So I did an interview. I can't even talk. I did an interview, excuse me, with Peter Thomas recently.

Check it on my YouTube channel if you haven't seen it. And there's a clip that has gone viral because Peter Thomas says, that he did ask Cynthia Bailey to buy his townhouses, I'm sorry, his townhouse, before serving time for his IRS troubles, but claims Cynthia backed out at the last minute.

Peter says, I lost my house.

And Claudia.

I watched the whole interview, the clips, sent them to my friend.

I was going to say, I think Claudia actually left a comment on the pills, but let's.

Claudia is so messy. She's actually supposed to forgive herself. Okay, so let's look at this clip together. Oh, yeah. And then we will take it from there.

You know, I wanted to secure it because I'm going away. And I said, if I go away for a year, at least a year, 14, 15 months, I want to.

Come back to my home.

All right. So I needed to make a payment. Okay.

To just pay it off. Okay.

So I said, Cynthia, you know, I need you to write this check. A matter of fact, Cynthia, I need you to buy this.

Townhouse from me.

All right.

Under your company name.

Okay.

I'm gone.

Okay.

Could rent it out, Airbnb.

It, whatever.

Because I have $ 350, 000 in equity into this place.

Okay?

I don't want to lose that money. Okay? All right? And if you can't Airbnb it or for whatever reason, you could sell it. It's under your company name.

Okay?

But at least I know there's a chance of me having my home when I get back out. And we met at a restaurant in Duluth. And she agreed, and I talked to my banker, which I introduced her to, which is now her banker, okay? And I involved my friend, Sunita Brooks, in it because she was talking to Cynthia more than I was talking to her. I wasn't trying to talk to Cynthia every day. So I had Sunita in the mix talking to her to make sure it would go down. And like 10 days before the process folded, I called Cynthia. or on the ninth day and said, hey, look, I've been texting you for you to engage with people that we could do the purchase. And I don't know what happened within her saying yes in that 10 days,

but I sent her a text and her reply was, I feel like I'm being pressured. I feel like I'm being bullied.

Okay.

And I'm like, what? First of all, we had a great lunch, okay?

I thought everything was good.

I'm the guy who left the wedding not taken.

Who would like to go first?

No, you fucking lying. No, you had a great lunch. You had a great lunch and you tried to pressure Cynthia First of all, the way he even talked about this, and Peter, we love you. We want you to win. We really do. I know you're going to get mad and go talk to my fucking ops and whatever, and we ain't shit. I don't care. Cynthia, anyone you tell me to put on the spot by someone you were in love with or you love, it's hard to say no to them in their face. So you might just say it in their nerve, okay, and then go home and think about it or talk about it with your new boyfriend or husband.

Or husband.

Right? You go back and you talk to your... Girl, what you mean... Why don't you have your new girlfriend help you? Or you could have sold it. Because I do understand having $ 350, 000 in equity. You don't want to lose that. But sell it. You rent it. Or you have your girlfriend that you're currently with. Cynthia has y'all been divorced. She got married to someone else, divorced, and is in another relationship. And you're saying it's her fault that you lost your condo because you're going to jail for your actions. It's Cynthia's fault. I know you're fucking lying.

No.

That is not. And I can't believe. He put that on Cynthia. And I'm glad, Carlos, you pushed back in that interview on it because you should have. And Peter, I know you want to get credit for doing the right thing. Like, well, I didn't take half our money in the divorce like I could have. She also didn't have to give you this much money for when you was on the show. Because the show doesn't pay y'all.

And Cynthia, she was very fair from what I know or what I've heard.

No, she's been hoping about it. She's been hoping about it, so we can say it.

All right, wasn't it like $ 300, 000 he got?

I don't know.

So he got the equity from the goddamn house.

Per season.

Per season. Blaming Cynthia is crazy work. You have to take accountability for your actions, Peter. You were wrong for even putting her on the spot like that, to pressure her to even have to tell you yes or no like that, and then be like, of course she was uncomfortable. That wasn't cute. She never slams him. She never drags him.

It's always, she's getting talked about.

No.

Be mad.

I don't care.

Mandy?

To me, it's the audacity for me. And it's peak narcissism that's showing here. You were about to lose your home because you were going to jail. There's the period. So to bring in your ex-wife not wanting to get you out of a bind... It's just like, sir, what are we talking about? What's also crazy, and Claudia, I wanted to even pinpoint that. When he was up in Charlotte with the new restaurant and there were all these even rumors about him sleeping with the alleged employees, even Cynthia never came out, like Claudia said, and bashed him for the demise of their marriage. So for him to even be like, we just did the podcast.

We had lunch.

For him to still have not gotten that backlash from her, for him to sit up in front of you and even make it seem like it was her fault is just like, oh, babe.

And he said in the interview, I don't want to talk to Cynthia every day. Oh, you don't want to talk to me every day, but you want my money.

But you wanted my money to get you out of a bind.

That was crazy to me.

