got Pluto and Aquarius changing the collective. We got this massive 100-year Venus cycle ending under a big full moon in Taurus. What does this mean? What does a Taurus full moon mean? Let's get into it. Simply, we have the sun is opposite the earth, right?
A full moon happens when they are opposing each other in the sky. So it's like turning on every light in a room. Suddenly you can see things that were hiding in the shadows, especially around Taurus themes. When we have Taurus and Scorpio involved in an opposition, the very basic question or this statement that you can think of with these two in a talk of war is just because something feels familiar does not mean it's still good for you.
Just because something feels secure and makes you feel safe doesn't mean it's good for you. It doesn't mean it's going to help you get to where you want to go. Full moons are revelations, they're emotional awareness. We recognize things we've been ignoring, or sometimes they're a release. We finally realize through the emotional awareness what we're ready to let go of.
For some people, especially those with early degree Taurus, Scorpio, Aquarius, or legal placements, it could be something reaching a turning point and something becoming very clear. And remember, while this is happening during retrogrades, because on this, or right before this, on the 24th, Mercury goes retrograde.
So whatever comes up gets revealed, what comes into your awareness. I'm not so sure I would make a huge decision and do a significant major life change. I know it may feel like you want to jolt, you want to bolt and make a huge life change, but Taurus is also patience and endurance. Let me tell you about Taurus.
Athletes, guys, they are endurance pros. And I would just sit with and observe, again, like I've been saying all week. I'm gonna say it again. Observe what comes up and makes you feel shook. If something does. Maybe it's quiet, maybe you're celebrating all of the security you have. That could be it as well.
But I would say, whoa, I have a huge revelation, and now I need to take it to the whiteboard with Mercury. Mercury's like, all right, you got it? Okay, let's go hash this out. Mercury is our friend. Mercury is you can't unsee what you just saw, you can't unfeel what that just came up. Now let's take it to the journal and hash it out.
Let's make a pros and a cons. Let's make a plan. And then when Venus and Mercury look at each other, lock arms, and say, let's walk out of this forest on November 14th, 15th, depending on where you live. That is when we make money moves. You guys see Cardi B's um NPR, Tiny Desk Concept? That listen, she was good.
She was on point. That was that was really good. So that's my best advice during this time is to just sit and reflect and take in the data. New moon plants the seed around mid-May. Full moon lets us see what has grown. So let's break this down. We know full moons are revelations, culminations, and a release.
But what does Taurus represent? It's a fixed earth sign ruled by Venus. She keeps popping up. Taurus represents everything that makes life feel safe, comfortable, peaceful, and predictable. Taurus is the part of us that says, I want a comfortable home, I want my organic food in the refrigerator, I want X amount of money in my bank account so I feel good.
I want people I can depend on who arrive at exactly the time they say they will arrive, who are responsible, like me. And I just want a life that feels peaceful and predictable. Taurus governs our relationship with things like money, our material items. If I could get Amazon, a zodiac sign, it would be Taurus.
It represents our self-worth, and Taurus represents our hidden talents. Things that we're naturally good at, but we don't think we can make money from. I always want to throw that in there. Now, because Taurus is a fixed sign, it doesn't always enjoy change, similar to Scorpio, fixed water. Taurus would rather stay with something familiar than risk something unknown, which on one hand is beautiful.
They endure through jobs, through relationships, extremely loyal people, and yet they will self-sab self-sabotage their own souls in the name of staying somewhere they think is safe. Taurus is one of those signs that just using a job analogy, they stick with the job because they know the commute, they know their boss, they have their desk, they know their routine, they love it, and they make a decent salary.
But if you tell the Taurus, hey, quit, put in your two weeks' notice and just leave the next day. And yeah, you'll have to learn a new commute, you'll have to learn new skills to thrive at this job, you'll have to learn new faces, and they're like, no, absolutely not. That sounds terrible. It's like, yeah, but you'll make three times as much money.
They won't believe you. They'll be like, no way. And so they'll stay at this job, always wondering if they could make more money, complaining about how much money they don't make, when they could have just gone through a change that would give them turbulence for a little while and then give them so much money recognition and probably doing something they absolutely love.
Taurus can be quite stubborn with their belief systems. It's just the things we tell ourselves that are not necessarily true. We just say it because it makes us feel safe, right? I think of Taurus when I was a holistic health coach and I would tell some people, like, hey, you gotta give up dairy or you gotta cut out sugar, all sugar for 30 days, 60 days.
