– Herkunft, Religion oder Einsamkeit: Was radikalisiert Jugendliche?

My name is Sandra Keplinger. Willkommen im Studio der Agenda Austria. Hallo und herzlich willkommen im Studio. Mein heutiger Gast ist Kenan Günger. Hallo, herzlich willkommen.
I name Che Guevara.
Darf ich fragen, wieso die Wahl of Che Guevara fällt?
And we had so viele Partisanen by us in the Bergen. That was a kid and hooked, but it's cool find, wie they were. And design, even when I so Tschekovara sees the Widerstandskämpfer in my region, who given the Kurden gekämpft have.
And what besonders herausgestochen is and medial aufgegriffen wurde, war that 41% der muslimischen Jugendlichen sagen, die Regeln ihrer Religion stehen für sie über den Gesetzen in Österreich. And würden Sie sagen that verstärkt hat, auch seit dem 7. October 2023? Gibt es da einen Zusammenhang?
Ob es denen gäbe. The Nahostkrieg hat schon was verändert, but in other punches, on some things and so on, and the Israelites, and so weltwise. That trip not the Muslims, but it has a gross shift given Israel. They are very problematic and they get very Muslims hine. This is a tectonical Plattenvership.
She had this military verloren, politically has the Krieg gewonnen.
Was war denn für Sie so the gross oder the überraschendste Erkenntnis an der Studie?
Also we have an studio schon an Auftrag des ÖIF, and we wollten sehen, wie das nach sieben, acht Jahren aussieht.
And what is in the tight, when we have her, and when we have religion, we have seen that the users of Muslims have higher problematics, what they have, what democracy, what to say, Islam for this is.
We have 17 verschiedene factors, who a role spielen. And what they said is there are many, it is also multicausal, it is not one aspect. This is the wichtigstein, that was so stark as all the other factors. And the wicked, and this has no more, was the role of internet. While we have when jugenders religious are, um, that's Muslim and a higher religiosity are factors that a role spawn.
But the striker is when they in the internet with their religion, that means that that the greatest radicalisation is. There are Kriegsverbrechen, die there passed. So it is that Israelverteidrecht has very much the verhness, that is documented. So that was a lot of people.
Genau. Was mir auch aufgefallen ist eben, 43% der Jugendlichen sagen, dass sie da eher dem Westen the schuld an problemen in der Islamischen gemacht. Müssen wir uns da als Österreicher Sorgen machen, dass there so eine starke Tendence in Wien is, dass man den Feind here for Ort sieht?
That spielt auch eine Rolle. It's a verstärker effect, also a generalisier Westfeindlichkeit. Interessanterweise gibt es dazu unterschiedliche Acteursgruppen that. The one comes from the Muslim Ländern selber, in the sense of this is the Christentum, this is the Western, they won't even was both. Interessant is that they are in universities by us, so from the postcolonial students, we have the airbinder in colonialism, and it is the West.
The Western has all, that must say, and all of our goods get. And the dummy is, when we reduce, there is a link critic on capitalism and the Western. And where these postcolonial, anti-Western the most, that's the dictator that we have. But they said the Western does not say, but they in their logic that Erdogan and Putin love postcolonial answers, but it's it very helpful to go.
I think that we have a little bit more about the religious verein and the influence saying, Spill these religious vereines by the jugend a gross role? Or read we are about elder generations? In your kirch, in the moschees, is relatively.
There is a geface for the staff and for the democratic. That was the democratic that we done, but for the ordinary. It's Islamistic bewegers, the Salafists must have been able to Islamistic Network that are, the Generation Islam, and so on. They must all. Muslims are a mind in a land. Plus, the Islamists are a mind in the Muslims self.
But they can in them very, very, very short. We have the jihadists and they can.
For all when you have the djihadist and salafist scene showed, where in Deutschland so many four, or yet in France, where not relatively unclear is what group there are.
When the people who Islam, authoritarian structures in the North Ocean, then we here Salafisten or Dihadist, or all that wear. That can never say we have a problem.
But I have the problem that when we, ich werfe es nicht, the normal Durch Bevölkering for, but when the political and in the media problem gleich Muslims gestelled, or and we need this, but we must have an interesting, all the democratic, pro-democratic craft, men, Muslims, we have the slight sort.
And we can have a few Muslims who gave this Islamism, but they actually have the sorrow, they had a problem. But they mean we don't all that. And what is this that used more and more as a Muslim background have been? The drama, and it has a bit more stigmatized. And I think that a precision helps this to make it, that it's not contraproductive.
What we have is that we have herausford, which must spread. I'm very good. And I think when we have a Islamism, we have a problem with a ultrareak Islamverstand. This is a problem. And with the two of 2015-2016 had the people who in authoritarian come, who are dead religious and more plurality have the until the world.
