Reality with the King is hosted by me, Carlos King. I'm an executive producer who have produced some of your favorite shows from the Real Housewives of Atlanta, New Jersey, and my own creation, the Love and Marriage franchise and Bell Collective. Every episode, we recap reality television from the Real Housewives franchise to The Bachelor or Selling Sunset. in addition to celebrity guests, whether in the unscripted space or scripted as well. The foursome that you guys love and will never kick out in the morning is back. And the first thing first, Love and Marriage Huntsville. All right, so it continued with the Fletchers, Arianne, excuse me, and Martel, where they are talking about the fact that Arianne met
with the ladies, Kimmy and Tisha, and she pretty much felt that they had their tail.
Tucked, right?
Nell felt that people who do that don't want the truth to come out, and Martel said for it to be exposed. Blue, because you weren't here last week, I want to start with you. I'm sure you may have seen the scene where Kimmy, Tisha, and Arianne met. The entire world felt that Kimmy and Tisha was too soft on Arianne based on all the things she has said in the past. What were your thoughts on this conversation between the Fletchers where they all feel like, hmm, could Tisha and Kimmy have been silenced, not silent, I mean silent, not silent, thank you, where they didn't want the truth to come out from Arianne's POV?
You know what it is?
And I'm going to throw the sister-in-law some bail because sometimes I can be tough on them.
Fair though.
Arion is a rabid dog, right? And she has nothing to lose. And when you are someone who's established on a show and you have everything to lose and you've worked your way up and there's somebody who's been itching to be put on who has nothing to lose... They're dangerous. I think Ariana's dangerous. I think everybody knows that Ariana wants a moment. Ariana wants to push buttons. Ariana wants to be provocative. Ariana wants to pull every skeleton out the closet. But God forbid you talk about her sleeping with somebody's man and making a baby.
Listen to my side. Listen to my side. Your side is you took that lady's husband.
Anyways, so it's like Ariana's so, she's turned on and aroused by the idea of getting into a fight because she wants to get put on. I would be very careful around someone like that too. And it wouldn't be out of fear, but out of exhaustion and out of not wanting to give her a look or a moment. And I think one thing that we're realizing is everyone will keep poking you until she gets that moment.
Even Martel's not safe.
Remember in previous episodes when she said about 50, 11 times, but I was young and you was on me. Would we be together if I wasn't young, if you wasn't on me? Because you was on me because I was young. And I said, this is not to catch a predator, girl.
Move along. Like, what's happening here? So.
She is willing to do whatever it takes to be relevant. Someone who is that irrelevant, thirsty to be relevant, I would be scared of them. I will also say, though, I am a little bit taken aback that everybody's letting her get away with it. And I feel like the only person who Arianne knows that won't work with is Destiny, which is why I think she's starting a smear campaign against Destiny. Every room she's in, she bought chicken tenders, and her car didn't go through, and Mattel had to pay the $ 14.
At what point are you going to let this go? You're still coleslaw.
She's not chicken tender. You start trying to make fetch happen. So the entire thing is exhausting. I'm sure it's great for weightings because this feels like I'm hate watching, Carlos. I'm watching it out of solidarity for you, but this young lady, I had to pop a blood pressure pill as I was watching it.
Yo, Lou is crazy.
No, seriously.
I was popping my blood pressure pill as I was watching it. This young lady is a harbinger of chaos. She's great for the franchise, horrible for my BP pressure, though.
Did I answer the question correctly? And tell her to come on the show. Come outside. We're not going to hit you. Just, just, just come on the show and talk.
Now, now blue.
No, I just, I want to ask her some questions.
We are too old.
I am too old.
I just want to ask you some questions with the swoop. We'll all swoop our hair in solidarity. And we want to ask you some questions.
Claudia Jordan, did you, do you, I mean, you made a very compassionate speech last week about this. You felt that this scene gave erectile dysfunction.
It did. When Kimmy, Arianne, and Tisha met.
Do you think Nell is onto something by even saying that our, do these ladies just don't want no beef with Arianne because they just don't want to have her say anything about their husbands? Or do you think is what Blue is saying, which is, look, they feel like she's not safe. Why poke somebody who will just go to the deep end?
I think it's a little bit of both.
I think that, um, They have a lot to say she wasn't around, right? I think it's almost like, well, you know what? Let me just feel it out and I'm going to be what she's on. So they let her get away with way too much. Like I said, erectile dysfunction, we waited for it to pop off. The dick never got hard. The deke never got hard. What it feels like with Arianne, it feels like when you have a successful TV show, And maybe it's like a ratings week or a sweeps week, whatever, and you want to do a little gimmick or something. It feels like bring a fan to work day. And when they get there, they try to go off and do extra. Like, this is my chance. You ever see when Chris Brown or Jason Derulo bring someone on stage and they finally get
a chance to do the.