They would, I would have people leave saying, sorry, absolutely not. And so I had to understand that food is Taurus' name, right? Food, it's so attached to our emotions. Birthday cake, cookies, pies, sweets are all associated with celebrations and happiness. And so what the subconscious hears when a health coach tells you, no sugar, can't have a bite of sugar for the whole summer, is okay, no fun, no sweet in my life.
Life has been really hard. And if I can't have good moments, I'm not gonna survive. Yeah, you know, that's what the subconscious hears. Same with cheese. Cheese has been associated with cheese, dairy, milk, those things are associated with feeling safe, grounded. And so when you tell someone you gotta go dairy free for a whole year, it's like, are you kidding me?
Be untethered to lie. No, I'll have a severe panic attack. No. I had to understand that for people, not realizing that you can still have those foods. You just have to go through something a little uncomfortable giving it up. But your body or vessel, Taurus grounding, will feel so much better. You'll clear up the anxiety and naturally feel so much better once you reintroduce those foods.
Stay with something familiar, then risk something unknown. Now the sun in Scorpio, transformation, shared resources, letting go. Taurus says, I want things to stay the same because that's what makes me safe. Scorpio says, but what if the very thing you're holding on to is preventing you from growing into more safety, more material items?
That's the central lesson of a full moon in Taurus. Learning the difference between true security versus unhealthy attachment. Classic example: someone staying in an unhappy, toxic relationship because they built a comfortable life together. They have kids, they have a house, they have a shared bank account.
Taurus is that comfort. But Scorpio says this relationship is emotionally draining me, eroding my soul. Is it worth the financial security? That's the question of this full moon. Now, this doesn't mean everyone should leave their marriages and their relationships. Don't think that. It just means we're being invited to examine whether the things that make us materially, financially comfortable are also the things that are making us unhappy.
And how we can bring balance to that. So this Taurus full moon is particularly powerful because of those three major astrological influences happening at the same time. It's also conjunct, sitting right on top of Chiron, the wounded healer. So let's break this down. Venus is retrograde and returns to Libra.
So it has the Kazimi at zero degrees Scorpio, the conjunction with the sun, the rebirth, on the 23rd and to the 24th. The 25th and to the 26th, we have the full moon in Taurus. Venus rules Taurus. So she's especially significant to this full moon. On October 25th, the day of the full moon, she moves backwards into Libra, the 29th, 28th degree of Libra, bringing our attention back to relationship fairness and what we value.
Am I receiving as much as I'm giving? Huge question under this full moon. Now, Mercury just stationed retrograde in Scorpio when this full moon occurs. So Mercury symbolizes our thinking and our communication. In Scorpio, we are reconsidering things we haven't fully understood, discussed, or even processed.
So the question with Mercury retrograde happening at the same time as this full moon in Taurus is what truth have I been avoiding? Or what conversation needs revisiting? It could be where do I need to recognize that I'm a part of the problem? Where do I need to recognize that the only common denominator in all the issues is me?
That could be some internal self-awareness with this. Now, this full moon in Taurus is also forming a pretty tight square, 90 degrees point of friction that gets you to move square to Pluto and Aquarius. The moon is at two degrees Taurus. The Sun is at three degrees, two degrees Scorpio-ish, and Pluto is at three degrees Aquarius.
This actually creates a T square. Looks like a red triangle. It's a 90 degrees between Pluto and the Moon, 90 degrees between Pluto and the Sun, and then that long opposition, 180 degrees between the Sun and the Moon. So Pluto and Aquarius, power, control, fear, transformation, doing things differently for the collective Aquarius.
The question with this square is: am I choosing something or someone because I love it or because I'm afraid of losing control over my life and my future? Not realizing that letting someone or something go that feels like you cannot live without it is the exact route that takes you into the future you've probably given up on because you don't think you can get it, but you've really been in your own way.
The more tightly we cling to the way things used to be, to how the relationship used to feel, to what our dreams used to be, but they're not coming to fruition, the more uncomfortable necessary change can feel. That is the opposition between Taurus and Scorpio. Those two were always battling it out. Taurus, I'm not leaving this relationship.
We've been together since we were in middle school. Scorpio, yeah, but if you do, you can find a connection that actually motivates you to become your best self. Ooh, Taurus, I'm not leaving this job. I have a 401k that's respectable, Scorpio. But if you leave it and take a risk and bet on yourself, you could be the next multi-billionaire.
