Good morning, everyone.

Good evening, good afternoon, wherever you are, and welcome to this week's Weekly Energy Boost. My name is Elisheva, and today Eitan and I are exploring the truth behind how very powerful each one.

Of us is.

This is a week.

And a month where we're going to find our environment is influencing us or even controlling us more than ever. And the Kabbalists teach that quite the opposite becomes true in this time where our ability to influence, to make a difference, to create change becomes even more important and in ways that we least expect it. Weekly Energy Boost is a seven-day spiritual weather forecast where we provide our listeners with the most practical and powerful tools to navigate the coming seven days. We do that by sharing what we've learned from the teachings of Kabbalah, its principles and its tools. And so every episode ends up offering wisdom and tools that can be used not only this week, but any week of the year, any year of your life.

And we have these two powerful influences. We're finishing the month of Libra, which we've talked about before, is a month where there is an energy of assessment, judgment, calculating, And we're moving this week at the end of this week into the month of Scorpio, which we'll have plenty to say about when it comes. But that combined with this week's energy, really the universe is asking us to take a look at how very powerful we are and how we're using our abilities to make a difference in the world. Not only in the places where we receive the immediate benefit and experience it.

So Eitan, where should we begin?

Kabbalistically, we speak a lot about personal tikkun, personal correction, the lessons in the transformation I came personally to learn, to grow, to elevate, and to become. But as a concept call as well, collective tikkun, collective correction, tikkun olam, which is correction of the old world. And while everything that we're experiencing in our life, teaching us the lessons and the areas that need to improve. But the goal is not just my own transformation, the collective transformation of the entire world. This weekly portion, Portion Noach, speaks about collective tikkun. The Creator comes to Noach and tells him, listen, based on the collective consciousness of the world, There's so much negativity that blocking the light to be revealed. You

can do something about it. Meanwhile, build an ark. And he built an ark for 120 years. And eventually, only Noah and his family and a pair from each animal were saved in that ark. And the ark represents, Kabbalistically, consciousness of unity, consciousness, soul consciousness. But the biggest question the Zohar is asking, what was Noah's main lessons? Why did the Creator warn Noah while before the flood happened?

And the answer was simple. It's because Noah could not Do something about it. He saw clearly the negative consciousness of people. He tried to awaken people. But in some point, he gave up. He didn't believe he can make a difference. He didn't believe with his light, with his connection to the Creator, he could actually influence in the right way.

And the Kabbalist is saying, even though he was righteous relative to the generation, but the reason why the flood called the flood of Noah, because He didn't believe and he didn't do enough energetically to influence the people. It's not about Noah. The Torah is eternal. It's a coded message for every moment in our life. We all have within us that Noah within. The Noah within, the power of us, that believer can make a difference only when people are listening to me directly right away. the part of us that watch the news and say, look what's happening there. Big corporation, politics, countries, corruption, annoying news, AI companies, I cannot make any difference. That's the Noach within us.

The one that feel weak, that I cannot make a difference, the Noach within us is the one, the part within us that we don't trust how powerful our soul is. And that's what this session is about. What does it mean practically to you and me to awaken that belief, that knowing that I can make a difference. I came to this world. The world needs me. The world needs me to affect change. Beside my own personal tikkun, part of my tikkun is through my energy, my effort, my direct helping people and supporting people to transform and indirect, I'm here to influence the collective. So, where do we start, Elisheva, as far as bringing into practical application in life?

Well, I'm listening to you and I'm hearing a few different messages and practical ways to apply those messages, right? You turn on the news today, look at your phone. It's very easy to feel or to perceive that there's so much darkness out there.

There's so much craziness. There's so much chaos.

I'm one person in my own reality, in my own community, whatever. to feel powerless against that. But when you look at what Kabbalah teaches, I think it's actually, it can be very frustrating even, because in a way, the universe makes the people who are fixing the world, fixing the world's problems, solving poverty, helping the underserved, that that's a much more noble place to put your effort and your energy and your time and even your money when the Kabbalists say that the greatest service you can do for humanity is to work on yourself. Now, okay, I'm not such a terrible person. It seems like the world out there is much more terrible than I am.

I think the world needs more help than I do.

No.

No. When you think about it, and this to me always hits me very, very deeply because I have that, I'm sure, previous lifetime in which I definitely committed myself to a crusade of saving the world. And I guess it didn't work out because we're still here. But when you think about the truth that you are the only one who can work on you, You are the only one who can heal you. You're the only one who can transform the darkness in you. Your parents can't do it for you. Your partner can't do it for you.

Your kids, your dog, no one can do it for you. It's the work that only you can do. And when you understand it from that point of view, you realize it's literally my responsibility, my obligation to the world to to work on myself, to change myself, and to know that that is my greatest service to the world. Not only because it's why I'm here on the planet in this lifetime, but because it's the work that only I can do. The work that no one can do but me.

And when you look at my spiritual work as not just benefiting me, not just good for my mental health or my physical health or my peace of mind or peace in my home, It is literally my greatest contribution to humanity becomes a completely different game, right? And that the inverse also becomes true. When I procrastinate, when I put off my internal work, that's the greatest disservice I can do to humanity.