The Chico.
Yeah, that's exactly what Arianne was giving.
She was doing the Chico the whole episode.
Arianne!
Chico.
That is excellent.
That's exactly what she was doing. I tried it. Arianne. Somebody else was clapping. The girl was dancing. Clap.
Arianne was doing the Chico.
She got to do her Chico. So she's like.
Thank you. We have thumbs backs now.
It's giving Chico Dance. It's giving Jason Derulo. It's giving Eminem. I only got one chance. The one shot. It's like, I'm getting in there. And she's doing a good job of it. She is.
We're all talking about her. She's very obnoxious, but she is really good for the show. She even got Martel looking scary. Martel's like, he ain't going to check her because she knows where all the bodies are hidden.
So, yes. And she's a wild card. Yeah.
And Destiny is the one person that she's intimidated over. The way she behaves makes me think she thinks something went on between Martel and Destiny.
Thank you.
Yes.
I'm not saying they did, but that makes me think she thinks that or she thinks her man got a thing for her.
The way she acts. She's bringing more attention to it, the way she looks.
I was waiting for somebody to mention that. Thank you, Claudia.
She thinks that the only reason they haven't stripped is because Destiny said no, not because Martel didn't want it.
I know that look in her eyes. You worried she's as dirty as you are, you bird. Sorry.
But she's giving it to him, but I think it's going to be short-lived. I feel like after tonight, this last episode, how it kind of blew up, I don't think they're going to be scary after tonight. I think I'm just making a prediction. I think that after tonight, you know, how it started to unravel a little bit, they're like, okay, bitch.
All right.
But she did. She ran it for, she did run it for a couple episodes. I ain't gonna lie.
She ain't my favorite, but she definitely was giving them a little run. She had everybody on, you know, against the ropes and quiet. It was the mute challenge.
Beyonce. They said, I heard Arianne was in charge of the girls.
So Dustin, do you think Arianne is in charge of the girls or do you think now, speaking of destiny, or do you think, look, Arianne is there to say her piece and she's willing to say it, but she was surprised that nobody wanted to listen or ask.
Uh, yes.
I also think that, you know, Arianne is kind of, um, blowing smoke up their asses, really. I've never really been clear on what this looming threat of the smoking gun of exposure was. Martel was like, oh, they don't want to get exposed. Exposed, no D. They don't want to get exposed.
Okay. Y'all already said on YouTube.
With That disheveled woman who said that she had slept with both of the brothers or whatever, all in the butt in Vegas and all.
Of that stuff.
What was she guessing?
She was slobby and sloppy and disheveled.
That's a disrespectful word, disheveled.
I love it.
She was embattled and she looked war-torn. You know what I'm saying? Like she had walked to set through a wind tunnel.
But here's the thing. they brought that woman on.
There who said flat out, I had sex with y'all husband, no matter how haggard she looked.
That's what she said.
Right.
I had sex with y'all's husband. What are y'all going to say to that? Right.
So if that is now the firework in the pack of fireworks, it doesn't go off and you know, the dud that just simmers down. Then we now get to this conversation at the table with Ariane and, um, At the end, when it was Arianne and Letitia and all of them at Letitia's brunch, which I really wish they would have said midnight because why was it dark? And also, there was no conversation about entrepreneurship or anything like.
That at that brunch. But anyway, because we really didn't care.
We wanted to see exactly what y'all gave us and thank you.
Now, here's the thing, though.
In that conversation, Arianne kept pressing Letitia Scott like, yo, did you say that? Where did that come from, what you said about Martel, Letitia stood on it like, okay, well, I said what I said.
That's what I heard. I'm not going back on it.
So now it was Arianne's turn to now react to that and hold Tisha accountable.
So she says, well, I.
Heard rumors about Marcel sleeping with women down at Black.
Again, another dead firework that don't go nowhere.
Y'all already said these men have fucked people all in the cars and the back rooms and the credit ones in the offices and everywhere. We've already heard all of that. So what, and, and no one has been motivated or inspired to make any interruptions to their marriage.
Where are we going with this?
I just don't think that there is a, what information can possibly be revealed that will change the public's perception. People already think Letitia Scott take too much shit from Marceau. People already think Marceau and Maurice cheat on Kimmy, which I don't believe either one of those things to be true.
I'm talking about what a lot of people think. They already think this stuff. So this looming threat of they don't want to be exposed. What else y'all niggas going to say? You know, I just don't understand. Also, to speak to your question about the reaction from Letitia Scott and Kimmy and them, while I am the first person who believes in professionalism, believe it or not, decorum, right?
