Hey, Fanaritos. Today we're opening up the Fanaritos mailbag and you absolutely lit up our inbox like dynamite after my BTS experience. Yes. You officially welcomed me into ARMY and honestly.

I'm honored.

So you also sent us some really fun questions and comments. So let's get into it.

People were so excited over your Army induction.

Oh my gosh. Some fan account or something must have reposted that clip from our Instagram because I checked it and the next morning I woke up and it had tripled the number of comments.

Oh, really? The Army's found? Not the, but Army has found us? Oh boy.

Army showed up.

The only time I'll ever be excited that Army has found me.

And so our first comment is from Katie Summer, who is also my friend who I went to the concert with.

I was like, wait a minute, Katie?

Katie made the rundown.

Love it.

Katie says, I took zero photos of the concert itself and at least five of AB in her binoculars. But she's army now. Once you gym in, you don't gym out. Which is kind of true. Jimin and his nipple, you know?

Oh my God, dog. What was that? Sorry, my dog just made a very strange, like, nope. Okay, bye. She like stood up and sneezed, but really aggressively out of nowhere. Who's her bias? Is it Jimin?

Maybe she got excited about Jimin's nipple.

Yeah. Jimin's nipple, yeah. Next, New England lady.

Also has a comment about BTS. She says, I wanted to see them up close, but I don't own binoculars. So I borrowed a pair from my local library and I looked through them for the whole show.

OK, here's random factoid.

Do you know the things that you can rent and check out at your local library?

I didn't know. We must talk about this. The LA Public Library has what's called a library. of things you can.

Check out power tools you can get you can pick up a US citizenship kit at the library nature exploration gear yeah nature exploration bags include scientist tools like a magnifying glass and specimen jars and a field guide of tips and tricks to help you discover animals and plants Available at five county library branches and can be checked out for up to three weeks.

No way.

There are tools, museum admission, pass to state parks, a virtual reality headset.

What?

Oh my gosh.

You can rent instruments at the library.

Are you kidding me? Yeah. Wow.

When I tell you libraries are so much more than just books.

It's incredible.

And Bea's Girl Scout troop leader is one of the head librarians at the Central Library here in downtown LA.

So they do a lot of cool library stuff there.

But I have a friend through Ms. Cowell who also got her degree in library sciences. And let me tell you, it is so much more than like just going and checking out a book.

If you need anything, go ask a librarian.

Really?

Chances are, I'm not even kidding you, the job of a librarian is to be like a human reference machine. And so they will know or be able to figure out just about.

Anything to help you out. Oh my gosh, that's so cool. So everybody use your local libraries.

They're incredible tools for the community and people don't use them enough.

And also they smell really good because they smell like books. Okay.

What a great PSA. I've learned things today that I didn't know you could borrow or rent from the library.

Yep. This is amazing.

That's fantastic. I'm ready to go rent some things.

I'm telling you, literally, go to your library and be like, what are you... And you can ask, and chances are they're going to have... They have electronics equipment, you know, VHS dubbing machine.

Like, yeah. That's amazing. You need it, you can get it, and chances are you don't have to buy it.

Ah, okay. And for those of you that don't know, if you have a library card, you can hook it up to the Libby app. And then you can borrow books from the library and it will download on your Kindle. Yeah. And then it automatically takes it away after two weeks or three weeks or whatever it is. It's like the greatest invention ever.

You can also get audio. You can check out audio books at the library. Yeah. Anyway, this was our library PSA.

But as a couple of book nerds and writer, you know, AB and all of that.

Please.

Please. Use your local libraries.

Your librarians need love and support and something to do.

But just please be quiet. Shh.

Yes. No loud talking.

Yeah.

The BTS love continues with Cambria with four I's. Finding out Andrea is one of us has just made my entire year.

You have been. Truly welcomed with open arms.

I feel so welcomed.

Open armies, if you will. Open armies.

Yes.

You've been welcomed with open armies.

The fandom is just so welcoming.

I love it.

And so eager to just teach me about.

I know nothing about all this, but I love the love for real.

I love like.

The supportiveness that I hear and the encouragement and the excitement to like share something with people, the community.

That's amazing. I love it. So yeah.

And all of the Jimin memes that they were putting in the comments. It was just so many Jimin memes. Oh, it was. I just, it brings me endless delight.

I love it. Amazing.

And then Tracy Lee 27 says, I don't know why I'm surprised because this makes so much sense. The NKOTB pipeline is real and scientific.

Which is true. I would say yes, absolutely.

The boy band fandom, it just never really leaves you.

It's just in my DNA.

No, if you are a boy band girl, you are.

Always going to be a boy.

Like that's going to be, you're going to love that, like the choreography, the pop.

All of it. That's your jam.

Nothing better than a group of men doing choreography all together, all synced up and singing like this. It just hits all of my dopamine receptors. It's fantastic.

I love it. I love it too.