It's not about am.

I recycling or which candidate am I competing? for in this year's elections? No, it becomes, how am I transforming the darkness within me to make the world a brighter place? And those moments when I can say, oh, it's not worth it or it's too hard or it's not that big of a deal is to realize that the impact that that has is much greater because in that moment, I think it's only affecting me. And in that moment, the Kabbalists teach, you have to put aside yourself and recognize that, you know, somebody is making me upset right now.

And I, I don't feel like being, I don't feel like.

Taking the higher road, taking the.

Higher road, not, not out of, you know, self-righteousness, but not reacting, not getting angry, not contributing to the darkness in the situation that is actually the way to heal the situation. Let that person think they're right. Let that person feel vindicated. It doesn't matter. What matters is the peace within me and how that peace contributes to the bigger picture, to peace in the world. I'm sure there's many other practical applications, but for me, that's the compass that I use Personally and also in working with people when you know what the question of what should I be doing? comes up the the question is always turning inward because that's the work that No one but me can.

Do Beautiful so so basically that's the first point that you you are saying Elisheva There's a difference between a person who applies spiritual tools to what we call self-help I want to regular my emotion I want to feel better. I want to remove chaos in my life. I want to experience the light. But there's another dimension. The fact that I know that every thought, every word, every action, every non-action sometimes, or non-reaction, or every giving in mind, in thoughts, in prayer, in actions, in money, in heart, in belief and empowerment actually affecting the collective. There's a big difference between just doing inactions and seeing the influence in what we call 1% level in what my logic

can see versus what's really happening in a quantum level. Think about it. We live in the physical world. And suddenly hurricane. Suddenly terror attack. Suddenly disease. This is not suddenly. There's always things happening in a quantum unseen level. Soul level. Collective consciousness level. Then it trickles down and come into our physical dimension. The Zohar tells us every action below in this world, create the fact above. Above means in the collective, in the energy, in the dimension that all our energies are connected. It does affect change. And then eventually manifests itself back here. Back here. So the mere fact that I'm pausing When I'm reading a book, when I'm using a Zohar, when I'm doing my meditation, when

I'm helping someone, when I'm restricting my ego, I actually need to pause and to attach myself to the bigger picture and the bigger effect. Because knowing, making a connection. That's number one. I am influencing. Each one of us is influencing. According to the Zohar, every human being is a microcosmos. The whole cosmos exists within each one of us.

If there's some chaos in China, there's part of me that represents China. That as I'm elevating me, I'm changing that. We're individual, but we're part of the collective. And that's part of the idea of Kabbalah is about Connect the 1% realm that we see to the unseen dimension, where things really are happening and causing. Our actions igniting angels, our negative acting igniting angels. The Zohar tells us clearly, the flood happened in Noach time, because the positive angels were blocked to channel the light of the Creator. And the negative forces which were created as part of free will were empowered. And then it manifests itself as a force of chaos. It's not God is judging us. God is infinite light that wants to share. It's us that

opening the gates to allow this light in or blocking the gates and igniting the forces of chaos. So you and me are making a difference. You know, so many times I'm hearing people tell me, you know what, this guy, this bad guy really needs to study Kabbalah. Rav Ashlak says something very smart, he says, the one that can make a difference is those who have consciousness. The one who are not consciousness or robotic consciousness, they're not there yet.

They're not in a state of a free will. So knowing and feeling, it's not an ego to feel everything that I do make a huge difference in the world. Ego is entitlement. Everybody should listen to me. You should know I'm changing the world. I need the approval of other people. Knowing in my soul, my action, changing the world.

And our ego playing games with us. Who am I? That's what Noach said to himself. I'm a small guy. I'm a humble guy that's just doing what God wants me. Can I actually change and influence? The ego always operating in a tricky way. When we are full of ourselves, that's the ego with lack of humility. When we're saying, who am I to make a difference? That's the ego that wants me to think that my soul, my true self is small.

I love that you brought that up because to me, a big part of creating this shift that we're talking about is you mentioned 1%, right? The 1% reality is, is the reality we can see that we can perceive with our five senses, but the true reality is 99% of what's there. And I think a big part of, you know, um, Noah sitting on the ark, building it for, it took 120 years, if I'm not mistaken, that he every day, you know, took out the hammer and nails and everybody's walking by him, watching him, and he's busy doing what God asked him.

I think it also invites us to ask the question.

How much of our work, even our spiritual work, how much of our spiritual work is externally focused, who's looking, who's seeing, is it connected to something outside of me, and how much of it is internal? And am I strengthening the internal? The internal is not only when no one's there to see, it's also when people are there to see. And it's an interesting question to ask because especially when we're involved in a spiritual community, especially when we study with a teacher or we have mentors, or maybe we're a mentor and we're influencing others, how much of the effort that we make is based upon who's looking, how many people are listening, is it worth it if only one person is going to read it? And we

talked about it a little bit last week, but I think it's an interesting slant on that conversation, right? A lot of us won't do something if it's not going to make a difference, if we're not going to see results from it. But when when you remember that the spiritual work is internal work that isn't visible, it might result in visible changes and navigating in the world differently, but the spiritual work.