There is also a space and a time for putting your foot in somebody's ass verbally when they deserve it against all, you know, odds, rules, circumstances, whatever. Sometimes you have to just go off. And as you can see, when Arianne's fire is met with fire, i.e., what did you say about Martel? You're not going to take it back? Versus, I said what I said. No, I'm not taking it back.
All she has to say is, Well.
Here's another random internet rumor that.
I can say I heard face to face. Sorry, it's just uneventful. It is anticlimactic for me. And I just don't think there's anything more there. I think that Arianne has missed a huge opportunity to show some form or.
Version of substance, something substantive. There's nothing there for her.
And when she said, I'll see you in court for the rumor, the alleged rumors about Martel being gay. As a former journalist, I just want to let her know.
Did they go to college in Alabama? Is that where they always come?
Okay, well, per Alabama Code 6-2-381C, the statute of limitation for defamation is two years HEFA.
It's been two years.
Two years from the first time you said it. So you'll be all right. You'll be all right, lady.
Lady. Nice.
You're on the right spot.
Round of applause. Okay.
I have my legal notes.
Okay.
I'm just saying.
And you're on a reality show. I'm sure you signed a whole bunch of paperwork. Read the small print.
We can edit you. You can come up anywhere.
Did you notice that, though?
Claudia, about how when she was doing that whole thing, as soon as she felt comfortable that they all agreed that Destiny was persona non grata and Destiny walked in and she saw them Being cordial.
Not even fake. Just cordial. She's like, that's fake. So let me get this straight.
You expecting Melody's friends to accept you into their friend group and on the show that she used to be on, that's not fake. But merely saying hello to somebody, that's fake. She is so deeply hypocritical. And I want to have a little tip for y'all. Saying I'm accountable is not what it means to take accountability. Accountability is not a sentence that you have to read for the machine so they can check it off.
It's an action. Nothing about your behavior shows accountability.
Stop misusing that word. You already misused trauma bond. But now, how do you spell accountability?
I don't think that's going to happen.
On the reunion, ask her to spell accountability for me because that's not how that works.
It's not a spelling bee at the reunion.
Oh, okay. But maybe it should be, Carlos.
Maybe it should be, Carlos. It might.
How now, brown cow?
We should have maybe a media literacy test for some of these girls because everything she says about Destiny, it's so wild to me. I watched the episode with the girls in the shop and they were like, Destiny has not mentioned her once. They had to play a fastback from years ago to even get Destiny to say her name.
Why is she mentioning Destiny? Because Destiny is the woman that my man, my man, my man would have been with.
Had she said yes.
You know damn well that Martel adores that lady. And if there was ever a moment in time, this is purely speculation, kind of the difference between speculation and facts. If there was ever a time where I have seen him show the kind of warmth and dignity that you want to see in a good man, it's when he's talking about destiny. More so than his actual goddamn life.
The way he covered her, the way he always wanted to protect her, the way he always wants to make sure that she was informed. They had the closest I've seen to him having a healthy relationship. And I think, is it Arianne or Arianne?
Girl, bird.
I think the chirp chirp.
Is upset because she's seeing him model a healthy relationship with a woman and she can't conceive that he can do that without them dishonoring her.
Because she is a bird. She thinks that destiny has to be one too.
It's inconceivable that a fine man can be nice to you and you don't have to pull your pants down.
I know it's inconceivable. Do you remember that song?
Bird, bird, bird.
Bird is the word.
Bird, bird. That's all I hear when she talks.
We can take it back to Morris Day in the Times.
Squat. That's weird.
Yeah, sorry. I'm back.
Let's get real black. Yeah, she's a bird.
I don't get it. I think it's all smoke and mirrors. I don't buy it. There is no smoking gun. I don't believe none of it. And I really wish Ariana would just hit a hard reset, you know, and do something different because this ain't it.
This ain't it.
This is Reality with the King and I'm Carlos King. Let's get back into the show.
So every week it's going to be like, I got this tea to drop.
Bitch, just drop it.
Just drop it.
And why is she so windswept with the hair? Do we ever get to the bottom of that? Why is she so windswept?
She always moving fast, thinking she got a lot of situations she got to think about.
I cheated with this man.
I had this baby.
I'm getting a nursing degree. I got to take the tags off the gloves. And I got to wear my skirts. I got to do midnight brunch.
I button all these buttons on this shirt around my neck and put my hair up to the side and leave a little bit of a band behind the end.
I got a lot going on. Why always? Every scene, it's windswept.
Was it windy? What season did y'all shoot this in?
It's like a cocoon.
And she thinks he's a butterfly busting up out of it.
Just every scene?
Wrapped. She's constantly incursive. I can't take it, Carlos. It's too much.
Look at Claudia.
Exactly, Claudia. It's like Ray J's hat. Every scene, it's a different side ponytail.
Help the girl. I can't do it.