Well, moving right along beyond this BTS fandom, which is fabulous. We have Queen B101492 who wanted to comment on your background. She loves your new background, which is very.

Thank you. My lovely redo from HGTV.

You know, we did obviously the HGTV Totally 90s House, which is.

Airing right now on HGTV.

But.

They also did a YouTube show with all of, uh, or most of the cast from the show where they went to our houses and did like a fun little small, you know, redo, freshen up thing.

And so, yeah, I, uh, I painted this, I've got the chairs and I love it. I love this office.

Yeah.

Great.

Did you get to pick the space? You said, I want them to do my office or did they have?

Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah.

I mean, it was really the only space that kind of made sense.

Yeah.

Um, But it was the one space that I really wanted to redo. When I got home from doing the HGTV show, I was like, oh, there's stuff I wanted to do in here.

And then like a couple of weeks later, they were like, hey, we're looking for like a space in your room. I was like, oh, I got it. I've got it.

So, yeah.

So thank you, Queen B. I appreciate it.

Yeah, no, it looks fantastic. It looks more elevated. It's grown up.

I approve. Very good.

It's a nice refresh.

Thank you.

Then we have an Everywhere You Look from Oscar Nieman. He says, I just watched today's new episode and I found an everywhere you look in the part where Nikki and Alex hug and say brother. You can see a shot of Michelle's bike, which is a callback to the episode where Michelle learns how to ride her.

Bike, I'm assuming.

Yeah. Is that what that means?

I don't know. So he saw, oh, I think what he's saying.

Is that the bike's supposed to be missing, but it's in the background of them talking.

Oh, okay.

Oh, yeah, the Mrs. Carruthers episode.

Yes, yes, yes.

Not the one where she learns how to ride a bike. It's where the bike is stolen.

Right, when the bike is stolen that we just had, and we wind up with four bikes or three, whatever, instead of just Michelle's. I think that's what it is, is that we're all a Twitter over the bicycle, and the bicycle is actually in the background of the shot.

Ah, well, there you go. OK, this is that's an everywhere you look. The bicycles were literally everywhere.

Everywhere.

Once they were stolen. Fantastic. Thank you, Oscar.

Yes.

For that everywhere you look. Next, we have Andrea Nelson.

Which would have been a much shorter episode, though, if we just went, well, look behind you. Right.

You know what I mean? Like that kind of would have been anticlimactic.

Yeah.

Like, oh, no, Michelle's bicycle. Just look right there.

Oh, OK.

Never mind. Yeah.

And then that episode would have ended after 12 minutes instead.

Of 22 minutes. Oscar is like, I saw it. It's right there, you guys.

It is literally six feet behind the kids.

Yeah.

Meanwhile, the Tanners are out stealing bikes all over San.

Francisco, you know, as they do, as they do. do. As they are want to do. As they are want to do.

Okay.

Oh, boy.

Andrea Nelson has a comment. She's a great name, first of all. Also a comment.

She says, I.

Recently finished reading Tuesdays at the Castle by Jessica Day George. The book is about a castle, which is really its own character. What? It is? Yeah, I know.

I would have never guessed. Plot twist.

The castle changes to meet the needs of the royal family to protect the kingdom. And this made me think of the shape-shifting full house, house, and backyard. My theory is that the house is always changing to fit the needs of the family and the script for the week. When the Tanners need to park a car in the backyard, the house makes room for the car. When they need another room, the house just turns the garage into a bedroom recording studio and they add it to an apartment.

This totally makes sense.

This makes more sense than any actual... Explanation would. And I like it's the house.

The house is a character. It is a capital T, capital H. Yeah, that's its name. That's its credit. The house.

Yeah.

So, yeah, I like this.

I'm I'm all for the shape shifting the house. Just it's it's a it's like it knows what it needs to be.

Yeah, it's like a fortune teller and a life coach. It just, it knows what you need and it changes to accommodate whatever it is that you need in life. I like this. I have a much better feeling about the full house house now when it's shape-shifting.

Yeah, I do too.

Andrea Nelson, I like this. I like that you made this connection and I'm going to go with it. It does make sense.

It's the only.

Thing that does make sense.

Yeah, and now Jessica Day George needs to write the sequel to Tuesdays at the Castle and it's, Wednesdays at the Tanner house.

So yeah. We look forward to that.

To that edition coming out.

Yeah. And I want credit Jessica, uh, day George, please. I came up with the idea. Okay.

Uh, next Bailey and Holly E, uh, our name. Oh, they say Holly is just Holly. Okay.

I think so.

Uh, it's Holly with an E on the end. Well, they tell us, uh, our names are Bailey and Holly. We're from Lexington, uh, Kentucky, uh, We're best friends.

Okay, got it.

They're best friends, besties. They grew up watching Full House together. We absolutely love How Rude Tanneritos. We're in our 20s now, and we listen to your podcast every week. The episode recaps bring back so much nostalgia and joy for us. Back in elementary school, we used to trade Full House DVDs during lunch. We asked for them as birthday and Christmas gifts until we had all eight seasons between us.