And these people do the drug. Darauf möchte ich hinein. We must know with welche groups we dort a problem, with welche nicht, anders sind unsere Partner. Wenn uns das besser gelingt, that is not schwering.
But whether it's not the job of the Islamischen Glaubensgemeinschaft, here stärker and lauter aufzutreten gegen den Islamismus.
But I think that the Islamische Glaubensgemeinschaft, and this is my ground critique, does it so as they for the Muslims in Österreich sprechen? That does nature not. So the SPÖ, FPÖ, ÖVP, not for the Österreicher spread. Sondern a bestimmte, either the organisier and strike conservative Muslims. All the moderate, secular Muslims.
They are not organisier, this is another one. When they not organise in the Kirchhoff. And the coordinator, Emid Rudal, and the vernfutter. He says eight, but I think that they have too long, too, too. What they say. That's the one. This is all worth it. But waster is for me to say when you do it. And we have the EGGO that extremism.
And I think that a great problem with extremism have. In the sense of this won't we not, but they have extremist ströhms in the EGGE. And I think when many, that's not glaubwork, is management. That's the problem.
But when I think and on his not all so long, interview, I don't know if you have seen, where he over the coffee spread, and what he's in the way that it so worked, and Armin Wolf interviewed him so hard. That he a bit into the Rechtsstaat, this is the way that the world is a very good idea. I mean, that comes not good by the Österreicher.
And I think it's not sure to say that we need to risk it, but we say we see often these gemessed Muslims in there, so they have even, while they have not organised, we seen them so, beziehungsweise we seen them as an integrated teil that niemand as a problem wahrnimmt. What will you hide?
That is a enger, kleiner Bereich.
Man can say we have a problem in the ausführung. Meistens is a problem in the Umsetzung. And when we're vernünftig evaluiert and anschaut and says, for this hintergrund sehen we, that it's a handlungsbedarf, then we're spreading. I've been vulgar sozus offensicht, weil ich diesen Extremisten keinen Millimeter Raum geben möchte.
Das ist das eine. I think that political Islam are not the rich. In the wisdom, it has a easy one that's. I have the word political Islam as a problem, but we in the world discute. So in the wrong can this do. But when in the open spreadsheet, has the feeling that the Islam, when it's political, is a problem.
And what I say is that every religion has a political side. When the Muslims organisation are for a secular, plurality-facing Islam stay, they were political. This can not the problem that they political, sondern what for a political geisthalting they are. And that's very bad to say that we read from a democratic and a gleichheitsfeindlicher Islamism.
That is the problem. And then we showed when it's a bedarve, and I see here and dort schon any bedarve, then that's all.
When we have the demographic answers, is me by my last beside that we were in a woolhaven on the world, where man, ich schätze mal, Arabisch-Stimmung Muslims have. We read here from sehr wohlhabend. And what is that here in the world normal is that when a restaurant went, the burger house to ask, and so on, was the western for me so.
We were done, and it was relatively clear that we were oh no, and so not really. We have wished that we are falsch, all the other have we seen here falsch, and it was okay that we don't. They have no need to build, they are either woolhabended. So what you tendency what buildings belonged and what socio-economic.
The wichtigste were, with motiven, a Kopftuch dragon. It's so tolled that Kopftuch dragon, and a weltoffene Sicht.
Ja, sehr geschminkt, sehr tight angezogen, dann Kopfdruck. There are vibration. But this is with the schleier, the unsichtbars of the sound of the Körper, the Reizer of Manner. And that is interesting when they with kind of so tall men, they say, Yeah, but I'm going to try. And when you frame why, then they sound like from your elderly gesehen have been, B, from Freundin's, or they say, This is my art, my religion to live.
And I think it's wirklich by kind of misogyny, when they have damage social and so a problematic empfinden and it is the agenda allerdconservativeness, islamists.
They wanna die. And by kids, they have this good, the free, but then they're not and it will for you like a twitter, which is not. And I think that the school, with religion, a room there, where they don't. At a moment, when they are, then it's their entry. I am a friend of Kopftuchers, but I think that we in a plurality-fake living, that people are, then it's their own.
The problem has good described, but fancy politics, another effect to verse. Have you this feel that feel of failed integration political upgewälts?
That stimulation, while we either, and that came out in our study, we must tell that the school is one of the witchest, or the central, institutional socializations instance for kind of kindergarten and school, even after 10 years, 11 years in the school. This is a wesent teiler. And there are many gestaltungsmöglichkeiten, but in widers between stuff vermittled.
So it is so much as socialization. And that is then good, how good this function is. There we have it. And we mentioned that the familiar role, the forstanding, if you have a moderate or a very religious house, and what they give. And the kids often in a sandwich situation between what they learn, social media, and then what they in the world.
And we do these people a little bit light. So we must in the democratic and ethical bowl. So we need the ball not in the other.