It's too hard. It's hot when you do it.
No, y'all have to do an intervention. I'm actually... Ariana, I'm rooting for you, okay? You need to do stuff. Okay. Okay.
I did not think about this until now.
Now....
Okay, so I'm asking y'all on the spot.
I apologize in advance. Halloween is later this month.
Oh, my God.
Can one.
It.
Has to be Claudia.
That one of the ladies can do the honors of recreating Aria's infamous swoop hairdo for a Halloween episode of Monday Night Live.
I feel like Claudia's already auditioned.
I've kind of done it, but I.
Yeah, I'm not sure if my locks can do that.
I like doing characters.
I don't know if my locks can do that, y'all.
I'll see what I... We'll see what.
Yeah, Claudia, let's coordinate. Let's coordinate. Okay.
Here's the deal. Here's the deal. Here's the deal.
Are you going to come as Martel?
Okay. Okay.
Okay, listen. Because I'm bald, I can be either Martel, Maurice, or Marcel. Y'all tell me.
I'll be Destiny in my business. Yup.
Okay.
Dustin's bald too. So Dustin.
Okay.
I'll be Martel. Blue will be Destiny.
Hell yeah.
Claudia will be Arianne.
I'm so sorry, Claudia.
I'm so sorry.
I was Trump before, so I can do it.
Dustin, who would you like to be for Halloween?
Yo.
Do you want to be Chris Fletcher? Um, I could be Chris Fletcher.
Oh, yeah. Chris Fletcher.
Yeah.
Yes.
Okay, okay, okay.
Now, not since Peggy Bundy has a hairstyle been the talk of the town, so I can't wait to see how.
Claudia Jordan does this. But what I do.
I can't believe I'm signed up for this.
You're an actress. You're a thespian.
Yep, that's right. I'm going to channel my inner Tubi actress.
Laughter What is this show I love?
Girl, this show has.
I don't... And they all watch it. They all watch it.
You going to be Martell?
I'm Martell.
Okay, so you got to get mummified, but just double-breasted.
And you have to say, I am not gay. If I was gay, I'd be the first person saying I was gay. You have to practice the speech.
He says that a lot.
He says that a lot.
Okay, let me ask y'all this. Speaking of the scene with the guys.
Me and Claudia like.
The scene with the guys. Okay. Tisha made a comment.
Make a line.
On Monday.
Tisha made.
I really can't take this show. I literally.
It bothered him way too much.
Okay, but let's talk about it. Let's talk about it.
So.
This episode has got to be.
Wow, not the titties hour. What's the first hour?
Oh, he's getting hot thinking about him being gay.
Possibly.
Allegedly. Allegedly.
Allegedly, allegedly.
Going back to.
Oh, look at Carlos.
He's sweating.
Okay. I can't. He's being Chris Fletcher.
Right, right.
Chris Fletcher.
Okay.
When the guys were meeting and they were golfing, And Tisha.
Oh, shit, you practiced it already?
He's starting early. He's starting early.
Perfect. Perfect phrase.
So when the guys were meeting and, you know, Martel is like, look, I thought we were past this. Tisha doubled down about the game rumors because Tisha alleged that there was rumors that Martel was getting college.
Okay?
Martel debunked it and his retort was, Tisha allegedly was messing around with this guy in the backseat of the Buick, right?
In college. And I saw it myself.
Oh, she had sex in college.
Wow.
How was that team?
And Martel is like, look, if I was gay, I would have no problem saying it. It ain't that serious. I just want your girl to stop. So says, well, then sue her then. I don't know what you want me to do. Claudia, let's start with you. What were your thoughts on that scene?
Martel was way too, way too focused on that comment.
Like, it should be a throwaway. Like, everybody know I ain't gay. I gotta get hosed.
But he really was angry about that as his shirt was so tight and buttoned up just choking him out.
And who cares? Who cares?
Like, I didn't think he was until he started making such a big deal out of it.
Remember when OJ Simpson had that book?
If I did it, but I didn't do it.
If I did it.
If I did it, but I didn't. If I did it, I would do it this way. I'm just saying.
Here's a map of what I would have done had I done it, but I didn't do it.
I would have grabbed the bitch by the back of the head and cut her throat like this.
Martell, if I was gay, I would be the best gay out there.
I'd be a power top if I was gay, but I'm not.
Claudia Jordan is insane.
If I was gay, I'd be deep-throating the dick, and I would admit it, because I'd be the best.
Cardboard the balls, okay? One at a time, but I am not gay. I've never heard a disclaimer like that in my life, Carlos. How did y'all keep a straight face?
I'm so glad it ain't just me. I was like, wait. He kept, and he was very mad about it. I remember I was like, well, is he coming out?
What's happening, friend?