Okay, so here's the thing. Number one, Cynthia don't owe Peter shit. Full stop right there. Peter is Cynthia's ex-husband twice removed. Okay, and so she's not even thinking about this. Second of all, it is very audacious. It is very hardy and arrogant to assume that she is obligated to make a real estate purchase to offer you security upon your release. And when you list out the options that she had, you can rent it out, you can Airbnb, you can even sell it. I don't care, I just need you to buy it. You could have done all those same things as well. The same way you told that girl, where the interview location was and to ride with you and sit on your lap and do an interview and talk to Carlos, you could have had her

young ass managing that. She's young and able. She seems, you know, has a sharp mind. So she should have been able to run them spreadsheets and have a schedule and run your property, your manager businesses. That's not Cynthia's, or excuse me, Cynthia. It's not Cynthia's responsibility. You know what I'm saying? It's not Cynthia's responsibility to do anything for Peter Thomas or When I met Peter and was around Peter, Peter was a great time, good energy, and he was doting and loving towards Cynthia. But post-divorce, Peter has shown himself to consistently overshare about their financial business.

We didn't know Cynthia was giving him a percentage of her salary for all of those years until he shared that. We didn't know anything about the lawsuit or whatever the fuck. Peter introduced all that information that Cynthia has now had to say, hey, guys... I love him.

We're fine.

It's okay.

He's always speaking negatively about her in the press and in a roundabout way. He won't say she ain't shit, but he'll try to paint her with a brush to appear as that way. And it's not fair. Peter needs to stop. He needs to let go of his connection to Cynthia. She's let go of hers to him. That is simply who he used to be married with. He says he has, and bringing up investors and all this shit, when y'all were talking about the restitution that he owed, where are all those investors to buy that property then?

Why didn't you ask one of them motherfuckers instead of hitching your wagon to Cynthia only to get out of jail and then talk about her like a dog that's not fair and I don't like that Cynthia don't bother nobody okay and she mind her motherfucking business and you ought to be glad that she even sat down with your ass and had lunch and even discussed making a real estate purchase like that I don't like her being painted as this bad person with bad intentions when she was willing to even sit down with his ass in the first place.

He said he could make $ 2 million back in the year, didn't he? 2.5.

Stop oversharing about financial matters that involve Cynthia.

And on top of that, to piggyback off of what my friend just eloquently just said, When they broke up, when they were in a bad place, when she was like her and Nene were not in a good place, went right over there with the ops at the time. It was buddy, buddy. And I do not think that was cute at all. So when we're in a bad place, and they're in a good place now, Nene and Cynthia, but there was a time when they were not in a good place, and he was gladly posting little shady little videos and stuff. He was doing that. I remember that.

I like that.

That wasn't cute at all. So don't pick and choose when there's supposed to be some kind of loyalty and code amongst us if you're not always playing by those rules. You don't get to, and then I'm a bad person when I push back. No, she's standing her ground and putting up boundaries.

And I love Cynthia, and I'm always going to be on her side. I don't give a fuck what happens.

So let's just be clear.

So the thing is, the reason why I wanted to bring it up to him is because right before he turned, not turned himself in, right before he went to prison, excuse me, he did make that comment.

And I just remember being.

Like, I just saw you guys have a on-camera conversation where she was a guest on your podcast. And listen, we all know Cynthia. I'm not sure you ever met her. Cynthia is one of the sweetest women I've ever met. She really has a sweet soul. And because I know that Peter listens to me sometimes, I wanted him to know and the world to know that I didn't like it and that Cynthia, and I said this to him, she did not deserve it. That's one woman that I'm like, even on the show, and I remember when I came back season eight, and Atlanta Housewives.

And this is when they were going through the divorce.

And I will never forget when I came back, she took me aside and she said, if you expect me to bash Peter, I'm never doing it. Like she literally took me aside and said, you're back on the show. I'm telling your black ass, because that's awesome to talk to, I love her.

She said, I'm never doing it.

And I said, I don't want you to do anything you don't want to do. But what I do think the audience needs to know, because we saw you get married, What led you to this? And her response to her sister Mallory in the kitchen, she broke down in tears. And it was the first time that season where she gave the answer in terms of why she did it.

But even in her response during tears, she gave him grace. And in the interview, I said to him, like, my hope is that after this interview, you just don't talk about her no more. Don't bash her. I don't care to know anything that I don't know.

Look, I'm nosy. I ain't that nosy.

And I just don't think, listen, of all people on that show, I would go on record saying Cynthia is the number one person who doesn't deserve any one shade.

I agree.

That's one person that.

In real life, she has never bashed her co-stars, the network, or Peter. Nope.

That's not even her style.

And he likes to say about how he helped us so much with her Atlanta Housewives experience. Okay, you can make an argument for that. But let's not act like she didn't elevate his profile as well. I mean, his name on Instagram is Peter Thomas, R-H-O-A. You know what I'm saying? I mean, that's.

Funny.

I'm saying, it was mutually beneficial to both of them.

For sure it was.

We love you, Cynthia.

We lift you up.

We love you, Cynthia. Always.

I talked to her the other day.

She chilling. I texted her after that interview. I had my little comment. I said, girl.

I love her so much.

Cynthia is genuinely a nice person. Like, for real, for real.

She don't deserve that shit.