Itself is invisible. It happens within.

And so it becomes tricky in this conversation of how am I influencing others?

Do people see me?

It actually happened to me recently this past week. I was in public and trying to meditate and thinking, maybe I should do this somewhere else. Thinking like, are people looking at me? Are they thinking I'm weird? Are they going to want to join? Like I never did it before. It wasn't in, it was literally outdoors. It wasn't in like a spiritual building or place. And it occurred to me like, this is weird. It's awkward, but I really feel compelled to do it right now. And the need for or the desire I had to not to do what I felt called to do internally without the external influence was very real. And I know, again, not only from my own path, but from speaking to so many people, is that a lot of the motivation is extrinsic.

It does come from who's looking or who's going to hear about it or.

Feeling validation or inclusion even.

Oh, I do that too. Why do you need to tell people you do?

Really asking ourselves those questions. How much of my spiritual work is external? And when you do recognize, oh, I am doing it because I want approval, recognition, inclusion, whatever the external reason might be, doesn't mean stop doing that thing. It means to do it with zero desire for the external benefit, zero external, whatever you identify that it is, and really desire to have that work that you're doing, which is, again, your greatest contribution to what's going on outside of you, to really desire that that is, that comes from a place of true humility.

You know, they say dance like.

Nobody's looking, but to really live your life in that way that you know your motivation is not extrinsic. You're not waiting for something outside of you to happen even. And I think that that's also a big difference with what you said before, the difference between self-help and spiritual work is a lot of the self-help, the motivation to do the self-help work is for some external change. And it's a great time, I think, especially as we're transitioning from Libra to Scorpio, is to check our motivations, is to see where we can shift from the external to the internal, to be more internally focused and trust that that's where the real work is.

I see we're running out of time.

Beautiful. So there's two points I want to stress here. It's like, a tool for all of us. Every day when we wake up in the morning, actually the Zohar tells us that we were chosen this day to transform ourself and to influence the world. To transform ourself to reveal the light of the Creator by transforming ourselves, and to influence the world by bringing light to the world.

And in today's world, especially the word influence, influencers, how many followers? As Elisheva said, when the definition of influencing is bringing more light to others, they acknowledge it, they don't yet acknowledge it, then we'll acknowledge in 20 years, the universe acknowledge it, whatever it is. That's the job of each one of us. Imagine you take responsibility. I woke up in the morning. My true mission today is to transform myself and to bring more light, to influence the world with more light. That's in general. Specifically, Specifically, the Zohar tells us that the highest level of giving that can create the most transformation to the individual, to the giver, to the receiver, the giver, and the whole

world is sharing consciousness. Sharing the wisdom of the soul with one person, Not directly. Directly. With group of people. Not from place of. I need to convince. Or I need to feel better about myself. Simply. That's my job. To reveal light. By my own transformation. And to give light to others. Practically. My interaction with people. My phone calls with people. in my communities, my friends, my companies, strangers.

How can I bring more light? How can I raise more consciousness? How can I share, not proselytize, not preach, bring more light, share more light? Ask this question, the opportunities will come. Introduce them to the wisdom of the soul. Each one of us have this job and the universe cannot do it without us. We're all a piece of the puzzle. How can I transform myself and reveal light in my life? And how can I influence by bringing light to others? Sometimes we are so caught up. I'm not okay. I need to change. I need to change.

I need to change. And we too focus on just transformation and forget about, okay, we got it. But the greatest transformation that I can have personally, how can I bring light to others?

I want to end this week's episode with a meditation from Karen Berg. We haven't done that in a while. And I feel like especially when we're talking about something so abstract and so unquantifiable, right? Of course, if you share consciousness with someone or you help connect them to to spirituality. Afterwards, they can say, thank you. It helped me so much. It made such a difference.

But I.

Think one of the reasons that the Zohar emphasizes that so much is because there's no limit to the amount of light that other person can reveal in the world. There's no limit to the amount of light that the people that they're going to connect to that wisdom, there's no limit to the light that can be revealed. And the meditation from Karen, it touches on the impact of that as well. So Unless you're driving, you can take a moment and close your eyes. This week for your meditations, find a quiet place where you can sit undisturbed. Close your eyes and breathe. Sit quietly and begin to imagine a beautiful, warm light shining above your head. It grows in intensity and it slowly engulfs.

Your entire body. You feel a rush of love and security bathe over you. You feel safe. You feel warm. You feel secure.

It is the hand of the Creator, and it is there to guide and protect you. As it shines from above to you, see it also extend outwardly over your loved ones, friends, family, and coworkers. Take this light and see it travel around your neighborhood, your office, your school, your cities, small and large. Take this beautiful white light and engulf and uncover the entire world. See it protecting every animal and every human on the globe. One by one, every beating heart on earth is immersed in light.