They ain't never been gay. There's nothing wrong.
It's fun.
Well, clearly, bitch.
If I did it.
And I did it. I actually did. But here's my thing. Well, it's not my turn.
My bad.
No.
Justin, by all means.
Yeah, you know, as a practicing homosexual, I was offended because who in the hell said we was even open and accepting applications?
We don't want your motherfucking ass.
It might not be something wrong with being gay, but it's damn sure something wrong with being Martel. And we don't want to be associated with that. The dregs of society in those ways.
We are gay. We do not want that because we are gay. Let us gay up here. You know what I'm saying? Why y'all want us to be gay down here and just let everybody up in this thing? We gay. You know what I'm saying? We up here.
Who in the hell said we even wanted his speed skate suit wearing ass over here? Who said we even wanted that?
He is fine, though. I'm just saying. He is an attractive man.
We all... Never mind. Let me be quiet.
But gays are always attractive.
Well, thank you.
Allegedly.
I didn't say he was. If I did it. If I did it.
Well, we don't want it. Why don't you go back? We don't want you.
We don't agree with your lifestyle. Listen, Martel, we can love you as a human being.
We just don't agree with your lifestyle, Martel.
Speaking on behalf of the gays, we love you, Martel, but we don't agree with your lifestyle.
So, you know what I'm saying? We just, we don't agree with your lifestyle. That's all. We're praying for you. We're praying for your soul.
Because gay men are very, like, proud of who they are, loudly.
We go to church, too. You know what I'm saying?
But here's the thing, though.
Arianne is upset because she wants to have a prize. And I think for her, she is the one who seems extra bothered because she does, she can't say my man, my man, my man if she thinks that people are looking at him funny because she wants to be able to to, you know, peacock with him. So I think she's actually the reason probably why he's amping it up because she's constantly bringing it up.
Why'd you call my man gay? Well, you called me a whore. I have daughters. But whatever, it's not gay, though.
Like, this is something about gay that's messing with her and her ability to show him off.
And when they were at, they both are toxic for each other. I'm speaking about Martella and Arianne. When they were at their dinner, the first spot with Nell and Chris Fletcher, And Arianne says something that spoke toward like making peace with the other ladies. Martel was the one who pivoted back like, well, no, actually, fuck that. Because remember, X, Y, Z, you need to stay basically in basically stay in conflict with the other women because he was the one who spoke toward not making peace. So sometimes as as as lost and vapid as she may be.
Right.
She was actually being guided blindly towards a path of resolution in that conversation that. And he was the one who put a stop to it. So they just no good. That's it at the end of the day. No good for each other.
No good. Just no good.
Can I ask one of the 11, one of the historians of the show, y'all three, didn't Arianne kind of put that allegation out there about him?
Didn't she say something about him being... I don't know.
That's deep in the YouTube weeds. I don't know.
Yeah, no, she did. And again, I.
To answer your question, okay, my eyeballs haven't seen it, but I did, because it was on the show.
She did an interview.
Because to Claudia's point, over the weekend, the comments were bombarded by people saying that Arianne said this first I think it was an interview where she alluded to it.
Something on social media.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
Ain't that about a bird?
You mean to tell me?
If I was. Stop laughing. If I did. You need to tell me.
Arianne motherfucking ass is the one who said that Martel was gay in the interview, allegedly.
I want to. Okay, so raindrops.
Okay, because, you know, the other historians are the raindrops.
So the raindrops. Because here's the deal. And you all know this. I'm not lying.
Um, you all know that when it comes to this show, Dustin knows this especially, I can't run the gamut with this.
No, no, nor should you.
This show, I can't focus on.
We can do it for you. Yeah.
But apparently, apparently, and Raindrops, let us know in the comments so we can add your comment to the screen and I'll read it for the panelists.
But again, it's one of those things where you and I talked about.
This, Dustin, how when... And I'm not saying this is Arianne's story.
I'm not.
Until the rain drops, tell me what she said.
There you go.
I'll say this.
One thing that Des and I have always talked about is the fact that when it comes to the commentary of women wanting to disrespect a man, in most cases, they throw.
The gay thing on them, right?
So that's the reason why before I tell y'all what she said, I want to make sure She said it because apparently it was an.
Audio recording.
I just saw it. I can send it to the chat. I found it, yeah.
Yeah.
See, when you say that about your man, right, about your man, I understand when women that have no connection to a man be mad and they say stuff, and I think that's foul, right, when you say that. When there's nothing that has been said or done by him that would make you think that, to just pull it out of your ass to just say that.
Great time to use that analogy.
Oh, I'm sorry, damn. I didn't mean to say that. But, Arion, you talk about suing other people.
Heffa, the call is coming from inside of the house.
Also, further speaks to her immaturity, right?