Back and forth they go. Now I know these subjects are intense because we all want stability. I think that's why a lot of us are interested in astrology, because we've been traumatized by life throwing us so many shocking curveballs that we're reaching for this science to try and find some sort of predictability in our lives.
You know, I always say that people teach the thing they most need to learn. And so I self-reflect on that and think, why? What is my why for being an astrologer? And it is. My life has been so uranium, like sudden changes all the time, having to adapt, having to release and let go and then embrace new to a point where I'm like, Jesus Christ, I just want some sort of.
I've had a life where I've had dreams and I've had goals, and absolutely none of them have come to fruition. To the point where I'm like, God, whatever, is really laughing at my plans. So I am just going to stop thinking about what I want and follow what I want. Meaning, if it feels good in my gut and my intuition, I'll go.
Even if my brain is like, that's not what we've wanted. That's not what we planned. My intuition. That's so my Pisces North node, right? I just processed that. Pretty cool. So awareness, guys, it's not that anything shocking is gonna happen under this full moon. I'm not gonna tease you with that. Awareness is the first step toward transformation.
And this weekend's full moon, all these retrogrades are gifting us awareness. You're collecting data.
unknown That's it.
This Taurus full moon, it's asking us to reconsider what security actually means to us. Because when we confuse familiarity with safety, we confuse comfort with happiness, we confuse holding on with being loyal, but something can be familiar and still be toxic and unhealthy for you. Something can be comfortable and still prevent you from growing.
Sometimes the most secure thing we can do is trust ourselves enough to embrace transformation and change. Taurus teaches us that in order to build a beautiful, stable, rich life, we have to embrace change. Scorpio teaches us that sometimes we must transform parts of life to keep growing. And sometimes we have to let people in and stay, not run at the first sign of, oh, I don't trust you, in order to create the abundance of intimacy and trust we want.
That's how those two work in a symbiotic relationship. So this full moon, it's not asking us to throw our jobs away, leave our partnerships, it's just asking us to recognize what is genuinely, who is genuinely worth keeping. Can you hear the pug snoring? They're really not worried about this Taurus full moon.
So if you were not afraid of losing what you have, would you still choose the life you're living? If your favorite astrologers gave you a lottery ticket and you won $700 million and you found a four-leaf clover on the side of the road on the same day, would what would you would you still choose the life you're living?
Would you still choose the relationship you're in? What would you do? Paint your life. That's your full moon project. Get the paint out, get the draw the sketch pen out, draw out your dream life. Where would you live? Who would you be with? Who would you be homies with? Would you have kids? Would you not?
Would you hire help with the kids you already have? Would you hire help with the pets you have? Would you get a pet? Get detailed. What kind of food would you eat? Would you grow your own food? What kind of food? Where would you have to live to grow that food? Get detailed. Now here's the last piece of this Taurus full moon that is kind of my favorite.
And it's Chiron, the wounded healer, conjunct this moon. Now I think some astrologers may interpret this, and they're not wrong. I don't think any astrologers are wrong. It's like songwriting or music, it's just their genre. My genre is let's be real, practical, be a little more on the optimistic side.
Because if you plant a seed of optimism, I really do think you have the power to manifest it. If I'm about to go have a medical procedure and someone were to tell me it's gonna feel so good, like a massage. And when you go down for your surgery, the IV, it just tickles when it goes into your arm, and then you're gonna have the coolest dreams of lucky jarms and four-leaf clovers and pug puppies running all over you.
Like surgeries are so fun. I would be like, wait a second, I want to have surgeries all the time. This is amazing. I wouldn't be afraid of them, you know? Manipulation, sure. Influencing, yeah. But you know what they mean? I think it could work for us. But Chiron is at 29 degrees Aries. The small moon, two degrees Taurus, it's like a three-degree orb.
I am calling that a conjunction between the moon, our emotions, and Chiron, the wound. Chiron symbolizes painful experiences that may shape our identity. And Aries, the sign of our identity, this can represent the right to exist independently, express our needs, choose ourselves. So it's almost like this full moon in Taurus is a massive, you're on stage, walking across the stage, getting your graduation ceremony diploma for the wound that started in spring or April of 2018.
Boom, mic drop. Since early 2018, Chiron moved into Aries. We started to realize who am I? What do I want? Does this life around me support that? And we're coming to a culmination of okay, how did I do with that? How did I do? The full moon is shining a light on did I fall into old patterns? Did I do anything at all?