Democrat and ethics are on paper grossar. But when the peer groups and the electrons not cooperate, it's easier. And there is a learner vollkommen machtless. There is the frame: wanna ask by the elderly helfen as letters political? When we were going to be able to be gekürzt werden. What should they do?
And danach an Arabisch sprechende Teil in den Schulen, nach dem Paar Schulen and so weiter. And the eltern sind die Sprache nicht mächtig, they can die not. And daddy erhöht. And so often is the problem, lassen wir mal Gewalt beiseite.
Wenn Schuldefizite da sind, wenn man mit den Eltern sprechen will, dass sie sagen, we arreichen, also when they're also given a verfremd between the lehrerschaft and the elder, that we have. That space a very central role. And the other is the type of which the electors understood, in the sense of saying, Yeah, my son, they have no teil.
They go to give them one, two, three or five, in the sense of this morning rich, but there felt some time. And so often is it not, the kids say that they have video, sondern they live. And when they learn that normal is, and that is in many times the world, then copieren this and that spielt by them a role.
What we need to do is that we have real. That's the thing. This is the facet of a great aspect. And I told me what we should do, that we have building political and demographic, a very great effect, how we can build in these families and the kids not. Gegenware is that kind of people who build, also who have who are interested, wie the school function, help their kids, organise, with prüfungen and so on, Hausaufgaben, controllieren.
All people who diese Bildungsvoraussetzungen nicht have, sprachlich nicht, von der Bildung her nicht, können das nicht. We have an unglaublich stark of the fact that the building in the school must be with the world, where the kids have their deficit, their house, so that they only the lessons have other kids.
There are so many resources in the middle school, in the school, this is a building-economic. The school can in the elder house. I mean, the deutsch was another game. So I told me a bit here the school as a feelings to see. What wünschen Sie sich for these families?
I ken my family in which Vater and Mutterge hard arbeiten. Das sind Geflüchtete, die unglaublich hard arbeiten, and they have three Töchter, wo sie sagen, we möchten unsere Kinder besser haben than we. And they tuned.
We have leider a very started in Wien, Schulstandor, in which they have these buildings belasteten, so Familien. And that can the early Schulstandor nicht mehr haben, weil the Peergroup Effect a role spielen, and so we are Wien, and that we can see a bundle. That was for the kids good, they in the school.
We have that all the Bundesliga so star to arbeite ring. It would also do it. And when they do it on a order, and this could not really be good.
What was a pull factor?
I'm saying I'm for a residence of people who are and not in this land, for the early five years.
So it's for a vertebrae.
I've been for a vertebraling schlüssel, and that we have falsch gemacht. This is a side in the line that programs we have arbeite. When you have and then say, 'We can't, then it's not really clear.' That's from here communication. We merely that the Deutsch and the contact with Österreich is very easy when they in a class are in which they missed.
And we said the people. Even what they do. And that's what the good is that it's entered on. That's a political enterprise, that are key. Hätten wir gestalten. And that must say, that's our feeling.
What seen you then so generally? What were then so your biggest anlie, when you these students betrayed, what we can politically beinflusion? What would you make?
That is wrong, but kind of come from here and mite and a gear have we seen it ticket. So we can have more rumors in the school, so we have soldiers. We have the European Digital Act. We must have the European areas, and that we in different areas, so you know, this radicalisation, these algorithms, and algorithm.
I think that we can, but we de facto free house, what the internet happens. That is so we have that kind of time for these hands. This is a such thing. This is the psychological problems, the social problems that are. We can so they have pause for the school, but they nicht ausgeschlafen sind.
Es gibt structurelle Gründe, die eine Rolle spielen, but it's a personal event. And that's gestär werden.
You have in the Arbeit gegen Segregation in Wohnviertel. Wie genau würden Sie sich das vorstellen?
Innerhalb von Wien ist das schwierig. It is so that in Wien the Hälfte der Bevölkerung a migrationsbackground hat.
Also Wien wächst, but it wächst too schnell. It has Wachstum Schmerzen. And I think when by all the critics that many can, when many, what this stuff is, the Jugendarbe, I can see in the state of Wien.
Also, the stuff not a light. And I think we have a better way, the office is and it's where it better function. I knew many people who in Kenton were or in Vorarlberg. And when the Kirtak in Villach is, they go to the Kirtag, but they good find. And I'm off and so on. And that was a teil. And when we here have other qualities, but this local binding is a very color.
And that's what I think integration function meant when we spread, when it's in the natural socialization process. But when we all de facto in one order finds, then it's not we kept. We have herausford, but it's a very safe point. But there are these problems and that has a self-verstärker effect. And I think this is between the Bund and Bundesländer, I think it had another for this land.
And I think that's so weird for him, and many political groups permanently, they not really integrationspolitic zelf.at.
Bis dahin, bleibt uns gewogen.