You get mad, and when you're mad, you want to say the lowest, worst thing, according.
To you, that you can say about somebody. Right, and that's so immature, so childlike.
And that's exactly why those comments belonged where they are, in the street somewhere. When she brought her ass to the television show, which she had been obviously pining to get on, now that she's been granted access, she's sitting up straight. She's posturing herself in awkward, unnatural ways in a chair to appear like a trad mistress.
You know what I'm saying?
And I think that that is indicative of who she really is. The fact that she says something like that on Mad Day. and now wants to be a crusader for Martel's heterosexuality on the show in this way because it's directly connected to her.
That's really low. And what's wrong with being gay? She like dick. What's wrong with being gay?
But you called it out though, Dustin. Remember when you said that he likes it?
He said, I've never had anybody have my back the way Arion has.
And I think a part of him, that's part of his kink.
Because with Melody, she was another adult, an equally yoked adult who was a partner who held him accountable. Sometimes when men have a woman who they have to rise to meet, the next woman is somebody who they have to bend to pull up. And I think what he enjoys is the fact that no matter what she does, it's my man, my man, my man. We're calling her, well I'm, I'm not going to speak French. I'm calling her a bird.
That's glutealusma. Because I think she's a bird, but I think he actually likes that.
He likes that no matter what he does, she's going to flap her wings into a fan to save him.
She don't care about her own prosperity.
Everything is about defending Martel, defending Martel, defending Martel. And I think after years of having to feel lesser next to Melody, he likes feeling superior and she does that for him. Pick me's love broken men.
It's a match made in hell.
She's like a MAGA person and he's like Trump. Like, no matter what he says.
The adoration.
That's literally what it is, yeah.
Another group of birds, yeah.
He can't disrespect her enough. You've been called a peasant, the hell, all kinds of things.
Coleslaw.
Well, I think Funky done even coined that, right?
I know, but the coleslaw is stuck in the back of her teeth, though.
She can't get over it.
But like all the things he said publicly, right? And listen, no one's perfect here. We've all probably had arguments with people and said stuff we didn't mean in the time because we're emotional. But it hits different when you're on TV and you know you got a million, two million people watching this stuff and just, you know, over and over again repeating it.
And it wasn't like it was just once.
I think he really thinks he's above her, but that's why he likes her. Because there are men that like, well, people that like people that they feel they are.
Well, you know, as above, so below. You lay in the mud with pigs, you smell like shit or whatever the motherfucker I'm saying. So, you know, you can think you're above, but you're right there waddling and wallowing with her and the laws of indecency.
Yo, above below.
Melody was above. That's why she hates Destiny. I'm doing the math in my head. Destiny has an air about her these last couple of seasons that is probably the closest to Melody. Remember last year, we talked about this last season, about how we felt like Letitia Scott felt a way that Melody was going to be replaced by Destiny, not her. only because the fans loved her, she was very regal, she was beloved, and there was this feeling of, hey ho, you can't kept me in line, I'm supposed to be up next. I think that same thing is triggering Arianne, where there's a certain unflappable energy that Destiny had, that Melody was notorious for, that she sees in Destiny and it triggers her. You remind me of the woman
whose husband I just took, you might take him back.
You know what I think it is, Blue?
I think that Arianne is, because if you really pay attention to her dialogue on the show with other people, she's one step, one sentence, one word away from literally blowing a gasket, right?
She's always on the edge of blowing up.
I think that she is triggered by any woman that's close to Martel, even in the conversation that we saw in the trailer with his mom when she gave her that gift card to get her nails done or whatever.
Thank you, because you've been so nice. Thank you very much. It's just clipped, and you know what I'm saying? She's on edge.
I think Destiny- is Destiny has, I think what Ariana resents the most about Destiny is that her and Martel have a genuine bond or connection.
She resents that. Well.
No, it's not just because Destiny's fine.
I'm just going to say this. I don't even think Destiny respects Martel.
No, no, no.
I think Martel respects Destiny.
Goes back.
Yeah.
So, okay. So, boom. Further to my point, right?
I think that because Destiny is also single, and has a genuine connection with Martel, Arianne can't take that.
It's like the old girl said in Clue, flames on the sides of my face, burning flames.
She has burning flames on the sides of her face every time she sees Destiny because the possibility is there for Martel to have a more than platonic relationship with her. And it drives her fucking crazy because she already had the roadblock of a wife and children in the way that she somehow moved that mountain, right? And now the only thing blocking the complete isolation of Martel from other women is this connection he has with Destiny.
I'm going to blow it the fuck up on this TV show. That's exactly what she's doing.