We always wanted the Full House box set But instead, we ended up with four seasons each that we swapped back and forth for years. It was and still is our favorite show.

Oh, Bailey and Holly. Hello. Bye, Ellie. No, I'm sorry. I'm kidding. Bailey and Holly. Thank you. That is so sweet. And I love it.

And I can just picture Bailey and Holly like bopping around in Lexington, Kentucky.

Yeah. This is like they had joint custody of the full house. Yeah. Yeah.

They were like, yeah, it went back and forth. Right. Christmas was with one. And then, yeah. And then Easter was with the other.

That's just so dang wholesome.

I love it.

And they're still watching the show today.

And listening to our podcast. And listening to us.

Yeah, that's fantastic.

Thank you.

Shout out to Bailey and Holly. That just made my whole day. I love this. Thank you.

And, you know, I got to say.

Probably swapping those four seasons was maybe a little bit less, uh, cumbersome than that giant, than that house that the box set came in.

Oh yeah.

Yeah. That's true.

It's a large thing.

You can't really hide the house in your backpack. You just can slip a little DVD.

Into your backpack.

Totally. Um, next we have Jamie Warren, uh, who wrote a very lovely long note. We had to cut it down, unfortunately, but, um, She says so many lovely things about the show. And so she says this, I have worked at a senior living community for 17 years. In fact, I listened to the podcast at night when I am one of the last ones there. I love what I do. This is the longest I've ever stayed at a job and will continue to do this very physically demanding job for however long my body allows me to. I love that Full House wasn't afraid to tackle these subjects that affect people's lives.

And she's referring to The Volunteer, season five, episode seven, where DJ befriends an elderly gentleman when she volunteers at the nursing home.

Oh, thank you.

Jamie, that's so great.

Jamie?

Yeah.

And also kudos to you for working with seniors. You know, it's a population that often gets overlooked. And I'm sure for you to be able to be there for 17 years, you've been a wonderful, steady presence in those rooms.

So, yeah.

Thank you, Jamie. Kudos to you. We appreciate you.

That's a very lovely comment. And yeah, you just never know what episodes are going to mean something and really touch people in a way that affects their choices later in life. So I think that's so great.

Oh, that's wonderful.

And she said she loves our pre-show chatter.

Wow. Thank you, Jamie. Thank you for loving the pre-show, Poppycock.

We appreciate it. We're always surprised that people listen to it and love it, too.

Yeah. Okay. We have a pronunciation on this last one.

We have a pronunciation. We have Carrie Dolcemascolo.

Dolcemascolo. Yes, that's right.

This is a name I recognize. Carrie is a longtime fan of ours. She is always appearing in comments in various places.

She's fantastic.

She's in Southern California here. And she just has one simple question for us. What do you appreciate most in your life? Aww. It's a, it's a, it's a big question.

You know what? I'm going to go health.

Oh, that's a good one.

I'm going to go health. I am incredibly fortunate. I am healthy.

My body works well.

Um, uh, you know, I, other than the falling down part, but that's entirely different. Um, but no, I, I, and I feel like when your health is not good, everything else, uh, is, you know, just doesn't.

Everything else is affected.

Yeah, I know.

If you don't have your health, then yeah, then you're out of luck. But no, that's a that's a great one.

I like that one.

I kind of want to steal that one. But I'm going to say what I appreciate most in my life is just time with my family, whether it's with my dad or or Michael or my kids, you know, I just, you know, you never, you can't take time for granted because I'm 50 now. So I'm over the halfway mark maybe. And so, yeah, I just try to spend as much time as I can with the people that I love and never take it for granted.

Yeah, absolutely.

And I will say, I appreciate that my parents are in relatively good health too. Like that's a big one. So, but yeah, I just think, you know, if your body's still working and you're doing it, What.

More do you need? What more do you need, honestly?

A million dollars wouldn't be bad. You know?

True.

A fluffy dog. I could use that.

I have that. You have that.

I know.

I have my fluffy dog. That's another thing I appreciate most in my life. My dog fluff.

Dogs. Yeah.

Yes.

I appreciate my little My little chonk.

Your little. My little.

She's so good.

Well, I appreciate you, ABE and Fanneritos. We appreciate you.

Thank you so much for listening today to our fun little mini-sode. Make sure you follow us on Instagram at HowRudePodcast or you can send us emails at HowRudeTanneritos at gmail.com. As you can see, we do read them. We love them.

They mean a lot to us. So please keep the messages and comments coming. We love it. And we will see you next time, everybody. And remember, the world is small.

But the house is full of whatever the Tanners need it to be.

I love that.

That's what it's full of. Whatever they need.

Whatever we need, the house will accommodate.

Whatever we need, the house will provide. Yeah.

So true.

It could either be a horror film or a full house. So, yeah.

All right, you guys. We'll see you next time.

Bye.

Bye.