Did I swing way too far the other way and push good things away? Did I lose myself in a relationship? Have I lost myself in a job that I really don't want? It's a realization. Where did I learn that being myself wasn't enough? Or where did I push everyone away out of preserving my identity? Have I been looking outside of myself for a sense of security that I should have been developing within?
I think it's beautiful that this Taurus full moon is illuminating what it would feel like to be secure by yourself financially, what it would feel like to be in a relationship where you felt so free to be your wacky, quirky, funny self, but also to say to a partner no, as a full sentence without being labeled mean or aggressive.
I love it. The moon Chiron conjunction, sure. It might bring up a painful memory around individuality, anger, who am I? But it could also shine a light on what your relationships could look like if you genuinely believe that you're worthy of love, that you can be in a relationship and be yourself. 100%.
So let's bring this home. Venus is being reborn on the 23rd. And with that rebirth, we're all reconsidering everything we believe about love, relationships, money, and our own self-worth. And then we have Mercury going retrograde in Scorpio, seriously reassessing and revising those thoughts. It's like, okay, the Venus rebirth, I now see the story I've told myself.
Mercury steps in and says, perfect, I've got my pen, it's fresh, we've got a new notepad. That weird girl sniffed the spine of it, but it's okay. Let's rewrite the story you tell yourself. And then we have the full moon and Taurus, conjunct Chiron, and Aries. This is reminding us why we stopped believing in ourselves.
How many people stay in relationships because they're afraid of being alone? How many people push relationships away because they just don't feel like they can play nice with someone else? How many people overgive because they don't feel they're worthy of receiving? How many of us sit with people in jobs for the financial security because we grew up feeling unsafe around money?
And then this beautiful Taurus full moon illuminates those very subjects of security and self-worth. With all of this combined, I think the story is perhaps the greatest form of security isn't knowing that someone will never leave you. Isn't knowing that you'll never get fired or laid off from your job.
It's not knowing that your finances, you'll know that you'll never run out of money, or that life will always go according to plan. Because ask your girl, it doesn't. I think this full moon in Taurus is illuminating that real security is knowing that no matter what happens, you'll never abandon yourself.
You'll never abandon your values for a job. You'll never lower your standards for a relationship, and you'll never make decisions, any decision, any part of life, based off of feeling like you could never financially support yourself or do something you enjoy and love for a living. And even if you work a job that you're like, uh, this is no one's a dream job.
I understand some people have to do that. I used to do it myself, but what I did is I found meaning in it. I used to work in a hospital kitchen washing dishes. I loved it because I loved getting to see patients and talk to them and hear their stories and wish them well when they left the hospital. You just gotta find meaning and connection and value.
And I felt really valued at that job. Come on, I delivered food to people. Who doesn't love a plate of food, Taurus Full Moon? By the way, instead of making a vision board under this Taurus Full Moon, how about you make a charcuterie board with all of your favorite grounding, cheesy, glutinous foods you want?
How about we all have a fondue party at Twin Moon Ranch and we just eat our feelings? I'm enabling. And don't forget, Pluto's squaring this full moon. So it adds that layer of am I ready to completely transform and release my internal control mechanisms that I've developed to protect my very wounds of insecurity.
This is an incredibly rich moon. For the zodiac sign that rules wealth, this is a rich full moon. I think on the night it peaks, we're gonna see like Louis Vuitton symbols all over the moon. Okay, I'm done. I'm out of here. I'm hackling like the true Sag I am. Thank you guys for listening to another episode of the Astrology Lounge.
I hope you're excited for this Taurus full moon. I really do hope you make a charcuterie board. I wasn't kidding. And that you know, nothing can shake you. No one can take anything from you if they don't have anything to take because you're not attached to anything, because you know you have everything you need within.
And you can always go build and develop it somewhere else. You can always go build a new relationship, you can always go build a new job. You can always find security in the little things in life. You can downsize from this massive house to a tiny apartment, but if that tiny apartment has a safe, beautiful, clean kitchen where you can prepare delicious foods, even if it's a box of dollar store macaroni and cheese, who cares?
If you eat it in peace and you savor every bite, my stomach's growling now.
unknown I hope you couldn't hear that.
If you wake up and make your coffee and sip it slow and look out the window and go, you know what? My neighbor just waved and said hi. Good morning. Come over and say hi. I have everything I need. I am rich. If you see rich around you, it's kind of funny. You'll eventually become 3D rich. Or you won't even care about it, and they'll just arrive.