Okay, that's actually a fascinating POV because it does have me thinking because At the end of this episode, Destiny walks in and Arianne exits stage left. She said in her confession, though, she did it because she saw the fakeness between Tisha, who said, I don't mess with her, and they're hugging, all those things. But is it plausible, Claudia, what Blue and Dustin are intimating is true when you think about the fact that, listen, Arianne, Has a lot of confidence.
I mean, she walked into the lion's den.
Audacity?
Okay, okay, okay.
Listen, listen, listen, listen, listen. I need the spelling to be my reunion. So, okay, let's talk about audacity.
It's audacity.
Which is maybe a much better word.
Yeah.
Arianne is very audacious in her approach when she enters these situations. You know, she's not backing down. Just like I had to admit last week, and we'll get into this at the reunion, even when I said, look, all I'm going to say is watching that scene between Tisha Kim and.
Arianne, I too was surprised. And I'll leave it at that.
I will say in the same breath, when Destiny walked in, and Arianne got up and said, okay, ladies.
My time here is up. Enjoy your night.
I was shocked only because episodes one, two, three, and four, her audacity has always been front-facing. So now that you guys are saying that perhaps, perhaps, perhaps, when Arianne sees destiny, she sees a woman that is One step closer to not getting the man that she has desired to be with fully. And Destiny is that roadblock because Destiny does come across very grown and mature and she's a pretty girl.
Could that be Claudia to Blue and Dustin's point why she left?
She left because when, okay, if you were with a man and before you, he was like left at the altar, had his heart broken, the one that got away, whatever. A girl that has a high priority in that man's life. And when she comes around, I don't care what y'all are. Y'all could be engaged, just had a baby. You're going to feel the way if you're an insecure woman. And she is showing how insecure. She's put all her cards on the table right now. And she's showing how intimidated she is of destiny. That tells me something. She either thinks Martel and Desi messed around or she knows in her gut, if I wasn't here or if he could have his way, that's who he could be with. Shout out to one of the raindrops, Ashley, who sent me
the DM. I got the exact words that Arianne said about Martel.
She said, In the interview, Martel.
He said dick. What did she say?
Kind of, kind of. The words are exactly. Martel likes dick. He is gay.
He uses women to hide who he really is, but he's out here messing with men. So if you want to sue someone and take someone to court, Arianne, you might want to take yourself. You know that Spider-Man.
Meme where it's like one's over here and one's over there? That's you.
Shout out to Ashley. Oh my God, that's worse than I thought.
Yeah, that's pretty bad. Carlos, you don't got to say nothing. Don't talk.
So say it one more time, though, Claudia. What was the transcript again?
She's going to send me the interview. The exact words in the interview was, Martel likes dick. He is gay.
He uses women to hide who he really is, but he's out here messing with men. That's Arianne's quote, her words, according to Raindrop Ashley.
I have no dog in this fight. I didn't see it.
I'm just reporting what was told to me about her man, her man, her man. So that so I get it. Maybe I think it's hitting them hard because they probably had conversations about this.
It's a thing in their relationship. There's a thing that's what's up. Is this true?
Maybe there's something in the back of our mind. You know, again, I doubt it. I don't think none of them believe Martel is actually gay. I know that I think that they believe that Martel has a type of ego that that'll really get under his skin if they say that about him. And I think that that's why she chose to say it on May Day. And I think that's why it's been brought up otherwise. I don't think for one second Martel is being gay.
College though, Dustin.
You said what?
You think people experiment in college?
Because my thing is.
If he did, he's not living his life as.
A gay man. He's not gay.
And I think that's what they're weaponizing.
Full stop. And I'm tired of hearing that shit. I'm tired of motherfuckers using that. Now there's this whole digging of whether or not Martel is gay.
It just irritates me. That's all.
It should.
And it's all Arianne's fucking fault because she said it first.
I didn't know what to deny. Arianne, God damn it.
I'll see you in court.
Again, we wouldn't be even having this conversation if it wasn't for her saying it.
Right.
I mean, so.
You miscreant.
I can see it could be irritating.
It's also irritating when you're with someone that is not honest about who they are. And that's why I have so much respect for openly gay men. I'm like, that's got.
To be hard with society, how black America is. But yo. Don't mess us up then.
But listen, this is going to be a fantastic reunion because all of this.
Carlos, you did that. You did that.
You swallowed all of that.
I didn't do that part. Okay, well... Are y'all going to have a live audience this time? Because I would love to be a live audience.
I would love to be Frank Sinner.
In a perfect world, if the world was perfect and I had I got approved to do everything I wanted to do.
I would actually invite the three of y'all to do BTS.
Yes, yes. Oh, hell yeah. Hell yeah.
I would be in Destiny's room and we're going to be colluding. I would love a one-on-one with Arianne.
Yes.
So listen, let me make some.
Do your hair right, Claudia. Do the swoop so y'all can be sisters.
In solidarity.
But this will be a great reunion. So raindrops, raindrops. Saturday's episode.
You can catch it, catch up on it because this Saturday, this Saturday, Blue, Claudia, and Dustin is when Destiny and Arianne come face to face and they exchange words.
And at the end, I cannot wait for y'all to see how this plays out.
They get into it and Martel once again is in the middle of to the point you saw this in a preview.
I saw it. I saw it in the preview.
Destiny said, come here, Martel.
Yeah.
And Arianne said, you better not go over there.
He wanted to.
That's why they think they.
His tail was wagging.
That's why they think they've been messing around, though, because the tone and inflection that Destiny said, Martel, come over here. The way she said it, I even was like, well, it's the first time I ever.
Picked up on that energy from them.
That was the first time in all the years I've been watching this show That I ever picked up on any sort of like, but that also could have been reflective of the closeness that they have.
Yeah, that's a brother thing.
That don't always equate to romantic. So, you know, we'll see. But the way she, she didn't say, Martel, get over here. I got to tell you what. She's like, Martel, come here. I was like, she said, I've been called over there like that before.
That's a boss, bitch.
I love it.
She said it like a grown ass woman that has seen the goods.
Oh, oh, Claudia. Whoa, whoa, whoa.
Claudia, allegedly.
Come over here right now, boy. You already know what it is.
His little tail was wagging. You saw him.
He was like, and then he's like at swoop and he's like.
And then he comes in and goes, ka-ka, ka-ka. So it's like between his master and the bird. Yeah, it was rough. All right.
So make sure y'all tune in to Love and Marriage Huntsville every Saturday, 8 o'clock, 7 o'clock on the Oprah Winfrey Network. And before I move on to the comic, I want to give a shout out to Destiny, who filmed with her dad.
Yes.
So Claudia, Blue, and Destiny, not sure you guys know this. Well, you guys know, yeah. Destiny lost her father.
And to hear this conversation that they had about, unfortunately, his prostate cancer came back after battling it for four years. The medication wasn't working anymore. And it was, I thought this scene was such a beautiful display of of her dad accepting his fate.
Like, you know what? It's my time. I'm not going to fight it. It is what it is.
And I just want to give a special shout out to Destiny, to her son-in-law. And I want to dedicate this episode to her father, who was a great man. And like I told Destiny, she has a permanent guardian angel who gets to work alongside God and making sure that Destiny's protected.
So shout out to you, Destiny Payton. To you, Law. And we love you.
Much love, Destiny. She was a good daughter, and she loved her dad.
They had a special relationship, so we're sending her the utmost love, Destiny.
Yeah.
And thanks for sharing him with us on the show.
And, yeah.
Rest in power.
I really hope this is a moment where the cast, in some way, shows up for her. I don't know if, even if it's not something that's taped, even if they just reached out to her as people, because Imagine you having to do a show and you're trying to hold it together and do your job and do good TV and be authentic, but you're dealing with this real life thing, you know what I mean? As someone who knows what it's like to have a parent who has been ill and on death's door, the level of internal strength it takes to face the mortality of a parent, because it's one thing if you lose a parent suddenly, watching a parent age towards the end of their days, it's the most bittersweet thing in the world. Like you wake up
every morning just being happy that you still get to be somebody's baby for one more day. And my friend told me a long time ago, there's no greater luxury in this world than being an adult and being someone's child.
Many people don't even get to experience that.
And so the fact that her father knew how deeply loved he was and we got to see him on the show in that kind of way, that's a gift she's going to have forever because of you, Carlos.
Aw, thank you for that. No, he was great and Destiny's great.
And yeah, like you said, somebody who lost their parents because of cancer is tough. So, again, I want to dedicate this episode to Destiny. And I hope, because Destiny watches, so I hope we are able to put a smile on her face.
Destiny, I'm team you. I'm not saying anything.
I am.
I want her to gather. And if you didn't mess with them, keep making her think that you did.
Drop the soap and pick it up slow. Just drop shit on the floor and bend over.
I would just be like... I can't.
I can't.
We love you, Destiny.
Always.
Love and marriage.
Huntsville every Saturday, 8 o'clock, 7 Central. This Saturday, Destiny and Arianne come face-to-face, and Martel is in the middle of it all, and everyone's there to witness it. It is a fascinating episode.
I can't wait.
It is, and I can't wait for us to talk about it. This one's going to get y'all, yeah.
I can't wait to watch the screener this week for it.
Okay. You want everything in a band, Dustin.
I didn't earn my stripes, man.
Come on, man.
The perks, the perks, the perks.
So make sure y'all see that. But love you, Raindrops. We will see you guys next week. Love you, Blue, Claudia, and Dustin.
I love y'all.
Have a great night.
Love all y'all.
Love y'all.
